Protip!!
Do you hate cardio? Is it boring as fuck? Maybe you also have sensitive knees like SOMEONE I know (me) and can’t run outside often?
If you have a switch, get Mario Kart, and seriously play it at the gym. Don’t give a shit about anyone else at the gym, you’re there for YOU. You might as well enjoy it.
It’s an awesome adrenaline boost, keeps you distracted from the cardio related pain, and its also kind of a mental exercise to be able to run and play at the same time.
I wouldn’t recommend a treadmill, as you might loss track of your feet and fall (not that I’VE ever done that). The eliptical and bikes work perfectly!! (You can even pump your arms like you’re running on the elliptical too, it’s seriously a great workout)
One more time, if you hate working out but wish you could hate it less, bring your damn switch, play a cup or two of MK, and walk away like a champ.
