Municipal Meet

"When the time is right, I the Lord will make it happen." Isiah 60:22 Last October 11, 12 & 15, 2024, our team fight and represented the SMMS in the Municipal Meet of Kawit. We was able to beat 3 teams - IS, CDGC, & Binakayan. However, we fell short and lost under the hands of Tirona. We was able to secure the Silver medal Though. Even though we wasn't able to bring that championship crown back to ESMERI, i'm still vv proud of my team. We fought and gave a good fight. We were able to represent our alma mater with courage and was able to get a podium finish.

I wanna say thank you to the coaches who trained us and impact knowledge to us. To the teachers, who were very supportive throughout the training process. To my teammates, who did their best in training and in the game. To our school, who supported us and sponsored us food. And to God, for guiding us and making sure that no one is injured.

There's nowhere to go but up. We'll bounce back big time. See you, CADIPSAA!

Training Program

On September 28, 2024, i was part of the set of players who tried out for the Volleyball Team of Saint Mary Magdalene School. Luckily, i got picked and selected - i even became the captain ball of the team. From the day of the Try outs onwards, we trained every other day 'till October 9, 2024 to prepare for the upcoming Municipal Meet. I was very happy with the team i belonged to and i handled. It was a very wholesome experience to be part of the SMMS Volleyball Team. I can definitely say that even though we only trained with each other for almost 2 weeks, we've made a bond and connection that can last a life time. #SMMSOneTeam

Teacher's Day

On the 7th day of October, my classmates and i prepared a surprise for our Teacher - Ms. Reyel, as a celebration for the teachers day. Even though it was delayed, we're still grateful as the prepared surprise was still done. #TeachersDay

Hello, everyone! I am Drake Nigel P. Atangan, 16 years old and i am from Noveleta, Cavite. I am currently studying in Saint Mary Magdalene School for my Senior High School. But my old alma maters are Little Angel Daycare Center (Pre-School), Noveleta Elementary School, & Noveleta National High School - STE Program. I am an academic achiever. I am a consistent awardee, i graduated pre-school as the 2nd honor and graduated both elementary and high school as with honors. Additionally, i am an athlete, i play the sports Volleyball. In junior high school, i was part of the team that represented my municipality, Noveleta. Which we were able to get a podium finish on my last year, placing bronze. Here in SMMS, I was the assigned team captain in the team for the Municipal Meet where we placed Silver. Here are some basic info's about me: - I am a NON-BINARY and i go by the pronoun of He/They - I simply don't identify as any of the LGBTQIA+ (too complicated to explain) - I HAVE ANXIETY - My fave color is any shades of blue - My fave ulam is Sinigang - I'm addicted to sweets, specifically gummies - I'm an extroverted introvert - I consider myself as a jack of all trades - i know how to Sing, Dance, Act. I'm good in academic and Sports as well. - I'm currently single (open for situationships, emz!) I am making this Blog as a journal/diary where i can share the recent happenings in my life. I want to share my experiences and what i'm going through with you guys and hopefully make this Blog as a safe space for me and my life.
