Paws; 2020s

A pair of paws I found in my storage bin that did not have photography. These were another experimental pair with fleece fingers/palms. I tried using some DVC claws but I did not enjoy working with them. The pads are a shiny stretch fabric that are definitely not going to hold up over time, but it looked pretty. These will be for auction, just like the rest of the paw lots.

Paws; 2022

Another pair of experimental paws to practice sewing, shaving, and patterning paws. I didn’t stuff these and put claws in them. I think I enjoy the length of these, and they don’t fit me TOO snugly, which means a person with more average hands (mine are very long and skinny) could wear them, which is progress. I’m still not a super fan of the design/shape of these and the pads still need work, but I am just happy to finally have these finished. These will probably go to auction as well.

VECKOZA the dragon; 2019

This is a fursuit I made for someone as a gift. I experimented with a lot of new materials and processes with this one. I really like how it came out. The scaling on the gloves look great. As a first time scalie suit I think I did good.

New Paw Lot; 2020s

A series of experimental paws I did to practice patterning and materials, as well as test my new clippers. I am thinking about auctioning them off as well since I’m not super happy with any of these. I am getting closer to what I want to produce though.

Maine Coon Set; 2019

An ear and tail set I made for myself for casual cosplay during Halloween and conventions. I used gorilla shag fur (4″ long pile) for the project. I installed the ears into a cheap cap because I don’t like wearing headbands and clips don’t really stay in my fine hair.

The ears came out a little bit goofy. I think if I try again I will slicken them up to resemble more popular stylized headbands.

A series of experimental paws I did to practice patterning and materials. I am thinking about auctioning them off at some point.

GIZMO the cat; 2018

This is a fursuit I made from leftover yardage I had bought for other projects. I tried out some new things and tried my best to save an old foam base. The blind spot in front ended up being pretty big and the paws were small, but I learned a lot from making him. He was sold and now belongs to a new owner.

Skunk Tail; 2019

A skunk tail with the alchemic symbol for sulfur at the base, which I think is pretty funny. I used “gorilla shag” fur (4″ pile) fur for this project. I like the long pile of the fur, but the quality was not super great. I hope I can find different types in the future. The owner was happy at least!

Crocodile Tail; 2019

A 54″ Siamese Crocodile tail!

Made from faux suede and canvas.

Sorry for the poor quality photos. I was so excited to give this to the owner I forgot to take decent pictures, so here are some WIP images instead!

RIPLEY the dragon; 2018

Ripley is the second suit I have made. She is a partial and has a lot of wear and tear on her from use. Her fur was damaged in the laundry, but the quality of the materials to begin with were not up to my personal standards. She is in the process of being completely refurbished with a few design alterations.

VEZNA the poltergeist; 2018 My very first fursuit, Vezna the poltergeist. Many many months of labor and research went into developing this costume. She is due for a redesign very soon with all of the new tools and techniques I have learned.
