oh, i love an on-set family kind of experience. so now that you're done with the finale, are you off for the holidays ? i did a lot of shopping while on tour, hitting up cute little local shopping spots and booths. i had to ship a few boxes home to myself, because i went overboard and i couldn't check it all in with my flight. but thankfully - i'm mostly done. how about you ?

that's the worst, but that's very cool that you try and do something together if that's the case. i was about to invent a time machine and go back so that i could gatecrash, but since i can't, i'm glad there's no need to. just a consequence of being a critical athlete, i 'spose !

well it's not my first thanksgiving alone, thanks to working in the nfl i've spent a lot of thanksgivings alone... kind of, anyway. if we're away on a game then the team does try and do something together. so it was more my first thanksgiving alone preparing food myself. i'm happy that i didn't burn anything or burn down my kitchen. and for the excess leftovers.

nothing ever matches your family's home cooking. it's like, seasoned with nostalgia that just makes it hit different, it's like - food for the soul and not just for fuel. i'm glad you had a great time ! i'm too british for thanksgiving but, i think it's so wholesome. i'm a ' no christmas speak til december ' kinda gal so enjoying my last few days before i get in that mode !

you know i love going home for the holidays. seeing all my family, checking on my siblings like a good big sister and all the home cooking. i love to eat so any chance i get for my mom's food i'm going to take it. what's one thing you look forward to on the holidays. @hhhqstarter

like, your first thanksgiving spending it alone, or first thanksgiving preparing the food alone ? because that is illegal, but i love that you did all that food prep for yourself ! like, fuck yeah ! i bet you were very thankful to yourself for cooking !

for my first thanksgiving by myself i don't think i did too bad. i made a turkey breast, followed a few recipes for different sides, and realized i made far too much for just myself. guess that means i'm going to be eating a lot of leftovers for the next few days. does anyone else find themselves more excited for the leftovers than the original dish? @hhhqstarter
