A comprehensive new report commissioned by the Utah Department of Health and Human Services provides one of the most detailed and exhaustive assessments to date on the medical safety, effectiveness, and long-term outcomes of gender-affirming care for transgender and nonbinary youth. And despite recent political rhetoric suggesting otherwise, the findings are clear: gender-affirming medical treatment, when guided by evidence-based protocols, helps transgender adolescents thrive. The report “Gender-Affirming Medical Treatments for Pediatric Patients with Gender Dysphoria” was produced by the University of Utah’s College of Pharmacy Drug Regimen Review Center and submitted to the state in August 2024. It arrives in the wake of Utah’s controversial Senate Bill 16, which placed a moratorium on gender-affirming medical care for minors and tasked health officials with conducting a review to determine whether the ban should remain in place. Rather than validating the restrictions, the 900-page report systematically debunks the narrative that these treatments are experimental or dangerous. Instead, it affirms what many healthcare professionals, families, and transgender individuals already know from lived experience: that access to gender-affirming hormone therapy and puberty blockers reduces psychological distress, improves quality of life, and is supported by decades of research. The Utah report is among the most thorough reviews conducted by a state agency. It draws on more than 270 clinical studies from the U.S., Canada, the Netherlands, Australia, and Europe, spanning observational studies, randomized controlled trials, and long-term descriptive research. These studies examined the mental and physical health outcomes of transgender youth who underwent gender-affirming medical care, including puberty blockers (GnRH analogs), cross-sex hormones (testosterone or estrogen), and related medications. Key findings include: Significant mental health improvement in adolescents undergoing gender-affirming care, including reductions in depression, anxiety, suicidality, and eating disorders. Improved quality of life and self-image reported by TGNB youth after starting hormone therapy. Low rates of regret or treatment discontinuation, especially when care is delivered through comprehensive, multidisciplinary teams. No serious long-term health risks found in monitored populations receiving hormone therapy, including studies with follow-ups as long as 40 years. The authors conclude that there is more evidence supporting gender-affirming care than there is for many high-risk new drugs approved for children in the U.S., including recent gene therapies.

my goober wall (yeah ik it's a collage of stolen images from Pinterest im not gonna pretend this is original art...I might draw it eventually tho!)
this image will probably tell you more about me than I probably know...but that also makes me curious, based on this image what kind of assumptions would you make about me as a person? even if you don't know me well I'd still be curious. I just, don't show my interests in such detail normally, so I'm curious how seeing all these sides of me makes me look!
don't care if its super detailed or a single sentence I'm just curious

Since tumblr still hasn’t unblurred me, I’m going to take some time to tell you about one of their most secret policies:
Tumblr bans specific images. This is not a flagging thing. The image doesn’t get flagged. It gets removed from the site permanently. And I mean PERMANENTLY. There is no notification that this happens to your image because the policy is completely unofficial. There are also absolutely no guidelines to it. For instance, an image like this one is not against any tumblr community guidelines.
Tumblr media
Yet this image when I had if as my header for my blog, to protest my previous blog’s sudden and uncalled for deletion (I had zero flagged posts, was given no warnings, and then one day I checked at two of my blogs were missing and I had a stern email from tumblr to never make a nsft blog again or else all my blogs would get deleted…yes the email said that) was removed. Not only was it removed form the posts I had made using it. They removed it from my header.
Tumblr media
Of course, as you can see the image in no way violates the community guidelines…and even if it did, technically the official policy of tumblr is to flag the image and make it invisible to anyone but the OP. Instead this is a different far less official policy…and it seems as though it is completely within the realm of individual tumblr staff to decide what gets to count. Indeed, this is not the only image this has happened to me too. The first two blogs of mine that got deleted we’re actually nsft blogs, unlike my current blogs, they actually technically did violate tumblr guidelines…now mind you I was no longer posting original nsft content on their at time of their deletion…but still they’d previously been porn blogs. ANYWAYS…if you run a very popular nsft blog you’ll notice that your most popular post occasionally just disappear. Maybe if you’re not paying attention you presume you just can’t track it down or no one has reblogged it lately…but no, they (staff) straight up extrajudicially remove your content. I say extrajudicially because they do have official policy and protocols they should be following, aka flagging the content and/or labeling the content. But no, they fucking remove it.
And when they remove it, it’s gone for good, for everyone. For instance, the above photo, the “ew tumblr” photo…that’s not the original photo, that’s a screenshot of that photo. You can’t post the original, the code of that photo is forever banned. It’s not even just one account either. For instance, to test this, I attempted to upload an old “missing” nsft image from my original blog, which is not associated with this email, and is not even associated with my IP address. And this is what happened:
Tumblr media
Tumblr’s transphobia runs so deep they are eager and willing to circumvent their own policies and procedures, the staff acting like thin skinned vigilantes on their own website where they held all the power to start with anyways.
eeewwwwwwwww
unblur me now staff

Deltarune Theory: Do you know who your FRIENDs are?
Tumblr media
A while ago I made this whole chart about who FRIEND might be and then I just straight up forgot to post it.
Tumblr media
And I think I did like, an okay job here, although there are some assumptions and confusions. It's actually the bonus drawings I did that now I think might be closer to the truth.
Tumblr media
Well maybe not the second one, maybe the second one, idk, but the new Spamton Sweepstakes stuff does seem to imply FRIEND is Noelle's missing digital pet, with it appearing in the cat petterz minigame and all. But hey, what can we actually do with that information?
Well, let's look at the assumptions we've had before. Obviously this being the "egg" page on the website, along with multiple red trees linking back to it across the website, it gives us the impression that the man behind the tree gave Noelle this egg. But who's the man behind the tree?
Well if you've read my other posts you'd know I agree with Spookydood's hypothesis that neither the man behind the tree nor the mysterious Valentine's letter are Gaster. But the man behind the tree and the mysterious Valentine ARE the same person. Go go gadget evidence compilation:
Tumblr media
That seems pretty straightforward, yeah? Very deliberate writing choices. But can we determine who this is even further?
The speaking patterns of the Valentine are very... Alice in Wonderland. A sort of rhythmic speaking in confusions and wordplay. And honestly? I think that tell us everything we need to know.
Tumblr media
FRIEND appears as a floating smile in the darkness. He's associated with Noelle's cat game. The egg man is associated with a tree and an odd manner of speech. A cat in a tree that turns into a floating smile and has an odd manner of speech? That's the fucking Cheshire cat, straight up.
I don't think Noelle's game created FRIEND, I think FRIEND was interfacing with it the same way Spamton did. That would explain why the sweepstakes stuff doesn't have to be canon, if it was actually FRIEND's backstory from Noelle's game that would have to be reiterated in the game itself. But if he was just giving her the egg, the same way Spamton gave her the Pipis, that's just a thing he did, not vital backstory.
"But is he Mike though?" Uhhhh. Good question? I'd probably lean no still since FRIEND's name seems to have been forgotten while Spamton just knows Mike's name straight up. Maybe Spamton is special, he does have the glasses in FRIEND's colors. Why would Tenna be looking for FRIEND anyhow? I don't really know or care if FRIEND is Mike right now, I'm pretty satisfied with the conclusions I came to. Thanks to my buddy Victor for helping me reach said conclusions.
Just one last thought though... Is FRIEND from the Card Kingdom? The tree they take with them certainly is. And after all, Chapter 1 is a fantasy forest with a playing card theme and a cruel ruler, that's Alice in Wonderland as hell. If FRIEND is a strange, powerful cat darkner from the Card Kingdom... Well, so is Seam. Seam, who has been our guide to the secret bosses. FRIEND, who''s face has only ever been seen in game guiding us to the Spamton fight. Hm.
Curiouser and curiouser.
