omg when i saw that raylee was working with shavmediaproductions i was like whatttt i’ve been a fan of both for like 4 years this is insane (of course i can’t wait to see the other artists working on other episodes!)

only reason i felt comfortable drawing this was because my jevil design is kind of similar lol

Hey everyone! For those who followed our Invader Zim content and the AVTP project as SMP developed it from the ground up, I have a few things to update you all on.

SMP is no longer connected to AVTP, and as proxy, I won't be moving forward with the project either. AVTP is still a concept and idea owned by SMP as well as some of its narrative ideas, and there are many original characters within the series we still hold copyright over, but the project in total has been fully separated from SMP management-wise, and will be moving forward independent of SMPs resources and support.

We at SMP wish the project the best moving forward, but it is unfortunate to say we will no longer be featuring any content on our channel of AVTP, and we likely in the future will be making minimal content relating to IZ. It's simply a personal preference from here, so I apologise to any people to enjoyed that content!

We wish them the best, and the separation was certainly for the best.

I’d like to take some time and analyze what I think is one of the more interesting lore bits in Legends: the Old Verses.  I’ve seen people talk about them, but only to speculate on who wrote them.  Which, to me, isn’t the most exciting aspect of these verses.  I feel like we all kinda know.  But I haven’t seen any real analysis on the lore or its implications, so hopefully I’m not late to this party.

Still thinking about this. Haven’t stopped thinking about this since I saw this scene.

Like. there’s so much to unpack. How just before this he was vaguely alluding to hardships in his life, which were apparently so difficult and painful that it had him wondering what the point of life even is, and lead him to believe that the creator of the world itself had cursed him, the creator of the world itself had abandoned its creation and its people.

How he coped with this by devoting all of his time to studying said creator and the origin of the world so he could meet it and be like “hey what the fuck.” How he wanted to demand a better world from it. How he apparently witnessed things so terrible he’d given up hope on the world and would rather just erase the fucking thing and start over.

And ESPECIALLY how this devotion to his creator and obsession with meeting it led him to Giratina instead - and what stuck with me most of all was how his obsession with Arceus turned into an obsession with Giratina, and the way he described it….“The creator’s unwanted child.” …I can’t help but feel like those are his own feelings.

Man. what the fuck happened to this guy. I’m so invested. I need Boy Lore™ immediately lol
