To answer your first question - Yes, actually. Allow me to show you an excerpt regarding the short king, the master of mass, the man with the thickness sickness, Imperial Fist Sergeant Maximmon Voss:

And yes, they need to work out to keep in their mandated top shape. Granted, they’re so roided out and genetically tweaked and regenerative that it would take longer for them to degrade, but they implicitly can, and so do drills and exercises to maintain their required fitness when they aren’t deployed. It’s not just about keeping fit; it’s about keeping astartes-level fit.

I know RW downpour’s canon is dubious at best but Pebble’s and Moon’s story does make me tear up a little. Moon’s capacity for forgiveness and kindness despite how much of her agency has been taken from her hurts.

But Five Pebbles thinking the main person he has to apologize to is Suns and not Moon?? You know the one whose entire structure (which is her BODY) to fall apart because of your actions? He doesn’t bother to try anything until he himself is practically falling apart from his rot. Oh Looks to the Moon you deserve a better brother.

Idk the more I revisit the dlc the less I like Five Pebbles and Seven Red Suns specifically.
