I need help about a MADD presentation

So I have one day to make a presentation and I was going to do MADD BUT I need to have an opinion and I'm really stuck. Could any of you help or is MADD a bad topic to go for when I need an opinion?

Everytime I post it's cuz everything has gone wrong with my daydreaming. And guess what?

Has anyone else been struggling/lost the ability to daydream since school/college restarted? Like I've lived in my head everyday for five months and now I can't remember how I used to dream before lockdown. I catch myself daydreaming scenarios with real life people but I have to force myself to be in my "world" with my paras, I'm praying they'll come back to me over the weekend but it's starting to upset me again and make me cry.

Even my music isn't triggering anything. I fucking hate it here I wanna go back in time and live in lockdown forever, it was fun then. Now I'm just alone.

Question:

Has anyone ever spoken about MADD or researched and found themselves "locked out" of their world? I just met up with my best irl friend since lockdown began and we had a convo about MADD nad I spoke a lot about my characters. And after I couldn't daydream about them, I tried to force a dream and it wouldn't work, but I could naturally slip into a dream about to talking to my irl friend.

None of my usual triggers have worked and it's been playing on my mind that I might have accidentally "cured" myself but I don't want them to disappear. This has happened before while researching MADD but it was only a few hours; this is like a day and a half.

Has this happened to anyone or has anyone got any tips or advice to help me get them back?

Ever since I made that post last night asking what certain MADD terms meant I've found it very hard to get back into my world.

Like I can imagine Rylan and the others but it doesn't feel right.

Every time I research or try to understand MADD it's hard to get back into autumn storm (the name of my paracosm) and it's horrible cuz I've noticed how sad I am today, I haven't smiled or laughed and I've been so easily agitated

It's a horrible feeling really, I just wrote this in hopes that venting about it will help the world come back, because my usual nightcore trigger hasn't helped either.

I see terms like "paracosm" and "parame" being used in here and I wanted a better understanding of MADD, so I was wondering if you could help by defining the terms you guys use around here?

I'm really new to understanding myself and all this, I'd like a little dictionary to help me 😂😂
