Cortez appears to be a skull and ribcage with four snakey arms and a long spine-covered spine that emerges from a pile of assorted bones. So I really want to know what he looked like when he was alive. Was he always a four-armed naga pirate? Or maybe as a magical pirate lich he built himself up out of extra spare bones he had from other skeletons? Both seem likely. I suppose he could also just have been born a skeleton, for no particular reason. It’s a Mario game, lots of things are possible.

Hey, what? Instead of the fifth Mystic Knight (and there definitely is one) the Monster Book gives us this guy. Alright, weird. The Titan has a boxier physique than the ogres, who come from the same artist. I guess in the early days of PAD they had a go-to guy for muscley monstermen.
The call of danger and loot is not so easily resisted. Certain warriors came to Pandora in droves to uncover its hidden secrets. Some would call them adventurers. Others call them fools. But I… call them Vault Hunters.
