"Return of the Mecca" is an exhibit that showcases the influence of Islam on Hip Hop culture. This project is part of the LA Islam Arts Initiative. The exhibit opening is on Oct. 4th and will go until Nov 22nd at the William Grant Still Arts Center. We had the opportunity to curate the exhibit with our Cassettes and design the extensive Catalog filled with album art, essays, interviews and other related ephemera.
