People keep saying (or at least it still feels like they are...) that they don't want to take pills bc they're afraid of turning into robots and not having feelings anymore. It's hard not to see that as an enviable luxury when people are telling you once a month that you're overreacting or that you're too sensitive all the time or whatever. It's one of those things where if so many different people are saying that to you, how many people does it take before you have to consider that maybe they're not all wrong about you? If *this many* people are saying it, doesn't that mean there's some truth to it? So then, at what point do you stop? At what point do I say, "You're right. Enough is enough," and that I need to be the one to leave this group for everyone else's sake? Am I really stuck in a game I can't win or am I justified in doubting reality after all? Anxious people just can't be around anyone at all, can we?
