Umbrella Academy x Edith Finch au

Unnamed Woman from the Reginald title in season 1 ep 10 is the first to die

She dies in their “trip to america” but really their trip to earth. They go to escape the curse of death in the family.

It is never explained to the children how their group came to be, but Reginald, Grace, and Pogo arrive and build the academy house

Children begin to appear, either by somehow mysteriously wandering in or being taken from the orphanage in town. They take care of them for years, and everything seems alright but for the family curse they tell the children of

Ben dies when he is 10 after he is sent to dinner without supper. He eats spare seafood around. He knew he was going to die.

Allison becomes famous as a child actor

Klaus nearly dies while playing on a swing/ Diego actually dies while playing on a swing, Luther being right there

Allison has a kid at late 17

Pogo is building a massive king kong statue for Claire, Allison’s daughter, when he falls from it and dies. Reginald insists on calling him king kong after death.

Before Claire even turns one year old, she drowns in the bath after Allison accidentally leaves her there.

Two months later, she is mysteriously murdered, either by rouge killers or by her boyfriend/ father of her child Patrick.

Allison’s younger brother Luther witnesses the murder. Previously a pushy child who loves his father and siblings, he became traumatized after his sister’s death. His father makes a space in the basement for him to hide in for years and years.

Diego angrily flies a kite at some family event, perhaps a wedding, or a birthday, or the anniversary of someone’s death, and dies out in the storm.

Dad, Mom, Five, Klaus, and Vanya are left in the house alone. One day, Five dissapears and is never seen again.

Luther dies just outside the bunker door. Mom closes the doors of her dead children’s rooms and stops making the wood paintings of them for Reginald. Reginald drills peek holes for the rooms.

Finally, Klaus gets help for his drug addiction that has been going on for years as he is one of two children left to take care of out of the whole family. He gets therapy and a boring job and kills himself

Reginald, Mom, and Vanya are the only ones left. Finally Mom decides she has had enough and tells Reginald. He threatens that he may die if they leave, and Mom leaves with Vanya even faster.

Reginald dies that night.

Over the next year, Grace slowly begins to degrade more and more without the assistance of Pogo (now long gone) and Reginald, who did the bare minimum of helping her hardware. Mom eventually dies.

Vanya writes the story of their family for Five, who she still believes to be alive after three years. She too dies in a typical car accident.

Five reappears to his family dead and a book written by Vanya.
