I came back to tumblr because of Spencer Reid.

So, ever since I heard that MGG was coming back to Criminal Minds, I was curious about how they will make his story. I thought he will come back to help with a case, but then I heard they will "kill" Will's character.

Wait a minute, that sounds familiar to me.

That is because a few months ago I put together a fanfic via ChatGPT with an idea like that. I'm a Jeid shipper from the beginning, season 1 and season 2, especially after "Revelation". But after JJ got together with Will and then had Henry, I stopped expecting my ship will sail. Reading their story in fanfiction was enough.

But then "Truth or Dare" happened which made me think about various what ifs. Then Will got sick in season 16 which made me think, if there was a possibility Jeid could happen maybe this is the time.

But out of all the fanfictions I read, none of them made the story that I expected, so I made my own according to my wishes, just for my own reading.

In my story Diana passed away, which made Spencer take a sabbatical. Will had cancer in season 16, after months of treatment he did not survive. And just like in episode 18x03, Spencer returned for Will's funeral but in my story he stayed to help JJ's family through their grief. His experience of losing his mother made him relate with Henry and Michael who were grieving.

I didn't immediately make Spencer and JJ have a romantic relationship, it wasn't until two years later that it happened. I made the story until the next 10 years, until Henry graduated from John Hopkins University and found his true love. And Michael studying marine biology at University of North Carolina.

It was a fun experience. I hope there's a fanfiction writer who has the same idea and writes their story. I will happily read it.

So it's been almost three weeks since the final episode of Criminal Minds. I miss it so much. Everyday, every couple of hours I refresh fanfiction page for new updates, or reread old stories, to get my Criminal Minds fix.

I miss seeing the cast. I hope they get new shows or movies so I can watch them again.

Season 12: Reid's mother abducted by Cat Adams & her partners

Season 13: Reid & Garcia held captive by a cult

Season 14: Reid & JJ held hostage by an unsub

And now Reid will get brain injury.

I guess it's not season (series) finale if they're not hurting Reid, eh?

I love this episode. Too bad it's only three more episodes left. I would like to see their relationship grow, get married, have kids...

Also, I hate Cat & Spencie thing, but Matthew Gray Gubler & Aubrey Plaza really have good chemistry. They should do a movie together as a couple.

Btw, does anybody have video or gif when the team said "he's not her boyfriend"?

Finally had a chance to watch Criminal Minds season 15. My first fandom since I joined Tumblr around 10 years ago. I used to post a lot about CM (in my first blog). Now I'm back for the last season 🙁

I need to start with a confession. Not many things bug me, but if there’s one thing that does, it’s the idea that my story is a football fairy tale.

I know when people say I’m some sort of Cinderella Man that it’s meant as a compliment. I appreciate that, but to be totally honest, it doesn’t feel like one, because it isn’t true.

No magic wands have been waved in my direction, I didn’t win some kind of lottery to land a spot on one of the biggest clubs in the world. The reason why I’m a Liverpool player is the same reason why I’m captain of my country: I’ve worked my bollocks off to get where I am, and by doing that, I’ve been able to make the most of whatever talent I have.

Why does this matter? In truth, it doesn’t matter to me as an individual. It probably doesn’t matter to my family, either. It only matters because there are God knows how many little Andy Robertsons out there. Kids who are struggling to convince people that their talent deserves an opportunity. Kids who just need a break to get to wherever they deserve to be.

Kids who might give up if they start believing that only a fairy tale can save them.

I’ve never wanted to be a poster boy, but if I’m going to be a poster boy for anything, it should be this ― if you don’t give up, and if you carry on believing in yourself when others are doubting you, you canmake it. You can show that you are good enough.

Now I’ve got two kids of my own, that message is more important than ever. I don’t want them to think that their dad got a lucky break. I need them to understand that whatever potential they have can only be fulfilled if they put their minds to it. Fairy tales? That’s bedtime stuff.

Watched Avengers Endgame for the second time. I didn't cry when I first watched it. I don't know why, maybe because it was a lot to process. But I cried once today. That scene on Vormir "Let me go. It's okay..."
