Okay, there is the thing. I'm Michi, one of the mods. Due to inactivity and the former owner leaving, I'm now the admin. I actually don't have the dedication to maintain this tumblr account anymore and when this account was made, Gintama gifs were still kind of rare. Now that other people are making plenty of them, this tumblr isn't really as needed anymore. I'm declaring this tumblr is no longer being updated UNLESS someone wants to take over. Otherwise this tumblr is just going to sit here because I personally do not want to delete this account and all the great gifs here.

This is bad. I've seen it on my dashboard and I can see that not only Japan but other countries are affected too. All I can do now is pray for them, and hope that everything will go back to normal.

Hm, sorry Nijibug. It appears there's something wrong with tumblr at the moment? I would like to say it's THE MAN shutting down the voice of JOY and refusing to let Zura get his dance on, but I just tried uploading a Shinsengumi animated gif, and it wouldn't move either. It is a fushigi mystery. Thanks for your submission.

Here is a replacement gif because I thought the gif itself was the original problem. It's hosted on another site instead (tumblr wouldnt upload it either).

Do submitted GIFs have to be made by the submitter or can they just be ones they found in their pictures folder? XD

I guess not. GIF submissions can just be GIFs that you found anywhere.
