how are some of you guys losing like 2lbs overnight 😭 I'm eating less than 600cal a day and fasting 20-24 hours in between. do I need to do some of those 40+ hour fasts?

lol my boyfriend keeps asking me how many calories I'm eating a day but I'm just dancing around the question
"oh I can't get a cookie from crumbl one is over my calorie limit" "how many is that?" "enough"
"how many calories are you aiming for?" "well 1000-1200 is how many you should eat to lose in a healthy way" "oh, okay" <- genuinely surprised he didn't realize I wasn't answering the question here
he told me "take care of yourself until you're able to move, then I'll be able to take care of you" which was SO SWEET but I KNOW that'll involve feeding me

once I'm down to 158 I'll be in overweight on bmi scale and then 132 is normal. I'm actually super close to leaving obese already-- it's been pretty easy, if it weren't for my cravings. but incorporating fasting into my diet has been super helpful.
