Poll timeee 🤩
So while I don't have a lot of followers, my first post seemed to get more attention then I thought it would, so I'll just continue to put out fanfics that I think should be out there. Thank you to everyone who liked and reblogged 🫶 anyways, time to choose the next one 😋
Also all of these will be put up eventually, I just want to know which one should go up first. Also feel free to request characters, I may add them to the prompt if I know their personality well enough (for now the default is xiao and diluc)
Here's the link to the first one:

Diluc Ragnvindr had always been a man of few words, but when it came to his lover, he found himself struggling to express his emotions. He often found himself lost in thought, trying to understand the complexities of his own heart.
As head of the Dawn Winery, Diluc was in charge of hosting the Annual Orchard Vine Festival. Weeks of preparation and planning had seem to fill up his schedule, and the expectations continued to be stacked against him.
On the day of the festival everything was in full swing. A full day of wine-tasting and socializing was among them. However as exicting as it was, all he could think about was his lover. Were they enjoying themselves? Who were they with? Where are they? All the dancing and fancy clothing meant nothing to him if he couldn't enjoy it with you
As he steps outside for some fresh air, he sees a familiar figure over far out on the grass strumming chords to a song that spoke to him in ways he couldn't explain.
As you played, Diluc couldn't help but reflect on the emotion of the music wavering through the air, and his heart began to open up. His eyes stayed focused on you not wanting to miss a single moment. Not letting a single note slip away. Not ever letting the chance of losing you get too close.
While they continued to play, they felt a presence that to anyone else would be seen as intimidating and moody. But to them, it was understanding and safe...he quietly took a seat next to them, and looks at them like the stars couldn't compare.
"You've seen sides of me I tried to kill years ago " he whispered, taking their hand in his. "Not once have you judged me, or have been impatient..."
As they look up at him, Diluc felt a wave of emotion wash over him. He couldn't explain it, but he knew that he was finally beginning to understand the depths of his love for them.
He quietly stands up and holds his arm out. "Would you like to dance my love? The night is still young"
And as the sun began to set over the Winery, Diluc knew that he had finally found what he had been searching for all along - a love that he could truly understand
Xiao had always carried a heavy burden. As a Yaksha, his karmic debt weighed heavily on his heart, and he often found himself struggling to control the dark emotions that threatened to consume him.
His lover had always been there for him, offering a steady hand and a comforting presence whenever he needed it. But as of reccently, his karmic debt has been acting up more frequently, and he found himself slipping deeper into the darkness.
He had always been a solitary figure, content with his quiet life as an adeptus in Liyue. He had never been one for earthly pleasures, and the thought of indulging in food had never crossed his mind.
His lover, however, was a different story. They loved to eat, and were always eager to try new dishes and explore the culinary delights of Teyvat.
One day, as they were walking through the streets of Liyue, they decided to take matters into their own hands. They had heard of a small restaurant that served some of the best food in the city, and they were determined to get Xiao to try something new to take himself out of his mind for a bit.
Xiao was hesitant, insisting that he didn't need to eat as an adeptus. But as his lover's eyes lit up with excitement, he found himself unable to resist.
They both sat down at a small table, and Xiao's lover ordered a variety of dishes. Each one small to not overwhelm him, but still increasingly more delicious than the last. Xiao picked at his food, his expression stoic as he tried to hide his growing enjoyment.
"You mortals...always trying to stuff yourself with something new...but I can see why." he said, looking at his lover with a newfound appreciation.
His lover smiled, taking his hand in theirs. "See, trying new things can be fun," they said. "Sometimes it's good to step out of our comfort zones and experience something new."
Xiao nodded, feeling his heart swell with affection for his soulmate. "Don't let me be mistaken though, my body still can and will reject certain foods...however, thank you... I know what you're trying to do. And it helped" As they walked back to their home, he realized that he was finally beginning to understand the joy that came with sharing new experiences with someone you loved.
And as the stars twinkled in the night sky, he knew that he would always be grateful for the adventurous spirit of his lover, and the way they helped him to understand the beauty of life in ways he never thought possible. While he knows not all of his problems can be fixed with a simple meal, there's no reason to not enjoy himself with the one he loves.
