The cabin door burst open, the strength of the wind outside shoving the flimsy wood wide, slamming against the wall with a ferocious thud that shook snow from the frame upon the porch. The white flakes were slowly tracked inside, as if the snow was attempting to seek refuge from itself alongside the two wintry beings slowly slinking in, shuttering while Antarcticite closed the door to the outside world, a complaint teetered on the edge of their tongue, ready to scold the ever-shivering Phosphophyllite, who stood unthinkingly to the side trying to rub warmth back into their skin.

But Antarc would swallow down their agitation like always. They had to make sure this job didn’t fail, for their teacher. It was the first mission they’ve had in months, and they wouldn’t fail now.
