This got out of hand, I could have stopped at just like the first draft of her then I was like, but now I gotta draw her with her space boyfriend.

She’s a gravity mermaid, or at least that’s what the humans she encounters like to call her kind. They are extremely docile, curious and pleasure oriented. They do not have a home planet and enjoy just surfing endless space. This is a bit of a draw back for their kind because they rarely bump into each other to reproduce. On the rare chance they would encounter another of their kind they would mate until conception happens then be on their way.

This particular gravity mermaid has taken a liking to a colony ship of humans. She has her favorite humans but is happy to mate with pretty much anyone who presents to her. Unfortunately for her choice favorite humans, whom also return the adoration, one day she’ll get bored and move on.
