depression tipsā¢
shower. not a bath, a shower. use water as hot or cold as u like. u dont even need to wash. just get in under the water and let it run over you for a while. sit on the floor if you gotta.
moisturize everything. use whatever lotion u like. unscented? dollar store lotion? fancy ass 48 hour lotion that makes u smell like a field of wildflowers? use whatever you want, and use it all over.Ā
put on clean, comfortable clothes.Ā
put on ur favorite underwear. cute black lacy panties? those ridiculous boxers u bought last christmas with candy cane hearts on the butt? put em on.
drink cold water. use ice. if u want, add some mint or lemon for an extra boost.
clean something. doesnāt have to be anything big. organize one drawer of ur desk. wash five dirty dishes. do a load of laundry. scrub the bathroom sink.Ā
blast music. listen to something upbeat and dancey and loud, something thatās got lots of energy. sing to it, dance to it, even if you suck at both.
make food. donāt just grab a granola bar to munch. take the time and make food. even if itās ramen. add something special to it, like a hard boiled egg or some veggies. prepare food, it tastes way better, and youāll feel like you accomplished something.Ā
make something. write a short story or a poem, draw a picture, color a picture, fold origami, crochet or knit, sculpt something out of clay, anything artistic. even if you donāt think youāre good at it.
go outside. take a walk. sit in the grass. look at the clouds. smell flowers. put your hands in the dirt and feel the soil against your skin.
call someone. call a loved one, a friend, a family member, call a chat service if you have no one else to call. talk to a stranger on the street. have a conversation and listen to someoneās voice. if you canāt, text or email or whatever, just have some social interaction with another person. even if you donāt say much, listen to them.
cuddle your pets if you have them/can cuddle them. take pictures of them. talk to them. tell them how u feel, about your favorite movie, a new game coming out.

Hey, I'm a fairly experienced gardener but I'm growing colliflower for the first time this year, any tips? I live in Britain and grow my plants in raised beds, do not know what my soil type is but I make and put my own compost on them every year. I love your blog and any help would be much appreciated!
Hi thereĀ Ū¹(ĖąÆ°Ė)Ū¶
sorry for taking so long Ā ļ½ļ¼ļ¼æ _ļ¼ļ½. Ā
but here itās the answer. (Ā“Ļļ½*)
TheĀ cauliflower itās supersensible to the temperatures, it doesnāt go well with temperatures under 5 Āŗc and neither goes with above Ā 26Āŗc.
for it to grow well you must have a temperature between 12 and 21 Āŗc, Ā a soil rich in nitrogen, with good accessĀ to water and not a humid environment
if you are not sure if your soil has enoughĀ nitrogen, you can do the thing with the lentils which will provide for the plant. (i haveĀ a video about thisĀ in my blog)
now to water them you have to do it directly to the root, Ā if you do it from above the water can get into the leavesĀ and provoke some fungus, so be careful with that.
Ā thatās it, I hope it helps you and hopes that your cauliflowers grow well. Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā then again sorry for taking so long,Ā
please donāt doubt in ask me anything, see you in the next oneĀ

What to plant!!2
Hi everyone !!!
So, here it is! Ā the second part Ā of what to plantĀ
today I have for you: For the stomachacheĀ
well we often found ourselves with stomachache or with gases and your garden always give you what is best for your body. so here today I brought you the best plants to make teas and infusions Ā that will help with those problemsĀ
First the THYME

the thyme is a very tough plant, the only things that you need to have your own is soil, water and of course the seed
this plants helps a lot, it favors the digestion Ā reduce the gases and the inflammation that produce the stomachache.
to make the tea, you need to dry the leaves then prepare the tea as any otherĀ

if you don't have the space or the time to have the plant, then you can always found the thyme in this format. and it will help you to flavor your food and keep your tummy niceĀ (ļ¼¾ā½ļ¼¾)
The MINT

The mint is a really nice herb, it has a lot of uses, it smell nice and the tea is deliciousĀ
to plant this helpful herb we don't need much either, but if you want to have a plant like this you better keep it in plant pot inside the house, they are a bit sensitive to the temperature changes ( try to plat them in spring or autumn) and if you plant them outside you have to be careful because its a it invasive and soon it can cover all your garden.
for the tea you can dry the leaves or not, it doesn't really matter, it helps withe the nausea and to reduce the stomach inflammation Ā ā©(ļø¶ā½ļø¶)ā©

The ChamomileĀ

as always the Chamomile appears as one of the best herbs for anything we need.
the chamomile needs a lot of nutrients, so you will ned to make compost if you want to plant them, they are tough but with highs Ā temperature Ā their leaves can suffer some damage. they like the sun, so if you are going to keep them inside, the try to put them in a place where the sun hits.

you need to dry the flower to put them in a tea, so you have tho keep them like this Ā or buy themĀ ( ļ¾ā½ļ¾)/
The Fennel

this is a very common plant, and its very helpful Ā when it comes to healthĀ
The Fennel doesn't have much soil requirements, it just doesn't go well with cold, but Ā its easy to keepĀ
this herb has high digestive and Ā anti-inflammatory Ā properties, it Ā also helps to clean your hole systemĀ
to make the tea you can dry the leaves Ā or not, but it helps more when its fresh.

Ā Last but not less
The BasilĀ

the basil its easy to keep, they like the sun and the high temperatures o
they Ā are really good for the digestion and of course to flavor your food,
to make the tea you need to dry the leaves, if your going to use them to cook then you can use them freshĀ

well thats it for today,
the spring is close so you can start gardening now and all of these are splendid options for your house and gardens
remember if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask me <3Ā
hope this works for youĀ
Ā see yaĀ (āĀ“ā½`ā)*ā²ļ¾*

Christopher here :) So my family and I have been having problems with our garden because we live in the middle of the woods and the trees cover half of the garden and don't let any sun come in. We lost some of our eggplants, peppers and tomatoes because of it. Every year we grow over 100 tomato plants and get about 6 bushels of tomatoes from them altogether, but this shadowing problem cut that tremendously. Anyway, do you know of any vegetable/herb plants that do well in shade? Love the account!
Ā Hi there! Ā o(ćļ¼¾ā½ļ¼¾ć)o
first I have to apologize, cuz it took me Ā almost 2 weeks to answer this, I have been very busy and hadnāt have time to check up the blog⦠sorry ⦠:s
now, there are not too much plants that grows well in the shadows, there are a lot of Ā decorative plants, but productive ones, not so much. Ā
still! that doesnāt mean that everything its lost! there are some tough plants that can grow with less sun lightĀ
a big part of this group are plants that we like to call Ā leaf plants ( because they have a lot of leafs ) Ā and root plants ( you can guess why are they called like this Ā XD)
so here we go !
Leafs firstĀ
they are Ā really tough but they stillĀ need a lot of attention, try to not wet the leafs directly, because it can rot the plantĀ
There is a bunch of lettuces you can plant !
there is a kind ofĀ lettuce for each taste, and theyĀ donāt have much restrictions in terms of soil, you just have to choseĀ which one you like the most ;3

Cabbage!

cauliflowers and broccoliĀ
they are ok in the shadows but you haveĀ to see Ā if the soil its good for this onesĀ

Now lets go with the rootsĀ
This bad boys can growĀ easily in almost any soil, if the soil has large pores like the sand, its most likely Ā that theyĀ wonāt grow so beĀ carefulĀ
CarrotsĀ

OnionsĀ

Ā GarlicĀ

Ā RadishĀ

And last but not less
The potatoes Ā
youĀ donāt evenĀ need to plant those , they grown on their own in any placeĀ

_ćø__(ā¾ā”ā )>
SO thats it, hope I could help you ;) if you have any other question I swear I will answer it soonerĀ (¬з¬)Ā
and thanks for the support <3Ā
see you around guys :3

What to plant!! 1
so this is a new Ā section, im going to put a list of things you can plant for certain cases and I really hope you guys like it.
today TO RELAX

This is a Valerian, this herb is recommended Ā for people with anxiety and problems for sleep, for it to fully work you have to make a tea, and it will relax all your system.

the Melissa Ā and the Ā chamomile are also Ā herbs to make Ā tea Ā with, and they keep your mind clear when you are stressedĀ

the lavender can also be a tea plant, but the simple smell of it its pretty much relaxing, so you can cut them and put them near you, so you can keep your thought in orderĀ
well thats it for today, I hope you guys like it, don't forget to ask me if you have any questions Ā (Ā“ā`)

Yaho! I wanted to know how much time do I have to wait till my chilly paper grow some fruit ?
since you put the seed in the soil Ā its about 2 month till the plant is prepared to grow some chilly peppers, and the it about a month and a half till you can see the firs ones, this are quick to grow so in 20 days after that you can take them outĀ
hope it helpsĀ ā*ć¾(-āć»*)*+ā

hi, i have a mini cactus, but it looks like its going to die at any moment, what can I do to bring it back to life again ?
well, my roommate had the same problem a couple of months ago, it could be for 3 reasonsĀ
1) the plant doesnāt have a big root so it can extract water, then you have to water them even more, so check first if it has a grown root
2) it has a big root so it doesnāt fit in the flower pot, this make the planĀ āuncomfortableā and it stop getting the nutrients, here you have to change it to a differ pot.
3) you are watering it to much, here you only have to water it once a weekĀ
if nothing of it works, my grandma told Ā to be rude to them, and threat Ā them , I donāt really know how or why but it worksĀ (ć»ā§ā)ć

do you know wtd to make them grow in winter ?
well, its difficult to make them grow in winter, but there its a couple of things you can do
1) you can have a green house (this would be ideal but not everyone have a big space to have them so we will go with the next one.
2) for those who followed the little garden I made, you can put a plastic cape over them, so the heat Ā is kept Ā inside, and you take it of only to change the bottle or water them, also you have to keep the plastic on place.
3) you can keep them inside till is war enough to take them outĀ
hope It helps youĀ (*ć»ā-)ā

Indoor plants !!!
Well its a little bit cold for outside plants, but there is definitely a way to have plant!!, of course Ā indoor plants, there its a lot of them you can have, and here I will tell you which ones are easier to take care of and how

This one is a schefflera, Ā is the easier to take care of, for them to die it have to pass like 3 month without water.
they don't need much sun light, neither much attention Ā so its the perfect plant for busy people.

This is a yucca cane, its pretty Ā and easy to take care of, but it doesn't live much without water and you can't put too much water either Ā but it sill works with busy people or forgetful .

theeee orchids, this plants doesn't need sun, nor much water, but they do need warm places so they can grow and bloom, otherwise the flowers will not be shown.

Ā the bamboo plants, this are a little harder to maintain, the only thing they always need to have is water, if is possible they also need treks, but you have to clean the water a couple of time in the month, so the root doesn't putrefy
thats it, I hope you like it, and it helps you get your next plantĀ
ah! and remember to ask if you need somethingĀ (*ļ¼¾āļ¾)Ń

Hahah well, that happens when the mixer don't grind enough the paste.
it happens to me too and I had to took out all the growing plants, Ā but you can Ā also relocate them so you can also have a plant of lentils. Ā Ā .+(Ā“^Ļ^`)+.

YOUR OWN GARDEN TIPS :3
When you have a tree like this one, that suddenly gots tall, and it bothers youĀ

don't ever cut them in half or cut the all the upper partĀ
even less like this

When you do this, the tree will still ned some where to make Photosynthesis Ā and will start to take out branches from the sidesĀ
like thisĀ

and sill start to turn itself in a brushĀ

Ā so if you don't know how to cut the branches (to stop the grown) call a gardener, they always know ;)

YOUR OWN GARDEN TIPS: 2
So this is just a tiny tip, its like a YOUR OWN GARDEN TIP 1.00005Ā
BUT Ā Ā ĀÆ\_(ć)_/ĀÆ
so, here we go,Ā
when your plants have leafs that are yellow or brown is better to take them of that to wait for them to be green again, this will help your plant because it will not be wasting energy in leaf that are in a bad state and will make the rest of the plant grow with more strength

Hello people, so here I bring you some informationĀ
well I forgot to explain it in the video but lentils have a lot of nutrients, and a lot of nitrogen. This is a great bomb of strength for the plant, this is why we put a little bed of it under them.Ā
also!!!! if you have dogs, be careful because they love the smell and go after it, and well... they will kill your plantsĀ (ļ½”ā¢Ģļøæā¢Ģļ½”)
thats it, hope you guy like the video, and tell me how it works for youĀ (ļ¾Ā“ć®Ā“)ļ¾*:dļ¾ā§
