Making a girl come hard before she's spanked does indeed create a radically different experience - and for both partners too, I think more couples should try it.

Delaying the bottom-smacking part allows more time to build up anticipation and embarrassment. After a spanking it's common for the recipient to be in a floaty mental state, but if you were to inspect and masturbate her before she's spanked and begins to zone out, she'll get to experience all those feelings more lucidly.
