ANXIETY AND TOUR

I felt in a cahotic HYSTERICAL acting science at the Royal College of Music, says that undergoing such an amount of stress - the product of being in front of an audience of thousands or exhaustive rehearsals - is unnatural for any human being: "No it has to do with age or inexperience, or how highly qualified a person is. Preprogrammed stress responses alter physical and even psychological state. "

Professor Jande Ginsborg of the Royal Northern College of Music has a way of exemplifying the above. She asked her students to describe the feelings they experienced when they were in love; then she asked them to do the same but in relation to what they felt on stage. The descriptions were the same in both cases, showing that the body has only one way to respond to emotion.

That is why all musicians experience performance anxiety, to a lesser or greater degree, especially moments before performing. Some feel only nervous, while others may suffer paralysis or fainting due to their slow heart rate. If not controlled properly, symptoms can progressively increase anxiety and panic, causing memory damage.

A common thing is the "fight" or "flight" response. In it the nervous system explodes two hormones, adrenaline and norepinephrine throughout the bloodstream. When these hormones reach very high levels, it generates a higher heart rate, muscle tremors and increased blood flow, from the stomach to the muscles, causing nausea and the feeling of having "butterflies."

What i hated points out that each musician will talk about a specific area where they most perceive the condition: "Pianists will talk about the sweating in their hands, the string players will talk about their bows trembling, while the singers will report dry mouth."

The way in which each musician responds to anxiety depends on both genetic and environmental factors, since it can be inherited through the mother's hormonal levels, but it can also be triggered by a traumatic event at an early age.

According to the British media, therapies such as cognitive-behavioral help to perceive fear as a form of positive emotion: they make feeling anxiety an indicator that the body is ready to act; On the other hand, for those who suffered trauma in childhood, psychodynamic therapy could be more effective, as it analyzes the feelings that arise in the presentations. However, each therapy will be better based on the needs of each person.

When The Noigiler World Tour ended in mid-late 2018, I didn't know who he was, I didn't know if everything he had given had been enough or if I was even considering disappearing from the industry forever. I was under pressure that no one in this world could contain. I was surrounded by authentic vibes that just wanted to print as much as possible. I understand how this works, I am also a producer and as such I turn 100% in everything I do that bears my name. But this time it was completely out of my hands. In this new album I wanted to let myself go, open my way to others. For the first time I have let others enter me. Let them inspire me with their lyrics. I've always been very stubborn with the fact that only I could write my songs, but this time that's not what I was playing. I wanted others to impregnate me with their art, their styles. Thanks specifically to Bjork, James Krusten, Alice Khelad, Tethan, Mike Yurrs among others, this album has stories to tell and that you will soon discover.
