I think I'm gonna rewrite Gloria's dad(bio dad) specifically because I'm not happy at all with him rn. I feel like I've made him almost cartoonish & that's keeping me away.

I do need t make like a list of what I think Gloria's duties as champion are. Cause while she is treated more as a show piece at the moment then anything she DOES have actual jobs she's expected to do. I know one of them is making sure the gyms are up to 'code' & maintaining expectations to remain in the Major Gym League.

"Hmm... Dat's a really good idea." There were a lot of different accountants who worked in the league. So she wouldn't have to do all the math herself...

"But what if Ah hire someone bad 'r if before Ah can hire anyone Ah mess up? Ah'm sure the gym leaders would help..." They all had before. "But Ah dun't want tuh put extra stress on dem 'r lead dem wrong. Ah dun't want tuh make t'ings worse." It was hard for her, sure but the rest of the gym leaders seemed to be doing okay. She probably just had to figure out how to handle it like they did.

Hm. Yeah, she couldn't exactly begrudge Gloria for the math bit. Heidi's never been bad at math, per say, but it sure wasn't enjoyable.

"Maybe you could use some of your earnings someday to hire someone for that part specifically?" The Unova league definitely had a dedicated accountant outside of the board. "And I'm sure the gym leaders can help you figure stuff out. They did for me."

"Delegation is your best friend, honestly." How else would he ever get any work done considering how often he's running off to bring Gloria to new regions or bully small children.
