/despite you wanting the ride to end it went faster and then stopped, you opened your eyes to see you were looking over the park. having no time to be confused you were already being jerked backwards from where you came. you resort to biting your lip again to keep from screaming and looking like an even bigger baby than you already do/

/you decide to take the chance and look down to see if you pissed yourself or not, surprisingly enough, you didn't. you bring your head back up and tightened your grip on her hand to try your best to keep from screaming. you have a feeling this is going to be a long ride/

yeah, yeah! whatever.

/you squeeze in next to your friend and brace yourself. you heard a lot of things about this ride and you weren’t too keen on getting on and not trusting your gut about how faulty everything looked to you. whatever. it was disney world. it’s not likely that this was faulty. the ride starts ticking and you’re going uphill now and your hand immediately falls between you and jade, you grab her hand tightly and resist the urge to squeeze your eyes shut. here goes for wishful thinking that you don’t die/

yeah, sorta.. i dunno. i'm not a big fan of how freakishly huge these rides are, you know? uh.. they're pretty.. /you cough/.. scary.

ok you know what! before you start making fun of me for being "totally uncool" i'm going to stop you before the thought even enters your head! it's perfectly normal and 'cool' to be deathly afraid of heights, ok? i'd much rather go on the kiddy rides instead of these heart attack waiting to happen machines you call fun. there. i said it. i'm probably not the biggest fan of disney world, i had much different expectations!

/you sigh and dave earns an irritated look from you/ what? why are you smirking! wipe that stupid asshole grin off your face or i'll do it for you! this is a very serious matter, why aren't you taking it as seriously as i am, dave? do you think it'd be funny if i simultaneously shit and pissed myself then had a heart attack and died? yeah! i bet you would find that pretty hilarious.

/you groan and turn a little to the side to get a feel of where you two were and basically pick up that you two were in the middle of most of the big rides. whatever. your brows knit together and you give a defeated sigh/ but i guess.. i can try out the big rides. just for you okay? and i swear to god if i happen to piss myself you can't tell anyone, got it?

/someone collides into the back of you and you spin around to glare at them through your shades/

i wasnt lost i was stopping to admire the spectacle that is hundreds of screaming children and their less than thrilled parents

and i was about to go look for you i just needed to decide where to start

disney world is pretty big you know

/she drags you along anyways, nearly ripping your arm out of your socket again but decide against saying anything about it again. you bite your lip and look up and there you’re both standing in front of maybe one of the biggest rides there. you swallow hard/

/you look around for a sign and see one that says ‘Mt. Everest’, looking back towards jade with wide eyes/

oh but john….that ride is so boring!! we would have so much more fun on that one over there. 

/laughs, tugging him along./ if we go on the biggest rollercoaster first, then we can go on any other one you want for the rest of day. deal?

/you walk around aimlessly for about 20 minutes before running into the back of a blond shorter than you jackass standing in the middle of the walkway. you step back almost immediately and look down seeing if you got any milkshakes or popcorn smeared all over your cozy godtier jammies. people have given you weird looks about wearing these around but whatever, they were comfortable so you you didn't care/

man, how about you don't stand-- 

/you look up and notice it was dave, smiling brightly immediately once you knew it was him/

dave! i should have known it was you-- what with standing in the middle of the sidewalk like a dumbass looking around like you're not all there upstairs. admittedly i was a little worried about not being able to find you after the recent location change but wow! look where we are. disney world.. huh.

..anyways i came looking for you! let me guess, you got lost and you were just standing here looking around cause you gave up and didn't really want to admit you were lost, right? you know you really should have asked someone, or at least tried to come look for me or something. despite how many people are here running around and screaming i'm not that hard to miss, am i?

/you walk around the park, refusing to admit that you are lost and have no idea where the fuck you are. you hope eventually you will run across someone you know, as you definitely aren’t planning on exploring the park alone/

/he looks around, a weird look on his face as he tries to find a different ride so he wouldn't have to piss his pants on one of the big rides that jade was planning to go on/
