You know that I'm the gratitude-preacher. 🙏🏼😉 Going through a challenging time at the moment I forgot to focus on gratitude today and felt overwhelmed for a few hours until a beautiful soul reminded me to stay focussed on the good and solution the heck out of the situation. It immediately re-centered me and found myself in the most peaceful spot in Dubai, @thehundredwellness, and how serene is this place!💚🙏🏼. I'm grateful that I can appreciate the beauty of places and people with all my senses...SO grateful! Ja, we all go through sucky times...but it can only teach us how to get better and improve on the areas we need to improve on. I'm in total awe of living! 18 months ago I wanted to resign from life and treaded deep, sticky emotional mud every day... My "Code Black" - (Eat Ice Cream Every Damn Day) workout! Tag a friend who would love training with me. 60 minutes. 20 X 3 minute rounds. Alternate between the following. 1. Freestyle skipping. 2. 10 x Explosive Pushups + 20 x Sprinter Lunges. 3. 10 x Viking Presses + 10 x Russian Dips. Massive thanks to @iambarstarzz for teaching me those Russian dips under 1 minute!
