That’s true. If I’d never learned to be a stunt man first, I probably wouldn’t have ended up as Shang Chi, either. So probably a good thing I didn’t hit that acting success right away.

yeah…fun fact, i actually auditioned for a role, which shall remain undisclosed, in the new star wars trilogy, and suffice it to say: they were not happy about that. kinda glad i didn’t get the part, seems like a blessing in disguise situation when i look back on it. now i can just play with my baby yoda toys from afar, peacefully. don’t they say mandarin is one of the fastest growing languages, too? maybe i should give it a go. i’m always so interested in other languages, especially with a whole different alphabet. i’m so down to tutor you, though yeah, i imagine it’s not easy if you’re not a native speaker since childhood. still, imagine having the coolest and most obscure fun fact about yourself in your back pocket to pull out whenever you need it! 

You did?! Look at you go! Yeah, probably better to appreciate the franchise from afar. It is, it’s being used more in the business world, which definitely helps bolster the urge to learn it as a second language. And it’s dominant language in China, which is the most populated country - even though India is getting very close to taking that top spot now - so, you know. Exactly, that’s what it’s all about. Not to learn, but to brag about it at a party sometime.

Getting a midnight kiss from somebody you like is definitely a great way to start off 2022! There’s a lot of things I wanna do this year! More of everything, basically. My main focus is making some music, so I’m pretty pumped about that coming to fruition.

I happened to be in London right in time for New Year, so ended up going to a really nice party and ringing in the new year with somebody I’ve been spending some quality time with lately. It was so fucking nice. My resolution is to be a little kinder to myself, and work on what’s going on in my mind, you know? And... to stop over-ordering takeout.

So what is everyone else up to for the new year? Anything fun planned? Any interesting resolutions that haven’t been attempted in the history of the world before? I don’t know what I would want to do for my resolution…but I do know that there is a lot I want to do for this year. How about everyone else?

What color are you thinking? I feel like you gotta go bold or go home, you know? Bright red, in honor of Wanda? Purple, maybe? I think you’d rock it. People say it’s just another day, and sure, but it’s about what you make of it. It gives you a good chance to take a fresh perspective on things and change what’s needed. 

It’s the first day of 2022 and I’m already thinking new year, new me. I woke up with the fierce urge to dye my hair and hit the shops to treat myself to a new look. I don’t know, I just feel like a new year is full of possibilities and potential. It’s something magical, you know? Call me a hopeless romantic and a dreamer but that’s how I always feel this time of year. Anyone else craving change today or is the hangover too busy kicking your butts? @theglamliststarters​

I did! It was so nice to get away and go somewhere so new and so unique. Yeah? What’s a Jonas Christmas like? I imagine it’s very busy and chaotic. Kinda picturing the madness of the family in the first two Home Alone movies.

I think the zumba class one is still my best work - can’t believe karate schools have used that image. Nah, it’s a get-paid-once kinda deal, they pay you a hundred bucks and then people pay to use it - that’s how stock photo companies make their money. Yeah, I just got a new place in LA, and the first thing my mom and dad did was go to Target to buy stuff for it. I mean like... it was a day trip to Target, you know?
