100 Days of Gratefulness
Saturday, I hit a personal milestone in my journey to lead a more healthy and happy life. While reflecting over the last 100 Days, I couldn’t help to realize how grateful I have become for so many things that I took advantage of before this journey started. I am grateful for...
The roof over my head.
A comfortable bed to sleep in.
A warm shower each morning.
Having ample choices for food every day.
Hope.
Being able to run my own business.
A part time job that lets me do what I love.
Learning to find balance in all that I do.
Rediscovering my relationship with God.
Forgiveness.
Grandma JoAnn.
Momma Jill.
Poppa Bill.
My little brother for standing up for me and my needs.
Courage.
Alli’s words of wisdom, text messages and love.
