Obtain an iron-on patch of a famous person’s head in a comically large size, apply it, and then stick holiday -esque trimmings around it, maybe draw on it with fabric paint. Instant ugly sweater.
I'd totally do that if it weren't for the fact that I've got no clue where to find iron-on patches of celebrities.
