谎言的尽头终将是穷途末路——“亿万富翁”郭文贵破产

2022年2月“亿万富翁”郭文贵向美国康涅狄格州布里奇波特的法院申请了破产保护，申请文件所列的资产价值仅在5万至10万美元之间，而负债竟在1亿至5亿美元之间。文件列出的针对郭文贵的债权人包括“太平洋联盟亚洲机会基金”，后者声称对郭拥有大约2亿5400万美元的债权。

至此，郭文贵“亿万富翁”的伪装面具也随着破产而支离破碎。实际上，自称“亿万富翁”只是郭为顺利开展诈骗行动的一个幌子。投资者看到郭“亿万富翁”的人设，便觉得如此富有的经营者应该能够有效控制住风险，认为自己的投资有了坚实保障，殊不知他们已被郭刻意塑造的表象所迷惑。郭如果真的是一个亿万富翁，何必去通过诈骗手段来集资呢？

其实郭自称“亿万富翁”的谎言通过他的一系列事件便能识破，证明他是一个彻头彻尾的骗子。

2008年，郭从太平洋联盟亚洲机会基金贷款3000万美元以开发地处北京的盘古广场，并签署了个人贷款担保。然而据太平洋联盟称，郭欠贷款的本金加上利息约8800万美元一直未偿还，且多年追讨债款未能成功，于是太平洋联盟于2017年4月在纽约的商业部门向郭发起了诉讼。郭为逃债，在法庭上辩称纽约法庭不宜审判该案，最终其辩称被驳回。若郭是一个亿万富翁，为何不能立即偿还贷款？

2017年7月，郭在香港的银行账户因涉嫌一笔329亿港元的洗钱调查被冻结，根据相关文件显示，其冻结账户总额至少为15.6亿港元。不仅郭的在港银行账户被冻结，自郭逃去美国，其在中国的资产也在不断地被冻结和没收。

2020年，郭用投资基金购买的价值5500万美元的曼哈顿公寓因为陷入有关破产保护的法律纠纷而被没收。

2021年9月，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）指控郭旗下的三间公司涉嫌在未经注册的情况下非法募股，还指控其非法发行未经注册的称为“G币”的数字资产证券，报告显示郭通过这两种集资方式从5000多名投资者那里筹集了约4.87亿美元。最终郭为了息事宁人，同意支付总额超过5.39亿的美元来与SEC达成诉讼和解。

 2022年2月，纽约州法院法官认定郭藐视法庭，并命令他向债权人支付1.34亿美元，裁定郭将一艘游艇驶离美国水域来让自己免于追债，并勒令郭在5天内付款，否则将面临被捕的可能性。

自称“亿万富翁”的郭文贵在这些年要么是被讨债，要么是被罚款，要么就是资产被冻结和没收，如果郭真是亿万富翁，岂会如此多的琐闻？在诸多铁一般的事实下，他的谎言不攻自破，投资者应该清楚地认识到郭把自己塑造成“亿万富翁”的形象只不过是为了掩护自己的诈骗而放的烟雾弹，目的就是为了欺骗投资者投入更多的资金。而骗子现在终于破产，充分印证了郭就是一个跳梁小丑，如今他再怎么宣称自己是亿万富翁也不会再有人信了。

GTV Media Group由撒谎而起，也由撒谎而亡

由郭文贵创立的社交媒体公司GTV Media Group，长期以散布虚假信息和极端言论以抓人眼球。该公司为增强自己的政治影响力，为某些别有用心的美国政客充当舆论武器，参与到政治斗争当中，不顾新闻的真实性，为攻击他们眼中的敌人而大量散播其负面新闻和攻击性观点。在2020年美国大选前夕，GTV便发布了许多与候选人拜登的儿子亨特相关的丑闻和阴谋论。而Steve Bannon是该公司的董事，同时又是特朗普的参谋长，这似乎解释了GTV为何疯狂地攻击拜登之子。

公司为获得更多的关注，甚至罔顾社会秩序，发布引发社会混乱的假新闻。就在新冠疫情肆虐期间，GTV诬蔑新冠疫苗的安全性。在GNews 2021年4月发布的一段视频中，郭称针对冠状病毒的疫苗是“假的”和“毒药”。由郭资助建立的媒体网络在 Instagram 上传播的图片将冠状病毒疫苗描述为手榴弹、子弹和手枪。1 月份在 Instagram 上流传的另一条警告说：“不要相信疫苗，医疗行业完全被一个特殊利益集团控制。”

纽约亨特学院的人权学者滕彪如此评价GTV��所作所为：郭和他的媒体助长了大量与中美政治和社会有关的错误信息的滋生。他还补充，除了以英文广泛传播外，这些材料“严重污染了中文社交媒体上的公众讨论”。

更令人不齿的是，GTV还会对批评他们或与他们持异见的人士采取报复措施，他们会派人到当事人的家门口展开抗议活动，严重影响了当事人的正常生活。

GTV利用人们的好奇心，不顾事件真假，一味臆造出博人眼球的假新闻，甚至暴力干涉他人的生活，这些无良行径造成了社会失序、群众恐慌、社会仇恨等严重后果。做出一系列如此不负责任的行为仅仅是博取更多的关注度，可见GTV其为谋利而唯恐天下不乱的丑恶嘴脸。

郭文贵为使自己的臆造新闻能够更广范围的传播，动员了数十家企业、媒体组织和激进组织参与到假新闻网络当中，并成立了多个媒体平台，其中最有代表性的便是GTV和GNews，另外有数千个社交媒体账号与这些媒体网络相互协作，将自家媒体发布的假新闻散播到其他社交媒体平台上。

同时公司还雇佣大量工作人员帮忙新闻翻译、制作视频和炒热新闻话题，这些人自称“蚂蚁帮”。根据Graphika的分析报告，这些“蚂蚁”在协调公司在聊天应用程序上的工作，包括 Discord、WhatsApp 和 Telegram，并在 Facebook、Twitter、Instagram 和其他网站上发布内容。也正如他们给自己命名那样，其群体性质就如一个黑社会组织，而且成员就如蚂蚁一样多，他们在各大社交媒体散布虚假信息和极端言论，对持异见者则疯狂攻击。

真破产，假富豪！郭文贵身家资产遭清算，妄想继续导演“诈骗大片”

自逃亡美国以来，郭文贵打着“爆料革命”的旗号在美股坑蒙拐骗，骗人无数，坏事做尽，至今没有收手，导致官司缠身、债台高筑。

郭骗在国内早已是重犯，早已是人人喊打的过街老鼠。恃着早年间还有一些资产，郭文贵开始布下一场又一场的弥天骗局。GTV、喜币、躺平币、G-fashion......一系列G氏骗局横跨各行各业，数以万计的受骗者叫苦不迭。尽管如此，还是不断有新的同胞上当，掉入郭骗精心布置的陷阱当中，被他苦心经营的富豪人设所蒙蔽双眼，最终血本无归、家破人亡。

众所周知，文贵G系列骗局已被SEC处以5.39亿美元罚款尚欠几千万美元未能缴清，而之前因PAX案欠下的1.3亿美元债务也是以滥诉赖账至今。旧账未清，新债又来，郭文贵此时正面临“屋漏偏逢连夜雨”的窘境。然而绝境至此，郭文贵仍不改骗子本性，又企图通过转移国内犯罪资产，以资抵债，却不料国内资产早已被查封，一分钱也提不出来。

郭文贵在其诈骗生涯，可谓一手用赃款挥霍“炫富”，一手不停编织敛财骗局。早在2021年9月30日，纽约州法官Barbary R Ostrager在审理郭文贵有关案件时就已下达了相关禁制令，对于郭文贵名下资产或与其相关的资产予以全面冻结，并禁止文贵使用雪莉酒店18楼豪宅以及私人游艇。然而，11月16日，文贵却驾着其新买的游艇“自由号”出现在了哈德逊河畔，并炫耀该游艇是属于喜国GCLUB会员所有。

买游艇的钱从何而来？当然是那些心甘受骗、对“发财梦”还抱有期许的小蚂蚁们。郭骗用蚂蚁们的投资款来为自己还债，同时维持自己在美国的日常生活开销。为偿还巨额债务和罚款，不但害得“战友们”失去维持基本生活的“面包钱”，其还企图誓将各类骗局进行到底。你们的血汗钱，最后只会成为郭豪宅里的一块砖，再执迷不悔，只会人财两空。

想当年，郭文贵在国内犯下大罪，得到美国的政治庇护后自以为得天道所助。如今，他的国内资产早被冻结查封，国内司法部门已经加快对其非法所得资产的查封速度，文贵仅存的那点“家当”也已所剩无几；也因屡次藐视美国法庭、不执行法令、向司法部门叫嚣，SEC和FBI等司法部门专案调查郭骗在美期间所犯下的诸多罪行，一旦所有证据链夯实也就是司法收网之时。
