I feel like somebody needs to hear this rn: there is nothing wrong with hitting rock bottom. You know what's down there? Clarity. Freedom. Independence. Restoration of faith in humanity. You clawing your way out of rock bottom will absolutely give you the basis upon which to rebuild, time and time again. Do not fear that pit baby because there have been people who have long built caves and tunnels down there fortified in blood sweat and tears just to help you find your way back up too. We leave footprints in all that we do- you too!- and I guarantee you, you will make it through this.
