I've been sleeping a lot recently since returning from New Orleans, but not in a bad way.
Usually when I'm taking daily naps it's because I'm depressed, but I've actually been having better moods lately and I feel like I'm taking care of myself by letting myself sleep more. Not having the guilt of "I'm wasting the day by sleeping", but compassionately giving myself time to rest, to not always be distracting myself and pushing through the day.
