Spring has sprung~

Months of hard work has paid off. All of my vegetables, fruits, and ornamentals are in full bloom. The yard is packed with bees and hummingbirds which is a marvelous sight to see. Am keeping my fingers crossed that the weather will be somewhat gentle this summer, but I am already in the process of installing shade cloth to protect them.

If anyone is curious as to how I have so many, the answer is simple: careful pruning. I keep the full size trees at half size. It makes it easier to harvest and manage them. I also bunch plants together, so if it says to space them 4 feet apart, I make it 2 feet apart.

Also, if anyone is curious about water usage, the rest of my yard is drought tolerant or well established trees. No grass, so water is only used for food producing plants twice a week while ornamental gets once a week. I use my own (usable) green waste for mulching as well as building above ground boxes which retain water better. Also by having the plants closer together limits evaporation and retains moisture better.

Alright! @nemo-draco , I started this all the way back in 2021, when I first got into BATIM and read your fic Ups and Downs. I always wanted to finish it before showing it off, but I haven't touched the file in 4 years, and I thought it'd be a damn shame if you never knew about it, so here it is. At 11 seconds long and 216 frames, its the longest and most complex animation I've ever done, before or since. And tbh, I still only spent a fraction of the time you have on your wonderful fic.

If you guys out there like BATIM and want to read a rewrite of the first game based on @/thelostmoongazer's "What if Bendy is the one who left the Studio" Henry and the Ink Machine AU-- a rewrite that goes way way WAY above and beyond in developing this whole thing-- check this fic out, yeah?

The Bonzana (variety name) sisters and a Cherry Parfait rose.

The Bonzana sisters are the 2 newest trees to join my rapidly growing collection. They follow after "Hydra" a grafted stone fruit tree who has yet to waken. Hydra is a white peach tree with grafted branches of a yellow peach, yellow nectarine, apricot and plum.

I have spent nearly every waking moment doing hardscaping/landscaping when I'm not working my job.

Though during a lapse of sanity (or sleep deprivation) I got a few new OCs xD. All of them are based off of my respective trees on the property. Their personalities come from growing habits and the history of the trees themselves.

Happy New Year!!

While I may not have been the most active person online this year (art wise), I would like to extend my deep gratitude to everyone who puts up with my eccentric carcass. (You know who you are ❤️)

This year has been busy, but hey, that's life! Lots of writing as I'm between two different fan fictions (apparently I like torturing myself lol) and had a number of private works.

All current private work is now complete and they will be heading off to their new home~

Though currently am recovering from a stomach flu. The worst of it is over. However, I have no appetite. I have to set reminders for when I need to eat again. I'm hoping this is short term. The last time I lost my appetite was thanks to covid, and that lasted 4 months.

This time round I had back to back illness, I got sick, recovered for only 2 days, then got stomach flu. -_-

So! Here's hoping that joyride is over and can go back to my normal work outside of writings. On that note, thanks guys for supporting my insanity. Y'all are great 💚🖤💚

Too busy to get a pumpkin this year thanks to work, but for grins I got a turnip instead. Turnips were the original jack-o-lantern in Ireland before they came to the states and used pumpkin instead. So, had a little fun and tipped my hat off to tradition.

I'm back! I'm sorry it took me so long to post this chapter. Things are finally calming down and I can finally relax and write again. Hopefully it won't take me a year to post the next chapter lol.
