nyon. freaking. specter.
nyon and i have been friends since elementary school, the two of us both sticking out - but for different reasons. he was cool, edgy and popular whereas i was know as don lothario’s daughter. sure, i love my dad and think he’s great, but it’s never fun hearing what people have to say about him. they can be pretty mean. nyon usually keeps to himself, not really socialising with other people.
so when we were seventeen and he came over to me one day and asked if i wanted to go to moonwood hill with him, i was shocked. he had never really shown an interest in me before but i was pleasantly surprised to find out he had been harbouring a crush on me for years.
fast forward to now, we’re eighteen nearly nineteen and hooking up every other day. he’s moving to britchester to study at foxbury and i’m still waiting for my acceptance letter.
“nyon…” i sigh against his mouth, “you need to leave or my mom will kill us.”
he chuckles against my mouth, hands smoothing down my ribcage. “one more kiss.”
“you said that thirty minutes ago.”
dark brown eyes meet my own and they are full of mischief. “let me see you tomorrow.”
“oh, i don’t know…”
he takes my hand in his and brushes his swollen lips over my knuckles. “not to hook up - for a date.”
my ears perk up at that and i feel the heat rush to my face. “a-a date?”
he nods. “i know i said i wanted casual, but i want to take you out.” he kisses my hand again, “please?”
i lean up and take his face in between my hands and press a sweet and chaste kiss against the corner of his mouth. “pick me up at 8”
