i think it's soooo funny how the shape, length, and thickness of karamatsu's eyebrows changes so wildly across the series

lets start big: here are his eyebrows in season 1

and here's season 2 and teen kara

pretty consistent right? maybe season 1's eyebrows are thinner in comparison, but it looks like his brows are generally bushier towards the ends and taper off medially

but wait... here's season 3

okay... no this makes sense right? ofc his eyebrows would be different in season 3 bc the character designer changed. okay so THESE are his new eyebrows. they're thicker medially and taper off laterally. got it.

these are his eyebrows in 2 early episodes of season 3 (3 and 4)

these are pretty similar, yeah the arch is different but that's negligible. okay so i guess his eyebrows are generally the same thickness throughout?

and then here's the final scene of the final episode

okay so it SEEMS LIKE generally his eyebrows are bushier laterally towards the arch. they also seem to change based on his facial expressions

YES! this is IN the movie!! and generally they look like this throughout with a few minor exceptions

(here's a STARK exception though in the intro)

now obviously, this is not to insult the animators or artists ofc. his eyebrows are such a small detail in the grand scheme of things and it's probably soooo tedious to draw them consistently in every frame and in every episode. especially since there's multiple animators working on every episode! this is just me having a bit of fun because i like karamatsu and i like his eyebrows
