I've read a tweet in X which states,

"Protect your mental health by not looking at things you know will trigger it.".

I was in a really bad state last year. I'm not suicidal but I always thought that I was gonna die any minute. I don't know where it came from or how it started. Ang alam ko lang, hindi talaga ako okay. I know I've had it worse because I don't have the energy to socialize with anybody, not even my closest friends. 

Until one day, I slowly regained my will to face head-on whatever challenges that'll came my way. It took a while but napanalonan ko yung laban na 'yun. 

You might be wondering kung ano ang connection sa caption sa attached pic? Well, aside na Angel Locsin really helped me win this battle, isa din 'tong linya na 'to ang ibabato ko sa mga palaging nagtatanong kung bakit hindi ko gusto basahin or gawin 'yun. Alam ko ang mga triggers sa anxiety ko. I know better.

Anyone who has ever worked with her would tell you that… she's fearless, she's tough. As her student, I had a rare chance to get to know a side of Ces that she rarely shows people. And before she leaves, I cannot let this opportunity pass without letting everyone know what a wonderful human being she is. She is kind, she is patient, she may push you to the edge but it will always be worth it. She is loving, she is generous and she will never give up on you. Now I know many of you are excited about the lock and key event. The more I think about it, the more I feel like that game kind of sends the wrong message.
