Faux Affably Evil! Doey can shapeshift into different toys to lure said toys to a false sense of security so he can eat them when he gets the perfect opportunity to strike

-Doey is an absolute menace during the Hour of Joy since Matthew let Kevin kill the scientists at Playtime Co. what lead to him being being considered the most dangerous experiment

-The three children that control Doey are more stable now thanks to Kevin causing chaos in The Hour of Joy, but they all became evil from how tormented they were, with them deciding to pretend to be friendly to lure unsuspecting toys or people to their demise

-Doey is feared for how dangerous and deceitful he is, even The Prototype is afraid of him since he’s been badly injured by the Doughman when he tried to fight him

-After The Hour of Joy, Doey was satisfied that all of the scientists (ex Harley Sawyer) were killed off, but he was still hungry, so he decided to kill and eat toys to satisfy his hunger

-He has many ways to kill and eat toys, from putting on a friendly act to shapeshifting into other toys with both of these ways have him lure the unsuspecting toys to a trap he calls the Safe Haven

-He’s really hypocritical since he hates it when others lie to him, but he enjoys deceiving other toys into believing that it’s safe to be around him

-When Doey and You first met, he puts on a friendly act to get you to trust him after he killed and ate Pianosaurus, but you look at him with a suspicious look, knowing about his true intentions rather quickly than anyone else

-Once You and Doey get to the Safe Haven, the other toys, especially Odd Ed, noticed you looked paranoid near him and started questioning about it

-You feel sense of dread when you see Doey’s mouth having blood stains, he tries to cover it up as “ketchup stains” but you know damn well that’s not ketchup

-While you’re sleeping in one of the tents, you woke up to see Doey next to you, he sheepishly walks away, but you know sleeping for too long can make you an easy meal for him since you remembered that he killed and ate Pianosaurus back when you first met him

-You woke up noticed that some of the toys went missing, feeling the dread within the Save Haven, but suddenly you’ve been knocked out from behind, preventing you from reporting the missing toys to the others

-You woke up inside of a clay cage that was made by Doey himself, “You know way too much, pal! You wouldn’t tell anyone about everything you know about me, don’t you?” He said it in a way as if he was taunting you for being too skeptical about him

-He thought about devouring you at first, but decided to toy with you for a bit, “I would’ve have you for supper, but messing with you is little more fun, isn’t it?” He giggled a bit, much to your dismay

Faux affably evil Doey AU!

(Faux affably evil for those who don’t know: A villain who pretends to be Affably Evil, which only highlights their monstrosity.)

I just wanna mix Doey’s old villainous and new hero antagonist personalities together in this AU since I like them both!

Some lore about the AU, tw for some spoilers bits for chapter 4. Also I’m sorry if the writing isn’t good and/or the faux affably evil trope is executed poorly, I’m an artist not a writer

The Player encounters Doey, reassuring that he wouldn’t eat you. He seems like a trust worthy ally at a first glance despite the suspicious first impression (He killed and ate Pianosaurus before putting on a playful and friendly act). The Player decides to follow him, not knowing about his true intentions, they got to the Save Haven now with Poppy and Kissy reunited with you, it’s full of lost toys that take refuge in it but they don’t seem to trust you for a bit, not yet. Doey gives you the task of getting rid of The Doctor and his subordinates, much to the annoyance of Poppy who insists that they should just blow up the factory, leading to an argument between the two, you broke up the fighting then go on your journey to stop The Doctor. After you return from defeating him and his subordinates, you noticed the Poppy, Kissy, and some of the other toys are missing within the Save Haven, as Odd Ed ran up to The Player with a scared look on his face before saying “I should’ve trusted you instead of HIM!” But before you find out about who Doey really is, you’re knocked out from behind. You woke up to find yourself in a cage room outside of a cage within the “Save Haven” your eyes dialed to Poppy and Kissy in a clay cell before looking towards Doey, who has eaten Ed recently, realizing that you and your allies have been tricked by him into believing that he’s their new ally. “All of you, especially the ex employee, would make such tender meals for me!” He let out a giggle before saying “Poor Ed wasn’t enough to satisfy my hunger.” Poppy then tells Doey that you, Kissy, and her are “nothing but skin and bones” as she described. “Don’t worry, I’ll make sure that you’ll be filling enough for me to eat.” And then he left the get some food for you and your allies, thinking about them being nothing more than delicious meals to him. While He’s gone to get food, you use your grab pack to break Poppy and Kissy free out of the clay cell and escape the “Save Haven” but as soon as they try to find an exit to try and focus on the main objective, you suddenly hear a loud “YOOOOU!” echoed from where you and your allies are. You, Poppy, and Kissy turned around to see Doey, who’s now in his hostile form and enraged that they have escaped “YOUR GENTLE VOICE LIED! AND NOW I’LL EAT ALL OF YOU WHILE YOU’RE STILL ALIVE!!” Then You and Kissy, who’s carrying Poppy, ran away as Doey chased after them.

Digital Playtime AU info dump: Pianosaurus used to wear his childhood tie hood as a coping mechanism, but it doesn’t work anymore since Doey found out that the hood is red and decided to use this to have advantage.

Funfact: The color of the main keys in his mouth change depends on his mood

White = Neutral/Happy

Red = Angry

Yellow = Excited

Green = Disgusted

Blue = Sad

Purple = Scared
