Need Help With Bills --- Dad Hasn't Been Paid

I hate to ask but I'm in need of some aid. My job search hasn't been going well, I've been hit with a bad depression episode, and my dad's work income keeps being delayed.

He's directly asked if I have anyone to borrow money from by this weekend for bills.
