Find Out If You Can Rank Your Website Without Any SEO
Ever wonder if it’s possible for your website to rank on page 1 of Google without applying any search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to it at all? From time to time we get questions from people asking this exact question. We are also quite frequently asked, “how does Google determine what sites rank at the top of their search results?” In this blog post, we’re going to answer the question of if it’s possible for your website to rank on page 1 of Google without applying any SEO to it at all. By answering this question, you should be able to figure out the answer to how Google determines what sites rank where. The short answer is it’s doubtful- and here’s why.
You see, Google is just really nothing more than a giant computer that reads data. You have to be able to supply Google the correct data in the correct format for Google to really understand what your website is about. If you don’t provide Google the correct data or you don’t do it in the right way, there’s an excellent chance that Google may have no idea what your site is about. So you really have to understand that if you want Google to figure out what your site is about, then you’re going to have to provide Google specific data in specific places. If you don’t that, there’s going to be other people out there who will do that, and everything else being equal, those sites will rank above yours. Without supplying Google this data, your site is going to get buried in the search results. Your site is certainly not going to be on page one, and probably not even on page two or page three- simply because of all the other people who are supplying Google with the proper data for their website.
Let me give you an example of what I’m talking about. At the beginning of this post, I said your site would PROBABLY not rank on page 1. I did not say it’s impossible- and here’s why. For illustrative purposes, I am going to give you an extreme example of how your site might actually rank without applying any, or at least very very little search engine optimization to it. Let’s assume you have a website on how to lose weight. If someone is searching for how to lose weight in Google, you can see in the picture below that there are approximately 829,000,000 results! So this is saying that Google believes there are 829,000,000 websites that are related to how to lose weight. Now if you just think about that from a common sense perspective, if you did nothing at all to optimize your site for the search engine, it’s very unlikely that with 829,000,000 other results, that your site is going to show up on the first page.
But let’s dig down a little bit deeper. If we run the intitle query string, we can see how many of those 829,000,000 websites have how to lose weight in the title. If you look at the picture below, we then can see there are almost 28,000,000 websites.
This means that those websites have “how to lose weight” in the title tag of their website. The title tag is one of the important data points that Google reads to try and determine what your site is all about. The title tag is also considered an “on page ranking factor.” So, in this case, we went from 829,000,000 websites down to 27,000,000 which is obviously a big difference, but it should also be obvious that if your site does not even have how to lose weight in the title, it’s very unlikely that it’s going to rank.
Now weight loss is a very very difficult keyword, and I’m merely using it as an extreme example to illustrate what I’m talking about. So if you did nothing at all to your site regarding search engine optimization, then all else being equal, the people who have “how to lose weight” in their title tag are going to be ahead of you in the search results.
Let me show you the other extreme where it’s possible that your website COULD rank without any optimization at all. This is going to be the opposite extreme of what I just showed you. Let’s say you have something ridiculous that you’re trying to optimize your site for or rank for. Let’s just say that you want your site to rank #1 for “maximum super terrific band-aids.” Doing the same thing we did for the term “how to lose weight” we can see in the picture below that Google believes there are 169,000 websites related to that. Now obviously we know that these sites are not specifically about maximum super terrific band-aids, because most likely, as far as I know, there’s no real product like that which is why I picked it. So Google is probably pulling data off of band-aids or bandages and things like that.
Now let’s just say that this is what your site is about. You’ve gone from 28,000,000 sites in the how to lose weight niche, down to 169,000 websites in this made up niche. If you do a search to see how many people have “maximum superterrific band-aids” in their title tag, you will see that none of them do.
So if you had a website, and the contents and maybe the URL of the site had something about super terrific band-aids in it, or maximum super terrific band-aids, there’s a chance it would rank on page one, maybe even number one, without you doing anything else. The reason is simply because there is nobody else trying to rank for the term “maximum super terrific band-aids.” Now, if you put “maximum super terrific band-aids” in the title tag of your website I would almost guarantee you that you would rank on page one and most likely #1, but that also is doing a little bit of search engine optimization.
Hopefully, by me illustrating this one specific data point, and a very critical data point at that, you can see why it’s not very likely or realistic that a website can rank on page 1 of Google without any search engine optimization at all. It’s even less likely when you consider other businesses out there that offer the same product or service as you are competing for the top spot in Google. As I’ve mentioned, title tag is just one example of a data point that Google uses to try and determine what your site is about and determine where it should be ranked in the search engine results.
There are dozens and dozens of other variables and data points that affect where your site ranks in the search engine results. Below is a list of a few other crucial data points.
Meta Description
Page content (what is the content about, how is the content structured, what type of keywords do you have in that content, at what frequency do you have those keywords in that content etc).
H1 tags, H2 tags, H3 tags (think of H1 as a large overall topic, H2 as a subtopic, and H3 as even a smaller subtopic.
Power of your site (your site gets a lot of that power from other websites that may be talking about are linking to your website).
Authority of your site (of those sites that are talking about your site and are linking to your site, how relevant are they to the topic that you’re site is about. If they’re highly relevant it’s going to make your site more of an authority in the specific niche that you are in).
Visitors (Is your site getting any visitors and if so, how many visitors is it getting compared to others?)
Everything I just mentioned in addition to a lot more is all data that Google needs to see, and what I’ve just listed are the more powerful important data points that are necessary to even begin the search engine optimization process.
You can find out how many data points your site currently has by taking advantage of our free website report card. Once you request your report card, you can even schedule a complimentary 30-minute consultation where we will explain everything in the report card to you, and give you next steps to help your site move up in the search engines.

SEO Backlinking: An Easy to Understand Explanation of How it Works, Why You Need Them, and How To Find Just the Right Links
Many people try and make back-linking more complicated than it is. Really, the sole purpose of back-linking is to make your website more powerful, more authoritative and more relevant for whatever the product, service or niche is that you are in. Backlinking is referred to as an “off-page” SEO technique.  You should familiarize yourself with on page and off page SEO techniques if you don’t completely understand them. Before we dive into what backlinking is, how it works, and how to get started, keep in mind that backlinking is just one part of the overall recipe for SEO success.
Most likely right now your site is like an aspiring singer that is performing to no audience at all, no one sees you, no one hears you, no one is listening to you. It’s your job, in trying to get your website to rank or in working with an agency that’s trying to get your website to rank, to turn your website into a huge rock star with a lot of power, a lot of authority, and to make it become well established and well known. This is what you want to happen to your website. So the question is, how do you make that happen and how do you get your website to rank on page 1 of Google? Well you do that through what is called back-linking and what I mean by that is, it’s your job to go out and find other rock star websites that want to link to your website. That’s all a backlink is- it’s another website that puts a link on their site that goes over to your website. So your job or the job of the agency that you’re working with, whoever it may be, is to go out and find rock star websites.
Again, think of your website as an aspiring singer nobody knows of, nobody has heard of, and nobody sees. Then one day, Justin Bieber or Katy Perry or Garth Brooks goes out and says hey you should check out this singer, they’re really good, they’re really up-and-coming, and you won’t believe how great they are. All of a sudden, you become an overnight success through the power and reach and authority of somebody in the industry that is talking about you. That’s really how you have to look at backlinks. Backlinks are like a popularity contest. How many powerful, authoritative, relevant websites can you get to link (i.e., talk about) your site? Hopefully, we have made clearer what backlinks are and the purpose behind them. Now you have to go out and find these Rockstar websites.
So how do you find a rock star website? Well really, what you’re going to look for is just a couple of things. You’re going to look at the relevance of a site. Is it closely related to your topic or your niche? You’re going to look at how powerful is that website? You can do that by looking at different metrics called domain authority, page authority, and referring domains. Referring domains refers to how many websites are talking about the website that you’re looking at (wanting to get a link from), and the age of the site that you’re looking at. Also, does that website get traffic? Does it have a lot of visitors to it?    You can use a software like ahrefs or majesticseo to find these metrics.
Then you want to think about the type of link coming from that site.  Is it dofollow or is it nofollow? We’re not going to get into any of these details that I just mentioned about dofollow links versus nofollow links, but typically you want to be looking at just do follow links.  Links and metrics could be discussed for eternity but what I’m trying to give you the 80/20 rule where you’ll get the most bang for your buck so what you want are dofollow links.
Once you find a website that you believe is a rock star site, all you need to do is reach out and contact the owner of that website and simply ask them can you or how can you get a link from their site.  Some of them may be willing to do it, and others may charge you for it. I’m not getting into the different types of SEO that people will talk about such as white hat, black hat, etc. and I’m not talking about the Google Terms of Service in this article. I’m simply talking about, if you’re interested in trying to get a link from a site, one of the ways you can do it is by contacting the owner of the site and asking them how you can go about getting a link from their website.
There are a lot of different types of links out there and if you’ve spent any time on the internet or you’ve talked to different people or watched videos about it you might be familiar with a lot of them. In this case, I’m going to give you a short list of links that I believe are the type of links that you want to stay away from or at least be cautious of.  Again, I’m going back to the 80/20 rule where will you get the most bang for your buck. Everything listed below could be used with SEO, but it’s not really going to drive any results.
Article submissions- one of the things to keep in mind is to think about how difficult is it to attain a link from the source that you are trying to get one from. Everyone can get a link from an article submission.
Forum submission- anyone can get a link if you sign up on the right forum sites.
  Blog commenting
Social bookmarking- this is a dinosaur tactic, and no current data indicates these links are useful at all.
Link building software– there is a place for this but for purposes of this article, and if you’re not advanced in backlinking I recommend you stay away from any automated link building software.
Private blog networks- these still work very, very well, however, if you’re not familiar with backlinking stay away from these because if not appropriately utilized they will do a lot more harm than good.
Directory links- there’s a place for directory links, however, don’t go to one site that allows you to submit directory links to a hundred places at one time. This is a very outdated technique and could actually harm you so I would not recommend that.
Anything that you see in the above list you should be very cautious of and I would recommend staying away from. Yes, there are places where you could use these particular techniques, but some of these techniques listed are simply worthless. They’re entirely outdated, they offer no relevancy in today’s world of backlinking or search engine optimization, and it is just simply a complete waste of time.
So what type of links should you look for? You should be looking for links from real websites that offer dofollow contextual backlinks.  A contextual link means that your link is inserted within a particular article on the site linking back to your website. Again you want that site to have good metrics like I talked about and also be relevant to your particular niche if possible.
Now in a perfect world, you would want to find a website that has all of the things that we’ve just talked about here.  You would want a site that has great metrics, that’s relevant to your niche or the product or service that you offer, and that provides a contextual link. If you had all those variables on one site that would be a home run. However, that doesn’t always exist in the real world so sometimes you have a mix of the type of links you need to look for.  Sometimes you can find a really powerful site but it may not be terribly relevant to your niche, and that’s okay. If it has excellent metrics, it would be worth getting a link from. Likewise, you may find a site that may not have the best metrics in terms of power and authority, but it may be extremely relevant to your niche, in that case again that would be worth getting a link from.
It’s challenging to cover all of the ins and outs of backlinking in a single blog post, and you could talk about this for days or weeks on end. It was my goal to give you a very high-level overview of what backlinks are, and a basic understanding of how to use them.  If you have any specific questions about backlinking you can reach out to us at [email protected], and we will answer your question either privately by email if it’s very specific, or if it’s something many would benefit from then we will answer it in our weekly online marketing mastery Q&A session.

Why Won’t My Website Rank on Page 1 of Google?
When prospects initially contact us regarding our SEO services it is not uncommon for us to hear them say something like “the last company we worked with actually made our site drop in the rankings,” or “the last company we worked with did not get our site to rank any better.”  While there are many reasons that either of these things may have happened the bottom line is you did not see any increase in revenue, leads, prospects, etc. as a result of the efforts, or worse you may have seen a decrease in those numbers. This article is going to explain why that may have happened and what you can do to get back on track.
There are many reasons why a site may not increase in rankings, or worse decrease in rankings when search engine optimization is being implemented.   Those reasons could be a bad SEO strategy, a change in Google’s algorithm, or it could be as simple as the product or service you offer is not one that Google wants to be seen at the top of page 1. At the time of this article, this is very common in what is referred to as “your money, your life” niche. If your product or service has to do with money or health and you are not a very well-established well-known brand in your market you will have a very difficult if not impossible time getting your site to rank in the top of the Google search engine.
Since there is not much you can do if Google does not want your product or service to rank at the top of their page based on the industry you are in, we are going to tackle the other two reasons you may be having an issue with your site rankings. We’re going to start by discussing Google’s algorithm because this is very closely related to “bad SEO.”
However, before I get started, you may want to run a complete website audit to have handy and reference throughout this article and during your research.
If you follow SEO at all or have been trying to implement it on a website that you own you have probably seen, heard, or read about many of the Google updates. The fact is Google is constantly updating their algorithms on a regular basis, and you only hear about the ones that have made a significant impact on many sites.  So if you had a site that was once ranking well but suddenly took a significant dive in the search engine results, there is a high probability that you got tripped up in one of Google’s algorithmic filters. This could be a new algorithmic filter Google has put in place or a change to a current algorithmic filter.
Google is constantly updating their algorithms in an attempt to give users the best experience possible. For example, Google cannot have a user come to their search engine and search for bananas and have results for apples come up.  Also when results for bananas display Google wants to make sure it is the best results for bananas that are possible based on the user’s intent. For this to happen, Google must put algorithms in place to try and prevent manipulation of the search results. This is where your skill as an SEO or the skill of the SEO that you hire comes into play.
It’s important for you to understand that search engine optimization of any kind is nothing more than manipulation of search engine results and that in any fashion is a violation of Google’s terms of service. The methods you use, how you implement those methods, and the degree to which you do it,  is what separates skilled SEOs from novices. It’s the difference between getting your site to rank at the top of page 1 or having it stuck where it’s at or even drop in the results.  Worse yet an awful SEO strategy can get your website deindexed from Google’s search results meaning that your site is no longer even eligible to show up in Google anywhere.  It’s the difference between making a lot of money and struggling or going out of business.
If you feel you are the victim of a bad SEO strategy or have been tripped up in one of Google’s algorithmic filters, there are some steps you can take to try and get back on track. The first thing you need to do is make sure that your site has not been deindexed in Google. This is very simple. All you need to do is go to the Google search bar and type in the following:  Site: HTTP(s):yourwebsite.com.   After typing this in the search bar hit enter. Your website should show up as the number one result in the search results. If you do not see it there or within the top three there is a very high likelihood that your site has been deindexed.   This is the highest penalty that Google serves, and you have to contact them through Google webmaster tools to have your site reconsidered for indexation.
Assuming that your site is not deindexed the next thing you should do is go into your Google search console and see if you have any messages regarding actions that Google took against your site.   If your site is not connected to Google search console, you need to do that first. If you find messages in there or what is referred to as manual actions this will tell you any actions that Google took against your site and what you can do to try and fix the problem. The most common manual action that is seen inside the Google search console is the “unnatural links penalty.” This means that Google has detected what they believe to be unnatural linking (i.e SEO) to your site. If this is the case, you need to start by disavowing some of the incoming links. Once you do that, submit your site for reconsideration. If Google does not accept it, they will usually give you a “hint” on what links to disavow next.
Now just because you do not see any manual actions inside your Google search console does not mean that actions have not been taken against your site. It simply means that a human did not manually look at your site, but it is still very possible that actions have been taken based on an algorithmic filter. Algorithmic filter penalties are more difficult to figure out. To figure out what algorithmic penalty your site has been hit with it often requires you changing and testing one component at a time.  The most common components to test are site content (too much or too little) and links (too many, wrong anchor text, wrong type of sites).
Now you have checked for manual actions and know that you either had none or that you addressed them. You have tested for algorithmic penalties and either addressed those or excluded them from being an issue affecting the ranking of your site. You now need to consider a bad SEO strategy from the standpoint of either not enough is being done to create movement in your site, or the wrong strategies are being implemented.
You should think of SEO as a car race. To win a car race, you need two things. A properly built car and the fuel to make it run.  In SEO your website is your car.  You need to make sure that your car is built properly because if it is not, it doesn’t matter what kind or how much fuel you put in it is not going to run correctly. Things that you need to make your car (website) run properly are referred to as on-page factors.   The fuel that you need to put in your car to make it run after it’s built properly is referred to as off-page factors.  One factor without the other will simply leave you stuck at the start line. Here is a good post explaining on page and off page SEO factors in more detail.
Once you have made sure that your site has no penalties whether manual or algorithmic, and you have optimized your website with all on-page factors and have begun implementing off-page factors, unfortunately, all you can do is wait and monitor the results.  SEO requires patience. While many variables are involved that affect the time it takes to see any results, generally speaking, any changes you make related to on page factors should be recognized within about two weeks on average. Off-page factors such as linking might take anywhere between four and six weeks to be recognized and as much as 90 days to feel it’s complete impact.
Proper SEO requires a high degree of skill and experience.  If you have any doubts whatsoever regarding your ability in this area, and you rely on your website and online traffic to generate revenue I recommend you consult a professional. When you work with the right partner, the results will speak for themselves, and you will wish you had done it sooner.  If you are interested in working with us, you can see if you qualify and request a free video analysis.

Does Online Marketing Actually Work?
For many business owners, finding the right digital marketing company to work with can be tricky. In my years of experience in this field, I have encountered many cases where clients couldn’t get their desired results despite hiring several different agencies.
Previously, I had a conversation with one of our clients about how he struggled to get favorable results from various digital media companies he had hired in the past. He owns an eye care practice, and he was struggling to get the amount of new patients each month that he wanted.
This client was very vocal about how much he wanted to book more eye exams, help more patients, and eventually grow his bottom line. In short, he had a very clear idea of what he wanted to accomplish for his business.
To achieve his goals, he tried many online marketing strategies, such as search engine optimization strategies and pay per click strategies. He even had a new website built amongst other things, but it just didn’t seem to help his business that much.
He realized as time went on that he was not really getting any new patients as a result of his marketing efforts, and he wasn’t  building any real momentum at all.
He knew that most marketing and advertising was moving to online mediums, but he was just not having much success with it.  When this client first came to us, he was dead set on the idea that online marketing simply didn’t work- at least not for him.
I explained to this individual that while it may seem like these techniques do not work very well, and I can understand his frustration with them, I assured him that these techniques work more often than not. I explained to him that in most cases, it is not the strategy or technique itself that is not working, it is has more to do with the person or agency that you hired to implement the strategy.
Many times, business owners, including my client, fail to realize that they might be working with the wrong partner or person. If that is the case, they can get easily overwhelmed and frustrated by the money they are spending and the lack of results they are getting.
Many of you right now might be like the client I just described.  You may have previously tried various digital marketing strategies, and partnered with different agencies, and still failed to receive the results that you had hoped for, or that were even promised to you.
If that’s the case, I encourage you to take a fresh look at digital marketing strategies and keep an open mind, because I 100% guarantee you that they work, and in most cases they work like crazy for local businesses.

Should You Rank Your Internal Pages or Just Your Home Page?
Keeping up with the latest Google algorithm can be quite challenging. In fact, most people struggle to rank their website efficiently. Business owners, in particular, utilize search engine optimization to get their name out there and boost sales. However, it’s not easy as it sounds. For one thing, to rank higher in the search engines you need an efficient strategy. So, is there a better way to achieve higher ranking power with search engines? Is it better to focus on ranking the homepage alone or other internal pages on your site as well? Personally speaking, the best way to get your site up and running with the quickest results in search engines is to keep a balance between your homepage and inner pages. For instance, if you have a specific product or service that you offer in one particular area, ranking your homepage is fine for that. Let’s say you have a pressure washing business and that you only offer pressure washing in one particular area; then it’s totally fine to focus on ranking only your homepage in search engines. However, keep in mind that a homepage still needs supporting content not only to help it rank, but for overall user experience as well. So for example, you want to add an internal page, you might consider pages about power washing decks, power washing driveways, or power washing fences — all of which support your main theme of pressure washing. By doing this, users who land on your site are going to find useful and relevant information, which will make them stick around your website longer.
When to build links to internal pages
Now if you offer multiple services or products in more than one area, then it’s better to focus on ranking the internal pages. Technically, your homepage should serve as a hub for other inner pages on your website that you need to optimize. So let’s say you are an attorney that deals with bankruptcy, criminal, and personal injury cases with offices in Dallas and Austin Texas. Then it would be a good idea to designate separate pages for each service and location in your website. You would have to build out your site with an inner page dedicated to bankruptcy issues in Dallas, another page for bankruptcy cases in Austin, and so on. Now each of those inner pages should be powered by your homepage, which should be a very high-level overview of the products or services that you offer, as well as your target areas. Keep in mind that any one internal page is independent of all the other internal pages, so you need to treat each of them similar to a homepage regarding ranking. However, remember that your homepage is still where a lot of the power should come from. Therefore, you shouldn’t need to do as much to these inner pages to get them to rank as you would your homepage.

Choosing & Hiring the Right SEO Firm
Finding the right SEO Company For You and Your Business
Nowadays, having an excellent online presence has become a necessity for many business owners. With all the competition out there, it is a must to have your website come up in search engine results. It will not only get the word out about your business, but it will help you connect with your prospective customers as well. Unfortunately, a lot of businesses have yet to grasp the idea of a good search and content strategy suitable for their websites.
That’s when SEO companies come into play. Some companies opt to have an entire internal team or department dedicated to search engine optimization. However, it only implies recruitment, payroll and additional complications that are better delegated to a company that specializes in the field.
While there are many SEO companies available today, finding the right one might be tricky. There are certain factors to consider before contracting these search engine optimization experts. Here are the basics:
Trust and Connection The first and most important thing that any good SEO company would have is an instant connection to you and your company. It’s vital that they understand what is needed for your company, and that you believe that they will deliver what’s being promised. Employing the aid of SEO experts should be something that you actually look forward to, not something that you consider painstaking.
SEO is a long-term relationship, and you won’t instantly get to the top of the results in a snap. If you don’t like the point person or the company’s representative or if you can’t stand hearing from the company for whatever reason then that is something that you need to evaluate in your search.
Established Reputation It may be a bit obvious, but one of the critical things you need to check is the company’s reputation and reviews. A good company would have great feedback from its previous clients, and it’s safe to say that those that have negative feedback should be avoided. Reviews, testimonials and client feedback are essential, but they are not absolute.
You also have to take into consideration that some newly-founded companies have highly-experienced search engine optimization professionals, but not necessarily many reviews.
Impressive References Taking a chance on new organizations and companies is essential to take into consideration as well. However, if you stumble across an agency that has references to established and well-known companies, that should bear weight. If these famous companies have given their trust and confidence in a particular agency, then you could also benefit in trusting them.
If they have helped a website achieve first page rankings, then you can consider it proof that they know what they’re doing, and you can trust in their process and methods.
Customer Feedback and Communication Communication is a significant part of any relationship, whether personal or professional. The stream of communication, the quickness of responses, and the speed of turnover rates prove that an SEO company is interested in your business.
If you find yourself waiting for days for an inquiry response, then you should take into consideration that they might be too busy to respond to new businesses (and that could be problematic for you in the long run) or they just aren’t interested in having new clients.

5 Must-Have SEO WordPress Plugins To Kickstart Your Website
Starting your own website using WordPress could be quite challenging, especially if you’re relatively new to the game.
Sure, the program itself is great and all, but there are certain plugins that can help you launch your site while optimizing for search engine results.
This article is designed to answer the question “What is the best SEO plugin for WordPress.” Check out these five must-haves that will get the job done for your new website.
Yoast SEO
Out of all the plugins out there, the Yoast SEO wordpress plugin is my personal favorite. It is what I call an “all-in-one” solution that can help you with search engine optimization regardless of your knowledge.
It’s a great tool to begin with whether you’re an expert or a newbie in putting up your own website. In fact, it’s probably one of the top WordPress SEO plugins. I highly recommend Yoast for its simplicity yet powerful features for WP. It’s very intuitive and offers a complete solution compared to other plugins out there.
It allows you to control all of the settings for your WP site, including post title, keywords, Meta description, page tags, and taxonomy – all of which relates to search engine optimization.
It also helps you analyze your content and give different suggestions to improve it further.
Currently, it has over a million downloads and remarkably positive feedback from users.
Eww Image Optimization
While this is not a wordpress seo optimization plugin per se, it is another must-have for your WP website. Eww Image Optimization basically optimizes the size of your images, making it easier for your website to load. Indirectly, this has an impact on search engine results.
It automatically adjusts the size of images without compromising the quality. As a result, it helps your website’s performance, particularly loading time. This is a big factor for search engine optimization as a whole.
Google XML Sitemaps
Next on the list is the Google XML Sitemap. Again, this is not exactly an seo plugin, but it is another one of the WordPress SEO tools you should have in your arsenal. Google XML sitemaps is definitely essential for every site. It’s a powerful tool that creates a sitemap for your WP website.
Google XML reads and crawl your site, making it easier for search engines to understand what it is all about. It’s very popular among users as it a significant impact on search engine efforts. It’s one of the best free wordpress plugins available to give your site a boost.
W3 Total Cache
If you want to improve your website’s page speed, this is perfect for you. W3 Total Cache reduces the load time of your site and increases the download speed.
This can help boost the conversion rate on your website and improve user experience by means of caching. However, using this does get a little bit technical in terms of how to use it but there are good tutorials on how to set it up properly.
Akismet
Last but not the least is Akismet. This WP plugin is a very good tool related to fighting spam on your website.
It basically prevents spam comments that people may try to leave on your post, which is quite common nowadays.
Oftentimes, we see people leaving comments on websites with links that could be potentially harmful. Akismet promises to solve this problem and any spam-related issues.
Again, this is also very easy to install and use, making it one of the most popular tools for WP.
Creating your WP website and optimizing it for search engine results doesn’t have to be complicated at all. These five plugins are here to bring out the full potential of your site.
And these are just a few of what’s actually available out there. There are hundreds of others that’ll provide various features for your website.
Remember, you don’t have to be a pro to launch an awesome website. All you need is the right attitude and of course, proper plugins!
