Meet Lapis Lazuli!!

Sparked before the Gem War, Lazuli models were crafted to assist the expansion of the Great Gem Empire through hydrokinesis. A rare type of spark was created with the ability to hum at the exact frequency of water, yielding the ability to manipulate it. But that ability comes with a cost. In order to remain functional, a Lapis Lazuli model must remain within the vicinity of water, whether it be vapor, liquid, or ice. They are reliant upon the material. If they are deprived of water, artificial or no, their compact bodies will shut down, going into a dormant state. This is advantageous for colonization, where a Lazuli will remain in its inanimate state during transit, with no need for energon to sustain them, which is a resource effective measure. Prolonged dehydration will harm the spark of a Lazuli, so repairs will be required following a long-term shut down. But when powered and near water, a Lazuli’s power is endless.

Meet Peridot Facet-2F5L Cut-5XG!

Onlined on a conveyor belt with other peridots, this Peridot led a life of industrial utility from the moment of her forging. Design limitations relocated her processor to her chest and spark to her helm. Energy draw can be too much for their spark type, so Peridot models are outfitted with solar panels on their helms to compensate. For research purposes, Peridots are made with detachable limbs, saving spark draw and allowing for quick escape and recon. Charged individually by Diamond Spark-Energy, the limbs are self repairing and self sufficient.
