Four day binge
I’ve gained 6 pounds in four days on this vacation and I hope that this realization, the feeling of bloating in my stomach, the extra fat building up on my face will stop me before I gain even more. I want to go back home where I eat by myself and the food is so much safer. I wish I were stronger and better at this.

Best ana tips I’ve learned
Instead of saying “I’m not hungry”, tell yourself “I’m full”
Water is your best friend!
Instead of telling someone you’ve already eaten, make up some really spefifc food you ate (it’s more believing)
Always be chewing gum (it burns calories and is an excuse to not eat)
Track ALL calories, even on bad days
When starting off only weigh yourself and take body checks once a month (you’ll see more progress and be more motivated)
When you’re hungry, look at tumblr first. No way you’ll be hungry after seeing all the other skinny people
Remember that THIS WILL TAKE TIME
Don’t go too long fasting or you’ll end up binging at the end
Have multiple goals that are about 10-20lbs apart
Instead of candies and sweets, eat fruit
Cut your food very small and few each bite AT LEAST 30 times
DO NOT GIVE UP! YOU CAN DO THIS!

We all need to stop the bullshit. No diet tea is going to help you lose weight. No sugar free soda is going to help you lose weight. The only thing that will make you skinny is sticking to your limits. If you said you would eat 300 calories today, eat three hundred calories. Stop bullshitting yourself.

Sweetspo Imagine
The duvet gently slide of your petite frame as you slide out of bed. You’re bony feet patter against the wooden floor as you walk towards the kitchen, completely ignoring the weight. You already know you’ve reached your goal weight.
As you walk in to the kitchen you start making a cup of coffee with milk. You deserve the little extra calories, they won’t affect you.
Your t shirt-gently hangs over your left shoulder and your shorts are so baggy the only thing they’re clinging to is your hipbones. Your legs are slim and delicate and you gently rub them together, feeling the smooth skin and still feeling the gap between them.
You open up the porch door , the morning breeze flowing through your thigh gap and your slim fingers place a cigarette between your plump lips as you light it. You exhale, feeling your ribs push against your skin. You gently slide your fingers over your collarbones as they try to escape your skin. You are so perfect, so dainty, so beautiful.
You are perfection.
