imagine phil writing a letter to his future self now. to phil in 2028. a 40yo phil.

imagine him asking about dan and if they finally got married and bought that nice house just outside london with that nice little garden. if they adopted a dog. if he still takes dan on a date once a week (“you better do it phil, you better still spoil that motherfucker”), if martyn and cornelia are married with a dozen children like they always say the would end up, if his mom still calls him to tell him about that tv series she’s watching. if he’s still doing youtube.

and lastly, almost hesitantly, if they have children running around the house and messing with them. because he really wants children and they have been talking about it for a while now but it’s never the right time. he hopes future dan and phil are parents and he tells his future self he can’t wait to be there and reminds him to always be positive even at his lowest times, to always stick beside dan because sometimes he will need all the love phil can give him and to always be proud of himself.

‘VIEWERS PICK MY OUTFITS!’ masterlist lololol

phil opens this video explaining the concept, introducing his off-camera assistant, and talking about how he generally sticks to his very rigid comfort zone w how he dresses. can we just take a moment to appreciate how significant it is that phil felt comfortable doing this video??? he seems like he loves these comfort zones of his, whether it’s in how he dresses or how he acts or the types of jokes he makes,, phil appears to be very much a creature of habit in so many ways, so for him to put trust in the hands of his audience and dan and then film himself in this setting/context that is such a departure from anything he’s made before …… while wearing clothes unlike anything he’s worn before …. i don’t want to get too emotional too early in this post but it feels fucking monumental to me on a lot of levels. this is a tier of amazingphil content that we’ve basically never gotten, and from the exposed thighs to the cupping his hands over his crotch to the constant cute and flirty banter w dan off camera it felt like so many barriers were being broken and my heart was going right along with it. here’s a complete list of all the outfits and the incomprehensibly adorable shit that went down in the video sdjfksdfjlskdf. yall know a video this Extra deserved a post this extra so dont @ me abt the length:
