I’ve encountered three Fulbright fans already and I’m so happy.

Strawberries! Many people liked them, including Mister Fulbright, aka Mister “Bright Bright”.  Momotaro had to buy some for the man, as he has been kind enough to shelter the boy in his weakest moments. That was the least Momotaro could do.

Because chocolates were on sale, the lad decided to combine the two…that was something common, right?

The result was chocolate covered strawberries. The lad could try to use the man’s oven later but, cooking chocolate on top of a campfire was the only thing he could do at the moment.

Now it wasn’t hard to find Mister Bright Bright’s home. Momotaro was going to just leave the treats at the doorstep, but the man caught him.

“U-Um…h-ha-happy v-val…v-valla-halla-time d-day…?” the boy sheepishly cracked a smile.

Well at least they could bake that cake together, because Mister Fulbright had an oven.

“Ahh, it’s so nice out here this evening, isn’t it? You were right to suggest we just relax at the park with some snacks and just try to forget about the stress from work, heh heh.”

A content little hum, he walking alongside his girlfriend to the park, admiring the look of the beautiful sunset as it was slowly transitioning to night. “Seeing a sky this pretty just makes you want to stop and just appreciate it more, y’know?”

“Into the back of the car, you.” After successfully capturing and arresting the goon, he places him into the back of the squad car. “Alright, take him away, boys.” Nodding, the officer driving the squad car pulls off. 

“Sheesh, delinquents, sometimes, I tell ya...” Then he walks over to the other. “Hey, are you alright? I know that punk was trying to attack you, too...”

[ ✎ ] “That was the plan,” She hummed although technically it wasn’t because she knows the importance of getting paperwork done on time. It was essential for both of their jobs. “But I can wait until you finish.”

She snorted at his use of the word ‘cute’. Leaning down a bit more, she kissed him on the cheek, her hair falling over his shoulders. “I prefer to think of them as ‘seductive’. ‘Alluring’, even.”

Because she’s not going to lie, it’s a little bit easier to sleep when he’s nearby.

“Oh hoh hoh~! Now I’m even more tempted to be “fooled!” He chortled, now even more motivated to get his paperwork done with so he can give his full attention to just her. 

“That works. too, heh! Jokes aside, I am allllmost done. I know it was probably silly to wait until now to finish this stuff up: buuut when you find yourself busier than you think during the day, kinda hard to find the time to finish it early, y’know?”

"Oh! Papa, wait just a second, there's something stuck to your back!" *reaches behind him before pulling back, a pair of extra-warm mittens in her hands* "Here, in case your gloves aren't warm enough~!"

“Oh! Well thank you~! It’ll definitely help for those extra cold days.” He happily ruffles her hair.
