Anesthesiologist, Laboratory Scientist, Construction manager and urban development strategical coordinator, financial accountant and professional stylist. We are not deterred by our circumstances. It is the content of our character that allows us to break barriers and create a future more inclined towards the needs of our people and more so for the young ladies of our culture. We are a testimony that you are more than your lips and your thighs. Young black girls you can be as successful as you strive to be. It is not enough to be anything you want to be. Because anything can be nothing. You are a jewel and should be the best you, God called you to be. Don't be anything! Be someone, someone relentless and fearless. The Lord is your light and your salvation, whom shall you fear? We are in a time that has confused our young people and has made them to believe that their lives do not matter. But all your lives matter. Pay attention because there won't be anyone left to guide us if we continue down the path of self destruction. I salute you my sisters @just_jasz3 @rickasweeney @shayna.m.gunn @thebstinger engaging in healthy competition that allows each and everyone of us to continue fighting not just for us but for our little sisters coming after us never forgetting to enjoy life and great times with great friends. You can play as hard as you work when it's well deserved. We are at war with the ideology of today's society, but forget not that the battle is the Lords. This is me merely saying, "thank you my sisters!" As I could go on about our state of peril. As my departing note, I pity the fool who hates against another woman. We must look out for one another, encourage one another, as there is room for us all in the lane of success. Do not be conceived by what society puts into the atmosphere. "We are only as strong as we are united, as weak as we are divided."

I encourage all young ladies to seek a career in the engineering, architecture and construction field... There's a misconception about those fields but do your research and find out for yourself. Don't be fooled. Don't stay away from a career path because it's supposedly a "male dominated field."
