LET ME TELL Y’ALL ABOUT THIS WRITING APP

Fighter’s Block is the best writing app I’ve come across in a long time.

You type in the amount of words you want to write and as you write, your mini lil avatar fights a monster. Each word you write acts a hit towards your monster, and once you’ve hit your word count the monster is defeated!!!

How cute!!!!

Work quick though as how long you spent not writing decreases your avatar’s health. It’s a productive fight to the death against the clock!

Best things about this app:

You can PAUSE it!!!! Need go get a cup of tea? Need to sneeze? You can!!!!!

Settings are adjustable! You can change the monster’s speed and the attacks!

You can change the theme and font!

You can level up!!!!! The number of words you write equals your EXP. You can unlock one avatar thus far, but I believe there may be more in the future!

You can minimise the fight above if it serves as a distraction, and only show the decreasing green bar.

Best of all: If you don’t hit the target word count in time, YOUR WORK DOES NOT DISAPPEAR. In the past I’ve lost so much work because I wasn’t typing fast enough, or sneezed.I cannot express enough how thankful I am that it presents a challenge where the consequence is a knock of pride and not a fit of rage.

Honestly, I urge all writers out there to give this app a go. It’s my new favourite thing.

The word “moist” is the Number One universally reviled word in the English language due to both its definition and the way it sounds. Similarly gross words include

Which got me wondering, can I elicit the same emotions with words that have no meaning? And the answer is “Yes, yes you definitely can.”

So here it is: words and phrases that elicit “thanks, i hate it!” by sheer negative sonority

It has probably been discussed already, but the monster seen at the end of the new chapter really makes me think that it could be Eto. The ending texts indicates the monster was a messenger from heaven. Eto has for few times crashed the party by soaring trough the sky, and landing on the place where fighting is happening. 

Secondly, when the Clowns are talking they want to “put her to use”.

However the strongest piece of evidence is the facial structure of the monster. 

Eto´s kakuja mask had a few key features. She had things that looked like horns, and 3 stripes on both side of mask and a one massive kakugan at the center. Now the beat that appeared has a similar mask structure.

Maybe you could think that in the old mask the 3 stripes/lines where eyes that were shut? Now they seem to resemble 3 dots, open eyes, like the big one Eto has in her more humanoid kakuja. The horns on the side of the mask are also there. 

Also, Eto`s kakuja form had things extending from it that look like wings. The monster in the new chapter, has four limbs and something wing looking sprouting from it`s back.

This beast is likely done by having Yoshimura as a donor, and at the moment I can´t think of any other female characters besides Eto, who would have this type of kagune.
