Jason had been struggling with these sort of doubts within himself for a good while, now. The attack on Angel Grove, though they did ultimately win the fight, still left quite a lasting impact. How quickly could it have been that they lost everyone and everything they care about? All gone in a flash. It would've been too easy, too rushed and too final.
