2018, WHAT’S GOOD?
SUPPP~
I’m so inconsistent with this blog that it’s almost unbearable. JKJK. Inconsistency is sort of a good thing because I’m a busy person and I don’t always have time to post. Though, I still have love for my blog and I may lose all 3 viewers that I do have, I apologize. Life has come at me pretty hard this year...Even though the year has just began. I’ve lost some, I’ve gain some, but most of all, I’ve grown. Being independent in Korea has changed me in so many ways that I cannot explain. But I promise that it is a good thing. I haven’t had the chance to film anything for my “Youtube” Channel lol. But I have been journaling down my thoughts when I can. It helps me let loose, especially on the days that I am having a hard time.
I’ve been out and about discovering Korea more any day that I can. The OLYMPICS STARTED BTW! So excited, but unfortunately, I won’t be attending. I feel like I’m just rambling on and on, but this is a blog, and it’s my blog, so I’m allowed to ramble right?
Anyways, I’ll continue to try to update my blog when I can. But if you are reading this, know that you are beautiful and you are loved. If any of my family members are reading this, know that I am happy and I am okay~
So to end this, I’ll end it with something that I’ve been following lately.
Live life with no regrets. If you live life with regrets, are you really living at all? Don’t ever let the fear of hesitation stop you from truly living your life.
xoxo

Guess Who's Back?!
Sorry again for the M.I.A. I'm officially settled in Korea! I'm not sure if I have announced it here yet, but I am also working for my friend's blog, Hypeofflife.com , as an Editor-at-Large. Big things are coming this year, so stay tuned!
I have been crazily busy with my current work schedule out here, hence the few months of hiatus. I'm now back and better. I'm currently typing this post on my phone. I'm having issues getting the actual site to open on my MacBook.
So till then again, Happy New Year and stay safe!

Not sure what song to turn up or chill to? Feelin’ iffy iffy yeah yeah iffy iffy?
Well no fear, Kozzzy is here to save you from your misery! H1GHRMUSIC’s Sik-K, pH-1, and Jay Park’s “Iffy” will have you drawn into the song and leaving it on repeat for the next billion years. It’s catchy melody is hard to turn down and that iffy dance is a solid btw:)
How did I come across Sik-K, pH-1, and Jay Park?
I came across Sik-K on YouTube. “Eung Freestyle” was playing on every single ad on every single video I was watching. The song itself caught my attention and I finally looked up the video. I also came across other rappers (which I am thankful for coming across) because of “Eung Freestyle,” such as, Owen Ovadoz, Punchinello, and DPR’s LIVE. I already knew of Flowsik because of SMTM.
pH-1 is 1/2 of the rap duo Sous Chefs. I came across Sous Chefs because at the time, I was listening to Owen Ovadoz religiously. And I mean RELIGIOUSLY. Then when I came across Owen and pH-1 as a duo, you can only imagine how much more I fell for their music.
As for Jay Park, I’ve been supporting him since Day 1.
My Final Thoughts?
The aesthetics of this video, the melody, the flows, and the vocals has my mind officially blown. It’s hard to not want to dance and smile as you listen to this song. Whether you’re driving down Sunset BLVD in a drop top, or trying to study for those high scores, “Iffy” will have you feeling high on music in a jiffy.

Oh the nerves...
I know I have been a little bit MIA, but I promise that it’s all for a good reason. As some of you may or may not know, I have been preparing myself to teach and live in South Korea for a year. I’ve been busy running back and forth getting all my paperwork done and I also picked up a temp job until my departure to Korea. I finally got my placement and departure date, and OHHH HAVE THE NERVES SET IN. Contracts have been signed and paperworks have been sent out. As I prepare myself for this, the thought of moving to a different country for a year is exciting, yet a part of me feels a bit homesick already. Instead of my family being in the same household or a call away, they’re now going to be 5000 miles away. I’m going to miss my mom’s home cooked meals, my nieces and nephews, my boyfriend, and most of all my mom. I mean who wouldn’t right? Although the thought of that makes me sad and nervous to be on my own, I look at this experience as a fun lesson for myself. It allows me to be independent and change my habits since I will now be the head of my own household. I can’t call on my mom when I’m sick now, I’d have have to take care of myself. Plus, this is something I’ve dreamed and contemplated doing for a few years.
For any of you who come across reading this and have the thought of moving to South Korea and teaching too, I say do it...but only if the timing is right. Don’t spontaneously decide to do it one day. Actually take the time and think it over to figure out whether or not if this is for you. If you are currently in the process of doing so, you’re not alone if you’re feeling nervous, anxious, scared, yet excited. I stand with you on that lol.
With that said, I’m going to end this blog with my favorite quote:
Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.

From Working in Korean Media to Fast Food. Did I fall off??
I used to work in Korean Ent./Media(I’m not going to disclose what companies, so please don’t ask. Thank you~), and now I’m temporarily working in fast food. Did I fall off? The answer is no, I didn’t fall off. I simply just lived out one dream and am ready to take on another. The way I see it, things happen for a reason. Whether it’s good or bad, but it only leads to greater things. Don’t get me wrong, it was fun working in Korean media, I absolutely love it, but right now, at the prime age of almost 25, I think it’s time for me to be selfish and live out one of the most extreme dreams of mine, and that’s moving away, on my own, for a year, in SOUTH KOREA. When I come back, I plan to go back into Korean Media or just Media in general again for the long run. This blog of mine is also a subset of my dream. My goal is to inspire and be inspired. I want to inspire those that feel like everything is going downhill and their goals seem so much further away and show them that no, your dreams may be further, but it’s only an obstacle to make you into a stronger person once you achieve that goal. You fail to prevail. When one door closes, another one opens. Trust me. So whatever dream you have, no matter how absurd it may sound to it others, if that is your dream, then go for it. I’m from a traditional Asian family, and as much as I wanted to be a singer, I studied business during my time in university. But during that time, I still went out and auditioned for major companies in order to try living out my dream as a KPOP star. Eventually I figured that it wasn’t for me and I found another dream to chase. It’s okay to have more than one dream. Don’t let anyone else tell you otherwise. So go. Do it. Chase that dream. And if it doesn't work out, then it doesn't work out. Everything will be okay. Just remember that patience is key. Also, don’t sell your happiness for fake happiness. Be you. Be happy.
xoxo,

I’m Moving to...
It’s been awhile since I’ve written a post, but sometimes no news is good news...right? Well there’s actually a reason why I haven’t been posting lately... I’M MOVING TO SOUTH KOREA! I was able to get a position as an English teacher in Korea! Some of you may know and most of you may not know, but I used to work in Korean Entertainment/Media with a couple of big companies. After much experience, I decided to go for another dream of mine, living in Korea for a year, and what better way to do so other than teaching? I’ve been to Korea for vacation, but I also have some friends from school (I’ve graduated already though) that are currently studying in Korea as well. I’ve thought to myself plenty of times whether or not I’m ready, but honestly, my boyfriend of 8 years is the one that’s pushing me to go and reminding  me that I’ll be fine and that I’m ready.
It’s a new experience that I’m excited for. An experience that I’ve contemplated for quite awhile, and should do while I’m still young. An experience that I will also record on this blog so that you guys can follow me through. With that said, I hope you will enjoy this journey with me through its ups and downs~

Sit down. Be humble.
Some of us get so caught up being on cloud 9 and living the dream that we forget where our roots are. So take some time, sit down, remember where you started and congratulate yourself for how far you have come. But most importantly, don't forget to be humble.

Too fast to live, too young to die... G-Dragon M.O.T.T.E in LA Experience
M.O.T.T.E in LA was definitely one for the books. By far my favorite concert of all time that I have ever attended.
I have attended both BigBang concerts in LA, but being able to see G-Dragon perform live and solo was a whole new experience. I can honestly say that I respect him more as an artist and person now.
G-Dragon’s M.O.T.T.E tour gives a chance to see who the real ‘Kwon Ji Yong’ is.   On stage he’s the charismatic leader that we all know and love, but behind the scenes, he’s really just a regular human being just like we are.
Sometimes we become so entertained and drawn to a celebrity that we forget that they are human just like us and deserve the same respect and privacy that we all fight so hard to protect.
Kwon Ji Yong also goes through trials and tribulations just like we do. He has loved and lost. He has good days and bad days. Just like us. Although he has many fans sending him love and support, it was a bit heart breaking to hear that he feels lonely and is going through some aspects and changes in his life as well. As heart breaking as it may sound, it was also nice to hear in a sense because it reminds us that he is also human...just like as. So whether he is Kwon Ji Yong, or G-Dragon, we should support and love him either way.
It was nice to get a glimpse of who Kwon Ji Yong really is.
One main question that was posed during the concert was: What is Kwon Ji Yong to you?
To me, Kwon Ji Yong is Kwon Ji Yong and G-Dragon is G-Dragon. In my eyes Kwon Ji Yong is the human being just like us. On the other hand, G-Dragon is someone that has stolen my soul with just his stage presence lol.
So I wanna ask you guys. What is Kwon Ji Yong to you?
