seeing ao3 chapter updates dropping bad news such as their work being fed to ai makes me scared of writing my little khamsin x yoshida fics :((((

(it's not just the sns fic— even for mahouka, fukigen, and genshin..)

this might be the thing that's holding me back from sharing or even posting them. it may not be popular but my paintings could already be facing such dangers. and i understood the consequences when i posted it; simply because i wanted to reach out if there are people who still lingers around in such a ship. now, what more of my precious thoughts? i don't want to give that away.

i might need to pull out the rest of my drafted chapters from google docs because i heard it's also being fed to ai.

this is really heartbreaking. i don't feel so good about the type of tech we're living right now.

i've compiled many of yoshida-chan's bikini artworks but her ruffled white bikini in s1 (which she changed it for a one piece) looked really cute.

i drew a follow-up comic which was a little somber (but not without the indirect kiss element) but it ended up not being used as i realized i was bad at it. Now it's just a regular doodle that I'm not so confident with. I want to get the idea off of my chest as the weather here doesn't match what i felt back when i was making the first one and it was affecting my overall mood (summer me was probably a beast)

May halloween restore my sprits back again.

i think it's important to acknowledge that the reason why mastercard/visa has such a stranglehold on american society is because cash is not the main form of payment in the usa. the predominance of card has effectively privatized currency

in japan, one of the reasons why dlsite and other similar websites are able to just remove visa as a payment option instead of changing any of their merchandise (aside from the fact that visa doesn't have a monopoly here) is because cash payments for online transactions remain an option. even if you don't have a jcb credit card or paypay or whatever, you can still pay for your online purchases using cash by taking your barcode to a convenience store, and you can do this for essentially every online vendor, meaning credit card companies can't just impose their moral judgments on your purchases with much repercussion

That scene wasn't in the light novel? I guess the staff had to come up with that idea to show khamsin's fondness for yoshida.

Rant ahead, sometimes i think about how weirdly it all went that it fuels the ship even more. As S1 had not included the strawhat scene, this left khamsin underdeveloped (like how he could giggle under his hood, tease and call out yuji, have people think he's a street performer), only leaving yoshida a bead of his sabia after.

this was the 2006 ref sheet. it seems khamsin is grinning here, probably to be used for teasing yuji

yoshida over here just takes and takes. Girl is out there getting used and to me, it's all one-sided.

S3 was what became a quiet funny. khamsin leaving in s1 without expressing any familiarity and now suddenly showing up on s3 ep7 under dramatic rain (wow so romantic), blocking surprising a sad girl's road back home who he had explicitly told her this in their last meeting: "you won't see us again—

Back then (the year shana s3 aired), i failed to comprehend a lot of dialogue. So rewatching this with my fully developed but deranged brain, all i could mutter under my breath was, "this was so poorly structured it (kind of) made khamsin interested in yoshida in a different light but okay."

khamsin's visit in s3 bugged me because of the lack of his expressions in s1. Sure, he's old and troubled yet I don't remember yoshida giving him a reason to understand humans unless this was the moment,

S1 Khamsin was cold and efficient, practically leaving no room for trivial matters; he gave jettatura to yoshida right away to prove what can't be proven, then having yuji unexpectedly returning it had revealed their feelings for each other.

With how cold s1 khamsin is portrayed, why would he visit yoshida in s3? I'm crossing out his backstory because that's just the production's fault. If it's about the Giralda, they might as well write him bumping to yoshida coincidentally to make it easier.

It's just my feelings but nothing established yoshida and khamsin's affinity in the first place (in the anime) to have him pay a visit. Now he sounds like some husband bidding his wife goodbye because he got unfortunately got drafted and doesn't know whether he'll be sucessful or not...

what if... that's what the writers are going for??

I used to cheer for Ike but now i feel like he's much better off with anime ver. Yukari Hirai. They're like opposites (smart, cool guy and the energetic girl) [but what do you mean yoshida and ike is now dating in the novels but Hirai probably still has that purikura photo sticker with her and ike minus yuji in the shot, unless that's not canon in the novels. But a canon fact that she suggested holding st. edward's ring with him in the future chapter is real?]

I often imagine that khamsin thinks of yoshida without realizing he does from that scene alone. Whether it's him being fond of her or, in a sense, she was his biggest responsibility. SIV Grasp chapter can solidify this because flame hazes tend to 'burn out' finishing their duties or breaking that midway and the only way to continue existing is some burning passion of revenge or duty.

khamsin is committed to his work that it's basically his lifeline so it kind of hurts my heart strangely good that he must think of yoshida as an anchor— to restore his purpose, as yuji practically got him laid off.

Yoshida is Khamsin's raison d'etre. Even if that had been just for one night, how wonderful was it to be looked at that way?

when yuji decided to make flame hazes unemployed i bet khamsin looked at the map of Japan and thought, 'one last shift at work before i hand out my resignation letter.'

it looks selfish of him but i guess that's love (in whatever viewfinder you have in set) if it means yoshida gets to live.

If I want a shana reboot, either they give me the pefect adaptation of Khamsin-san's arc or they test the waters by adapting the whole of volume X. If not, then give me death. I want to see the gorgeous Mathilde with her blazing knights and flaming horses. I want to see Wilhelmina's elegance when she fights. I want to see two gods in a pvp mode that is equivalent to a fight in front of a random bakery at 6am.

on a plus side, we'll get to see Khamsin's hooded fit that's shaped like cat-ears! Either they give me a strawhat khamsin or kitty-eared Khamsin...!

The reason why I like Khamsin-san's arc the most because it's the turning point for every human wanting to be involved in the world of flame hazes. They don't really recommend it since it's really depressing.

Everytime Khamsin is in the scene, it gets serious. He really is the epitome of duty...

I finished watching Turn A Gundam after watching Gundam GQuuuuux a week ago as the hand i use for drawing isn't in the best shaped since (i couldn't even get on with the summer piece of Khamsin and Yoshida even if i wanted to but i still try to make some efforts to work it out. Discomfort creeps me from time to time so it effortlessly shakes me off of my element.)

Work and chores aside, Turn A Gundam is a masterpiece that helped me get through. I enjoyed every bit of it. Loran Cehack is such a sweet protagonist, he warms my heart.

I shall now refer to the Wheel of names to see which Gundam shall I watch next.
