Your weight is an important metric to follow when treating diabetes. Record your weight along with the measurement and track its development in time.

Have you eaten something extra sweet today? Make a note about it explaining a higher-than-usual sugar level. Or note down anything else worth mentioning about a measurement.

Do you exercise regularly or just occasionally? Successful treatment of diabetes rests on sufficient physical activity and exercise. Record the duration of exercise in Glucly and observe how exercise affects your blood sugar level.

Do an insulin injection or take a pill. Once or twice a day. In the morning or in the evening. Before or after a meal. Set a reminder in Glucly and take your meds on time.

Every day we make one or two blood sugar measurements. Do you remember which finger you used last time? Use Glucly to record which finger you used for your last measurement and never prick the same finger twice in a row.

During the day the level of sugar changes in response to what we eat and drink and how much we move. At night our body rests, and the blood sugar level is different in the morning. Use Glucly to record how your activity and rest affect your blood sugar level.
