THANK YOU FOR SAYING ITTT!!!! god i LOVE how my way home sounds, it reminds me of Bullets but more manufactured in the way black parade sounds. the SASS in gerards voice is just gorgeous, I adore the way he pronounces the syllables in this song, it reminds me of tomorrow's money in the way he almost chews words to fit the beat. The drums are gorgeous in a frank iero and the patience way, the gutair rifts? INCREDIBLE. The bass from Mikey just adds so much depth in the song.

Okay so i was listening to My Way Home Is Through You on repeat and I desperately need to vent.

Holy shit there is so much about this song that is just perfect. That opening few seconds that sounds like one of Frank’s solo songs; can’t think of which one, but it is the perfect opening to the song. Then the quality of the opening riff that sounds almost like a recording or smth idk its just so good.

That second verse where Gerard’s voice is just so casual and you can practically hear the sass, and the sort of accent that he puts on, then goes seemlessly into hardcore is just *chefs kiss*

And the bridge thats almost chaos before going into Ray’s guitar solo just fits so perfectly. And those final lyrics are just so fitting and almost casual with their own sort of intensity.

And just the entire bassline that gives it the perfect heavy yet grounded feel and holy shit Mikey is my all-time favourite bassist he is so incredible <3
