Galavan's downfall was literally that he underestimated how close Jim was to Oswald, and using Oswald as a patsy ensured that all of Jim's suspicions come bubbling to the surface because he knows Oswald too well.

PLOT:

In Commissioner Gordon's life, nothing went as he would have liked... but that day, while he finds himself on the pier with Penguin pointing his gun at him, it is clear to him that he is going to die and what are the events that led him there, at that precise moment, with the oldest of his enemies ready to shoot him. He becomes conscious of everything that he has done wrong in a vain attempt to save the city, but it is too late now. Yet, when Cobblepot shoot at him, Jim opens his eyes and see Theo Galavan’s corpse. He has a smoking gun in his hand and he understands that he went back in time. And by his side there is the man who will kill him, 13 years from now, and he has just committed a murder with him... With the knowledge of what will happen from now on, will Jim Gordon succeed in changing his own destiny and that of the inhabitants of Gotham? He will make suffered choices that will put lives at risk, save some... or change them deeply. Jim doesn’t fully understand the consequences of his actions, but he wants to avoid catastrophe. This time he must be able to keep Gotham together, as he failed to do in his past...

Had this in the drafts for a while but here is my vision for if there had been a season 6 of Gotham, alongside drawings that took away 10 years of my lifespan

To start with, Mr. Main Character Jim. I gave him glasses because comic book Jim has glasses and also he has the behavior of someone who is about to have glasses. Also he's constantly frowning. The signs are there for myopia. Every season of Gotham has Jim going through the horrors, a breakup, getting drugged, so in season 6 he'd probably go through all that too.

Main antagonists would be

1) Harvey Dent (who did not get the screentime he deserved, I mean come on the guy is scary as hell in Nolan's movies and then we just get two seconds of him in Gotham)

2) Ivy (as per usual) (but like this time she's. Idk what artistic vision I had here tbh but she's green in lots of depictions so she's going green just like Hulk)

3) Bridget but with wings. Her character in Gotham always made me a bit confused but hey fireflies are cool

4) Sofia Falcone: yes she's supposed to be in a coma, and no I did not read the comics she's in BUT apparently in them she's a serial killer leaving hangman puzzles and so yeah she should come back from the dead. Also she still has the wound from her bullet hole

Other characters

1) Selina. I did draw Selina. The drawing was horrendous. So here is what I found instead on Internet

2) Bruce is doing his best playboy impression. Alfred went to see pals in Britain and turns on the TV at some point to see that Bruce threw a party with hundreds of people in the Manor and he immediately booked a flight back

3) Ed gets to do drag because I feel like he's gotten so close to doing drag throughout the show but the writers were cowards

4) Lucius has no pictures either because I do have one but his face looks like a tube in it and he deserves better. He's investigating a very weird case because when he told Harvey about it Harvey didn't take it seriously and Jim was off getting drugged or something so now he's investigating alone and getting the side plot he deserves

5) Barbara gets short curly hair because why does she get either short straight hair or long wavy hair what is this unfairness. Also in the finale she's some kind of entrepreneur so she's like business woman but also some of her employees are getting targetted by Sofia who is out on a weird vengeance against Lee so that + her dating Lee means that she's getting the guns out. Also she does not look like Barbara in the drawing but dw about that

6) Lee is now dating Barbara because. It makes sense. Well they're in the process of dating all the while Lee is getting targeted by Sofia who isn't happy she almost killed her. Also this is a drawing of Lee laughing but she laughs like once in a lifetime so my reference picture was her with half of her face covered so yeah. She's smiling not being murderous. Maybe. Also I did not make the book cover but it felt fitting

7) the one and only Oswald is back to clawing his way up Gotham and being vicious manipulative and everything that's lovable about him, all while Martin has come back to Gotham, so now he's trying to rule an empire all while trying to convince Martin not to work in Harvey Bullock's pub. Also him and Jim are like 🤞 because he's helping on the Harvey Dent case and I wanted to draw a cool picture for that and then I remembered hands are a pain to draw so this is the best I've got

8) Martin comes back and becomes a proper criminal just like his dad

Okay then basically my vision for the plot is like

1. The Oswald-Jim duo (and Harvey Bullock) are going after Harvey Dent who got his face thing because of like. Corruption or Oswald, idk, and basically he's out for blood against Oswald and Jim so tada! they gotta combine forces and bicker and do their weird shaking of hand and Jim gets drugged and has to fight against internalized homophobia or whatever he goes through while he's on drugs. Also the two of them smoke like chimneys together

2. Bruce and Selina are fighting against Ivy who is growing her own forest of horrors and doing her evil nature plans as per usual

3. Barbara and Lee are trying to get Sofia all while figuring out their relationship. Barbara Jr gets kidnapped at some point by Sofia and Lee gets to shoot Sofia in the head again

4. Lucius is off on his own doing investigations and asks help from Ed who is also doing his own thing doing drag

5. Idk about all the others

6. Also Jeremiah should come back just for funsies but I forgot to draw him. I also intended to add Bruce's clone but I also forgot to draw him. Tis what it is
