You opened your eyes to the bright morning light and saw a man's back lying in front of you. You rubbed your eyes and got out of bed, taking a deep breath. As you tried to move away, the man grabbed your arm to stop you.
"Where are you going?" Jo's voice echoed in your mind, and you instinctively hugged yourself and started rubbing your skin, as if wiping away something dirty. Jo approached you and kissed your shoulder, moving to your neck and collarbone. Your skin tingled from his touch and warm breath. You felt Jo's smile through the kiss, which made you feel even more uncomfortable.
Eventually, you broke free from his embrace and walked away from the bed, bending down to grab a T-shirt that was lying on the nightstand. Tears began to well up in your eyes, but you angrily wiped them away and headed to the bathroom.
After half an hour, you used a soft towel to wipe away the wet skin that was red from your nails. Again, after spending the night with Jo, you felt disgusted, but you still couldn't resist returning to him, especially after frequent quarrels with Choji. Tomiyama hurted you, Togame comforted you, and you gave in to Jo. At that moment, you didn't care about anything else, his touches made you forget about the pain caused by Choji and made you feel desired and loved.
Jo never told you how he felt about you. You didn't understand why he wanted to be around you suddenly when you needed his support the most. You had known each other for a long time, and it was him who introduced you to Choji, probably without realizing that you might start dating.
At first, your relationship with Tomiyama seemed great. You missed the cheerful way he looked at you. Your parents had abandoned you at the age of 7, and by the age of 16 you were not interested in life anymore. Every day was the same and Jo introduced you to Choji. Everything happened so quickly: a few meetings and now both of you couldn't imagine life without each other.
When Choji became the leader of Shishitoren, things changed drastically. Every day, you watched Choji lose interest in not only you but also his friends from the gang. You tried talking to him, but those conversations led to constant arguments, after which you ended up at Togame's place.
"Jo, why don't you try talking to him? Every time I ask him about his state, it seems to make him angry. I don't understand what happened to him at all." You took a sip of the soda Togame had thoughtfully offered you, knowing you love it.
"You know, he has also moved away from me..." Jo sat down next to you on the couch.
You took a deep breath and rested your head on his shoulder. It was the evening after your first big fight with Tomiyama.
"I'm sorry..." Togame said in a barely audible voice.
"What?"
"If it wasn't for me to introduce you..."
"Don't talk nonsense. Choji has been the best thing that ever happened to me..."
Jo chuckled and leaned his head back against the sofa.
A few days later, there was a ring on Togame's door. He quickly put on his jacket and walked to the door, feeling a little annoyed. When he opened the door, he saw you standing there, crying. Your clothes were soaking wet.
You entered the apartment and Togame offered you his jacket to keep you warm. He also offered to make some tea, so you could warm up. After you had a shower and changed into some of his clothes, you sat down to talk.
Togame noticed that your eyes were still red and puffy from crying. He asked if you wanted to stay at his place for the night. You hesitated for a moment, but then nodded, feeling grateful for his offer.
"Thank you
" you said, "I'm sorry for bothering you."
Togame smiled and said, "Don't worry about it. I'm happy to help."
Jo got up from the table and went into his bedroom, where he took out an extra pillow and a blanket. He put the laundry on the couch and flopped down on it, looking tired. You smiled sadly as you went to his room. Before you met Choji, you often stayed at Jo's house.
You tossed and turned in bed for a long time, unable to sleep due to the argument with Tomiyama, whose harsh words echoed in your mind. Suddenly, there was a knock on the door, and you turned to see Togame standing there.
"Can't sleep?" he asked, sounding worried.
You turned on the lamp and saw his concerned face. He gestured to the spot next to you and you nodded, moving away from the edge of the bed so Jo could lie down.
You stared at the ceiling in silence, both of you seeming afraid to say anything. It was hard to tell where the tension came from. You turned to Jo. He continued to stare at the ceiling without looking at you. The soft light from the desk lamp illuminated his gentle features.
"You've changed, too, Jo." You said with confidence.
He finally looked at you with an emotion you couldn't quite read.
You moved closer and rested your head on his shoulder. "Yeah. Only you're still kind to me."
Jo paused, holding his breath. "Because... I'm your friend." He said, exhaling and smiling as he pulled you closer and stroked your shoulder with his thumb.
The next day, Choji called you. His voice sounded cheerful, as if nothing had happened between you two the day before.
"Hey, Shishitoren's having a little party at the bar tonight. Want to come?"
You hesitated for a moment, then replied, "Sure, if you want me to."
Choji laughed. "What a silly question! You're my girlfriend, of course I want you to be there."
Then, Togame emerged from the bathroom, buried in his phone. You saw him open his mouth to speak, but you quickly shook your head, pointing at his device.
"Okay, Choji." You hung up the phone and took a deep breath.
"Invited to a party?" Jo asked in a hoarse voice, to which you nodded.
At home you flopped down on your bed and started thinking about the upcoming party. You weren't in the mood for drinking alcohol or socializing with the other guys from the group, but you knew that if you didn't go, it would only annoy your boyfriend. Suddenly, your thoughts about your boyfriend were replaced by memories of the night before at Jo's apartment.
It wasn't your first sleepover at Jo's, but there seemed to be something different about it. You couldn't quite put your finger on it, but you felt a change between you and your friend.
Behind your thoughts, you didn't notice how it was time to get ready for the party. You didn't want to stand out, so you chose black jeans and a tank top, and topped it off with a leather jacket to keep warm in the evening air.
When you arrived at the bar, there were a lot of people wearing yellow. You spotted a couple of girls who you knew were dating other members of the group. You nodded hello and looked around for your boyfriend, who didn't take long to appear. He jumped onto the bar to greet his friends.
You felt someone approach you from behind and touch your shoulder. You turned around and saw Togame, and immediately felt a sense of calmness wash over you. Choji had finished his speech and had jumped down from the counter to approach you. In his hand, he held a glass with what you assumed was alcohol, as it smelled strongly. Tomiyama suddenly pulled you towards him and kissed you on the lips, right in front of everyone. The other guys laughed happily, but as you broke away from the kiss, you noticed a tense look on Jo's face.
"I'm so happy to see you!" Choji said, his voice sounding slightly forced. He noticed the slight irritation on your face and frowned. "Is everything okay?"
You glanced fearfully at Togame and then at your boyfriend, nodding your head. "It's fine, Choji." you said, trying to smile weakly, and kissed him on the cheek.
After a couple more minutes, Tomiyama left you and went back to the crowd of guys. Jo had not left your side all this time, and you noticed that he had not touched alcohol, even though on any other day, he would have never refused it.
After a couple of hours, you grew tired of all the people and decided to head home. You tried calling Choji, but his phone was off. As you made your way through the crowd of already intoxicated people, you felt uncomfortable. Suddenly, someone grabbed your arm, and you found yourself in the embrace of a very intoxicated Choji. He was mumbling something incoherently in your ear, but the noise of voices and music made it difficult to hear him.
"Choji, I want to go home!" You yelled over the din around you.
"What? What about the fun? It's just starting!" Tomiyama pulled you closer, lowering his hands to your hips.
"Damn it, Choji! I said I wanted to go home!" You exclaimed, pushing him away.
He stumbled and almost fell over a guy behind him. You looked at him in fear, your heart racing. Choji angrily shoved the guy out of the way and went to the music console. The music in the bar stopped, and the crowd groaned in disappointment. But when they saw Choji climb back onto the bar, they fell silent in respect, waiting for him to speak.
Tomiyama pointed at you and shouted, "You're not leaving! You have to stay!"
Everyone instantly turned their gaze to you, making you want to sink into the ground. "You're ruining my party! This is my night! My friends are here! And you... you can't even enjoy yourself with me..." His voice was filled with anger and annoyance.
A mixture of excitement and fear filled you, and you realized that this was not the Choji you had met 2 years ago. Unhappily, you did not understand the reasons for these changes in him. At that moment, you wanted to leave the bar, but as you started to move towards the exit, Shishitoren's guys blocked your path.
Suddenly, someone grabbed your arm and pulled you out of the circle of drunken guys. Following someone, you saw familiar braid and breathed a sigh of relief - Jo would get you out of there. You were sure of that.
Once outside, you took a deep breath of cool air. "Are you okay?" Togame asked, looking at you with concern.
"Mhm. I think everything is fine..." You turned annoyingly to the front door of the bar. "Let's get out of here, please."
Your friend nodded and led you away from the bar. Half an hour later, you were at Togame's house. He made you some soothing tea again. You smiled as you took your first sip, and it seemed to you that this was the best moment of the evening. You looked up at Jo, who was now calm and looking at you intently with a slight smile.
"I'm tired of seeing him treat you like that." Jo blurted out suddenly.
You almost choked on your tea. "Huh?"
"I mean, you don't deserve to be treated that way."
You looked at your friend, playfully and flirtatiously. "What do I deserve, then?"
Togame walked towards you carefully, so as not to scare you any further. He said, "You deserve a nice cup of tea after a long day. You deserve to be treated like a queen."
You felt a slight tremor, but deep down, you agreed with him. "You deserve gentle kisses and touches..." Jo finally approached you and put his hand on your cheek. You closed your eyes and leaned into his touch. The next moment, you felt his lips on yours. Inside, you were scared that you don't want to push him away, but instead, you just wanted to return the kiss. Through this kiss, you felt a sense of relief from Togame.
It was the first and last time that Jo voiced his feelings. That was how you understood his words, at least. You spent the night together and you realized that you hadn't felt so good in a long time. The sex with Choji was great at the beginning when you were both young and each other's first, but over time, it stopped being a manifestation of love for Tomiyama. For him, it became an opportunity to release tension. For you, though, sex was still a part of a relationship where you connected with your partner not only physically but also emotionally.
That night, Togame reminded you of what you believed about sex. His kisses, touches, and words he whispered made you feel a thrill inside, responding with pleasure to his actions. There wasn't enough love, but Jo finally gave it to you when you thought you wouldn't get it anymore.
You woke up to your phone ringing this morning. You looked over your shoulder and saw an empty space next to you in bed. "Yes, Choji," you said, rubbing your eyes as you answered your boyfriend's call.
He sounded guilty, for the first time in a long while. "I'm outside your house. Can you come out?"
"I'm staying at a friend's house. I'll be back in about an hour," you replied, trying to keep the excitement from your voice.
"Okay, I'll wait for you." You got out of bed and walked into the kitchen, where Jo was preparing breakfast. He gave you a nod, gesturing to the cup of tea on the counter. When he turned around, you noticed there was no trace of regret in his eyes, but his aloofness was unsettling.
"Everything okay?" You asked.
Togame nodded, sipping his tea and taking a bite from his sandwich.
"Choji called."
"I know. I reminded him about his behavior yesterday." He said.
You furrowed your brow. Everything that was happening now seemed like some cruel joke to you. After last night, you felt used, and the most difficult thing now was to look into Choji's eyes.
"I don't understand you." You said, pushing the cup of tea and plate of sandwich away.
"He's still your boyfriend who needs to apologize for his behavior yesterday." Jo looked at you calmly.
You made eye contact, but it felt like it wasn't Jo who was looking at you. He wasn't the friend who was always there for you in difficult times. He seemed like a completely different person.
You stood up from the table and walked towards the exit. You wanted to clear your head, even though looking tearful might play into your favor in a conversation with Choji. You didn't understand what had happened between you and Togame, and you didn't want to think about it.
You saw Tomiyama near your house, looking worried and slightly disheveled after the party the night before. When he saw you, he approached you first. As he got closer, he stopped, seeming to respect your boundaries.
He apologized for his behavior the previous day and offered to apologize in front of others if you wanted. He took your hands in his and looked at you with hope in his eyes.
"It's unnecessary, Cho." You smiled weakly. Last night with Togame was on your mind.
"I really value our relationship. You mean a lot to me... It's just that lately I've been... It's hard." You held your breath at his words, but Choji stopped at that phrase.
"I've tried to talk to you a hundred times, but you've pushed me away." You gently pulled your hands out of his, hugging yourself by the shoulders. "It's not that you were rude to me yesterday. You've been rude to me for the last month. Ever since you became the leader of the Shishitoren. You've changed a lot, Cho..."
"I know... Yes, you're right... But I swear it won't happen again. I love you." You felt your throat going dry. Tomiyama was looking at you with so much hope and, it seemed, love, that you could only weakly nod and allow him to hug you.
Choji was lying. He only managed to hold out for a week. Then, everything went back to the way it was before. Quarrels from scratch, constant unhappiness and arguments.
You tried calling your friend, but she was busy. After your fight with Choji, you had nowhere to go, so you decided to show up at Jo's house. He let you in without saying a word, and everything happened again. The next morning, Tomiyama apologized again. And thus, you were stuck in this vicious cycle of arguments with Tomiyama and nights spent with Togame. It was terrible. You didn't have the strength to break up with Choji. His sad eyes after each fight couldn't make you leave him, and nights with Jo had become a necessary ritual for you after each argument with your boyfriend.
Togame seemed fine with everything, but you didn't notice his muscles twitching every time he saw you with Choji after you spent the night together. You didn't realize how impatient he became when he witnessed your arguments. He blamed Tomiyama for not letting you go. He blamed you for being weak and unable to say no to Choji. And he blamed himself for having to lie to his friend and hurt you. Finally, he blamed himself for not telling you and Choji how he loved you.
You stepped out of the shower and the familiar scene helped to calm your restless thoughts. Jo was preparing breakfast. You smiled as you saw the mug of tea waiting for you on the table.
"Did you know that he wants to take Bofurin away from Hajime?"
"What?!" You almost choked on your drink.
Although you didn't like the idea of your boyfriend and best friend being involved in a gang and fighting with others, you tried not to get involved. However, there had been a lot of rumors about the Bofurin and their leader in your area.
"You're involved too?" You asked, trying to hide your concern. It made you feel embarrassed that you were now worried not only about Choji, but also about Jo. He was your friend after all.
"Of course."
Togame yawned and turned away from you. He chuckled and continued chewing on a cookie.
Your phone buzzed, and you hurriedly checked it. A message from Tomiyama appeared on the screen.
"Please come to Orion with me today."
You hesitated, but when you saw Jo's concerned expression, you put your phone away and looked out the window.
In the past, Choji had often arranged dates at the old cinema, so you were not surprised by his invitation. You sighed at the thought that you were weary of this life. The constant lies had sucked you into a dark swamp. Jo seemed like a lifeline, but when you grasped onto it, you found yourself sinking even deeper.
"I need to go." you said, thanking Jo for breakfast as you left his apartment.
After lunch, you went to the Orion as Choji had suggested. As you arrived, you noticed a large group of people wearing yellow jerseys, and you realized where Choji had taken you. You wanted to turn back and leave immediately, but you bumped into Tomiyama who was leading a group of men, including Jo. Bofurin followed Shishitoren. You knew Umemiya and Hiragi, the others were strangers to you.
"My lovely girlfriend, how glad I am to see you here!" Said Choji, looking excited. It had been a long time since you had seen him so excited.
Jo's expression was blank, while Umemiya greeted you happily, but Choji did not like it. He approached you and gave you a tight hug, pulling you close to him.
Tomiyama whispered in your ear, making your neck tingle. "Today will be my triumph."
The first two fights were surprisingly quick. The members of Bofurin took down the Shishitoren fighters with ease. Throughout the entire time, you were watching the fights, gripping the arms of your chair with your fingernails. You were too afraid to move again, for fear of angering Choji.
Before Hiragi's bout with Sako, Jo turned to you.
"Could you get me some water? My throat is getting dry." He asked.
You let out a sigh of relief and gave him a grateful look for the opportunity to leave this place. However, Choji stopped you from rising from your seat by placing his hand on your arm. He summoned someone from the crowd and said something to them, then they left the cinema.
"My girlfriend isn't your servant, Togame." Tomiyama said with venom in his voice.
Jo slouched back in his seat, looking at you with guilt in his eyes. You pressed your lips together. You didn't want to watch the stage anymore, so you lowered your gaze and tried to steady your breathing.
When Jo came on stage, your desire to leave only increased. You were filled with fear for him, even though he could be quite violent during the fights. The guy with black and white hair looked like a child to you, but you knew he was serious. Despite Togame's smile, you were worried that he might not handle the pressure this time.
When Jo missed the first shot, you flinched and turned away from the stage. Choji noticed and grabbed your chin, forcing you to look back. "I don't want you to miss this!" he said. You saw no concern on his face for Jo. He seemed to be enjoying the fight.
After a half hour of fighting, you looked pleadingly at Choji. "Please let me leave. I can't watch anymore..." You said, your voice shaking.
Out of the corner of your eye, you noticed how much blood there was on Togame's face. You couldn't bear to look at it. "He's my friend. I can't watch him get hurt."
"No." Choji said with amusement in his voice.
You remained in your seat, your eyes fixed on the stage. You watched Jo and Sakura talk, but all you heard was the ringing in your ears and the sounds of bodies hitting.
When Haruka knocked Togame out, you couldn't take it anymore and started to cry. You wanted to run on the stage and pull your friend off.
Deep down, you knew your feelings for Choji had changed. Looking at him, you no longer saw the person you loved. You felt nothing but hate and fear.
Tomiyama jumped on stage and continued to act like a monkey, making you breathe a sigh of relief when Jo finally got up. You got out of your chair, your chest heaving with excitement, feeling like you could finally leave this place. You wanted to take Togame with you, but then Tomiyama hit him as he tried to stop Choji from fighting Umemiya.
Jo got back up again and came down from the stage, coming up to you and giving you the keys to his apartment. He pointed to the exit, saying, "She has nothing to do here." He turned to Tomiyama, who tried to contradict him, but Jo glared at his friend.
Togame nodded at you with a small smile on his face. You didn't want to leave him, but he gently directed you towards the door and you followed his instructions.
"If you go now, then we won't be together anymore," you heard Choji say with a hint of mockery in his voice, stopping you in your tracks.
You turned around to see Jo, who gave you a calm nod. You sighed with relief and left the cinema.
You were sitting in the kitchen of Jo's apartment, anxiously looking at your phone. It was getting late and the sun had set, but Jo was still not there. You were worried about what had happened to Choji, and whether he meant what he said. Part of you felt happy about that outcome, while another part was scared of what had happened at the cinema after you left. Would Tomiyama be able to take Bofurin for himself, and what would he do with Togame now?
Your thoughts were interrupted when the doorbell rang, and you rushed to open it. Jo was standing there, smiling at you. His wounds had been treated and they no longer looked so terrible. You immediately threw yourself into his arms, breathing in his familiar scent.
"I talked to Choji and explained everything about us." Jo said.
"Uhm... and him?..."
You pulled away from him, running your fingers through his loose hair. You had missed his hair, which he had been wearing in a braid for the past few months.
"He said he guessed it. I asked him to talk to you, so that he could explain everything and apologize. He promised to call you tomorrow
 Well
I should have told you a long time ago that I love you. I'm sorry I didn't show my feelings properly. Maybe then you wouldn't have suffered so much with Choji, but... I was just so happy to see how good he was with you... That's why I didn't want to ruin what we had."
"I understand, Jo. I do." You placed your hand on his cheek, gently stroking his wound with your thumb.
The next morning, for the first time in a long while, you woke up without the overwhelming sense of guilt. Togame's arm was wrapped around your waist and his warm breath was on your neck.
"You know how much I love the way you smell?" Togame sensed that you were awake.
"That's your shower gel, Jo." You laughed, turning to face him. "Good morning."
"Good morning." He said, reaching for your lips and kissing you, gently biting your lower lip.
"Mmm, so sweet." He murmured.
You were surprised by his sudden passion. "Wow, Jo, you've never been so... intense before."
He smiled. "That's because I couldn't express my true feelings before."
"But I'm glad you can show me now." You settled yourself on his hips, kissing his neck and feeling a surge of happiness.
He hugged you close. "Trust me, now I'm overjoyed to be able to show you how I feel."

After a year of dating, you and Toji decided to start living together. Fushiguro brought up the idea after the third date, but you laughed it off, saying neither of you were ready for it. Fushiguro was your first in everything, and you wanted to do it right. At first, you stayed with him on weekends, but as your belongings started to accumulate in his apartment, he suggested you move in.
To be honest, you were scared, having heard from friends how relationships can be ruined after moving in together. But your feelings for Toji grew so strong that you couldn't imagine life without him. So you gave in and moved in with him. Now, the man helped you pack your things eagerly, even letting himself kiss you while you packed your clothes in the suitcase.
At first, you were a little unsure in his apartment, but as you became more comfortable, you began to feel at home. Fushiguro did not notice how quickly his bachelor pad became a cozy place where he returned after a mission. You enjoyed that life: you liked seeing Toji eat the food you had cooked just for him, and you loved how he brushed your hair after a shower. There were so many things that warmed your heart about this relationship. Often, you found yourself thinking about how difficult it would be to imagine Toji in a simple domestic setting, but he seemed to do it so well.
You did it well, as you thought, but your mind started to play tricks on you. What if Toji wants to break up with you? Your heart can't handle it. What if he doesn't come back from one of his assignments? What if you lose your job? There are so many "what ifs" spinning in your head that you can't stop them. You started biting your lips, which hurt constantly. Your headaches increased, and destructive thoughts visited you more frequently. So, you did not feel well but tried to pretend that everything was fine. You did it well, as you thought.
“Oi, lovebug, are you okay?” Toji asked as you dropped a dish on the floor.
“Oh, Toji, sorry. I’m just a bit tired.” You crouched down and started picking up the pieces of the plate.
Fushiguro approached you and offered to help, carefully watching to make sure you didn't cut yourself. He smiled and kissed your hand.
“Take a shower, I’ll clean up here.”
As the hot water poured over your body, you closed your eyes to avoid shampoo getting in them, but suddenly you felt your hands and legs start to tremble. It was the first time you had felt it. Your chest felt tight, and your head was spinning. You leaned against the wall, trying to catch your breath, then decided to turn on the cold water. Goosebumps covered your skin, and you focused on the chill of the water. It helped a bit - at least the pressure in your chest lessened and you were able to breathe out.
When you returned to the bedroom, Toji was lying on the bed, scrolling through his phone. Seeing your worried face, he put his phone down and asked what was wrong.
“I accidentally switched to cold water.” You said in a distant voice.
“Then I can warm you up. Come here, lovebug
” He extended his hands towards you, pulling you closer.
“Shall we not
” You pulled away from his lips and lay beside him. “I just want to relax, okay?”
“Mhm.” Toji chuckled and placed his hand on your hip. “Babe, are you alright?” He emphasized the last word, making you feel irritated.
“Told you I’m fine.” You sounded rough, but Toji understood your state and decided not to push.
You turned away from him, closing your eyes to try and fall asleep. As you heard Toji's rhythmic breathing, tears began to well up in your eyes. You wanted to share what was on your mind, but you were afraid of how Fushiguro might react. It seemed silly, because you were in a relationship and should be able to share everything, but what if...? Gosh, you were exhausted by all the "what ifs."
Suddenly, you were turned by the elbow and met Toji’s concerned gaze.
“Stop fucking lying to me, brat. I know there is something wrong, so why don’t you tell me?”
“Cause
cause I’m afraid you won’t care
” You said and wiped away your tears.
“The hell I won’t? I thought we are together and all this stupid shit. But now you’re saying I wouldn’t care?” Toji's voice softened as he replied.
“Please, don’t be angry
I know I’m being foolish, but
” You sighed and looked away.
“Get dressed.” Toji exclaimed, getting out of bed.
“Where are we going?” You asked, but didn’t get an answer as Toji tossed your sweater and jeans at you.
You followed his instructions, and the man grabbed your hand, leading you out of the apartment. You walked along the street and turned onto a busy road, where there were many cars. Toji stopped at a motorcycle and handed you a helmet. You raised an eyebrow in question, but he remained silent. He started the engine, and you climbed on the back seat, wrapping your arms around Fushiguro’s waist
“I didn’t know you had a bike!” You yelled in his ear when you stopped at a red light.
“It’s not mine.” He said and continued driving.
You kept riding the motorcycle but couldn't stop thinking about how he stole someone's bike.
“Stop worrying, lovebug!” Toji shouted over the wind.
“But you stole the bike!”
“Who cares?”
He slowed down next to a house with a high fence. You took off your helmet and fixed your hair. Toji approached you and grabbed your hand, kissing you. You felt your body relax in his embrace as he whispered to you, “Lovebug, we are couple. Your concerns are my concerns now. Do you understand?” Toji stepped away, looking at your face.
“But
I feel like I can’t relax anymore. It’s overwhelming, Toji. My brain feels like it will explode.” You hid your face in your hands.
“What can I do to help you?” He sounded serious, but you just shrugged, not knowing what to say.
Fushiguro smiled and took your hand, guiding you to the fence where he found a ledge. He stepped on it and began to climb the wall. When he reached the top, he looked back at you and extended his hand to you.
“What are you?...” You didn’t feel well from his actions.
“Please, I want you to rely on me now. Trust me?”
You hesitated, but then decided to follow him. The two of you jumped over the fence and found yourself in a large area with a modern house. Toji seemed confident, so maybe you should trust him and stop worrying about the consequences of entering someone's home who seemed empty.
“Are we going to break into the house?” You asked, your heart still beating fast, but Toji’s calmness helped you relax.
“Nah, it’s too boring.” His lips and scar curled into a smile.
You walked around the house and spotted a swimming pool. Suddenly, Toji began to take off his clothes and then jumped in. You stared in amazement, not believing your eyes. After a while, he emerged from the pool with a grin and swam towards the edge.
“Will you join me?” He playfully raised his eyebrows and gave you a puppy-eyed look.
“You are crazy!” You looked around to make sure the house was empty and started to remove your own clothes.
When you sat down on the edge of the pool, Toji approached you and pulled you into the cool water. You let out a squeal of laughter and splashed the water around. The man pulled you close to the pool's wall and kissed you, so tightly that you caught your breath and pressed him harder against your wet body. Toji tried to pull away, but you held him there, feeling his smirk on your lips. At that moment, you desperately wanted to be in his embrace. There was nothing else in your mind except for Toji. Toji. Toji. Toji. Only him. You were in someone's swimming pool, in someone's house, but you didn't want to think about it because you were too lost in the moment. Toji promised to take care of everything, and you trusted him.
When you felt the lack of oxygen, you ended the kiss. Toji grabbed your ass under the water, making you groan slightly. Your legs wrapped around his body, and you appeared above him, kissing his forehead. He nuzzled your neck, his hot breath burning your skin. It felt so sensual, so you leaned your head back, enjoying his lips on you. Ever since your first intimate encounter, he has had such a fascinating effect on every part of your body with just his lips.
“Are you good?” Toji asked, gently stroking your cheek.
“Much better
” You wanted to continue kissing him, but he moved away from you in the middle of the swimming pool. “Are you teasing me?” You tried to approach him, but Fushiguro started swimming around the pool.
“No, I just don’t want to fuck you in this pool.” He grinned, allowing you to get closer and squeezing your cheeks in his hands.
Then, Toji shifted you to the edge of the pool and sat you down, covering your thighs with kisses and spreading your legs apart. Your body trembled again when he removed your underwear and shoved two fingers into your wet pussy. After a while, he leaned closer and began to lick your clit sensually. You panted heavily, gently stroking his hair and biting your lower lip. Toji gripped your hips and pulled you closer to him. The sounds of your squelching pussy made him groan with pleasure.
As you reached your climax, Toji did not want to stop and continued to stimulate your clit. The relaxing sensation washed over you, and you leaned on your elbows, looking up at the night sky. Feeling Toji's tongue inside of you was incredible. His hands massaged your thighs as you tried to calm your trembling body.
“How are you feeling?” Fushiguro asked, finally moving away from your throbbing clit and kissing your inner thigh.
“Love you
” You couldn't formulate a response, so you just said the first thing that came to mind.
“Lovebug, I want to know everything about you. All your anxieties are my anxieties, do you understand?” Toji got out of the pool and sat next to you.
You nodded, still trying to process your feelings.
“Sometimes I don't know how to deal with them. But now I feel better, not just because of the sex, but because of you. I was scared to tell you how I felt. But I see now that I was wrong.”
“Mhm.” Toji nodded, giving you a soft smile.
The two of you laid on the cool grass, gazing at the stars in the night sky. The silence was so peaceful, and you wanted to make this moment last forever. You knew that your anxiety wouldn't disappear instantly, but you felt a sense of comfort from Toji's presence. It was surprising, because... well, it was Toji. He loved you deeply and showed it through his actions, and you never expected such empathy from him.
“Babe? I don’t want to disturb you, but we need to go!” He grabbed your hand and helped you up.
“What’s wrong?” You followed him, your legs still shaking.
You climbed over the fence outside the house and approached the bike.
“Toji, whose house is this?”
“Oh, my handler, never mind!”
“We’ve fucked in your handler’s house?!”
“Yep.”
“I fucking hate you.”
“A couple of minutes ago you said you love me.” He said, putting a helmet on your head.
“And the bike?”
“Lovebug, I said stop worrying. Let me take care of this. It's not your problem.”
“Toji!”
“It’s my friend’s bike.”
“Ugh, you are such a
!” He didn’t let you finish, started the bike and took you back to your apartment.

Let's talk about love?
pairing: Satoru Gojo x fem reader
wc: 1992
a/n: When Satoru Gojo appeared at your doorstep with two little children five years ago, you were stunned. The smug, cheeky and selfish Gojo, who was a narcissist (in fact, there are many other adjectives that could be used to describe him), decided to take care of other people's children. At first, you were skeptical, but over time, the four of you became close, and they have become an integral part of your life.
warnings: dialogues, because i love them; fluff, a bit angst, mentioning the death of the reader's parents, grumpy Megumi, cute Tsumiki, loving Satoru, you are parents of Fushiguro! and something more that you'll find (yes, i hate writing warnings)
english is not my first language, nor even second, so there may be mistakes, but i really spent a lot of time proofreading and improving my works.
Tumblr media
“What is love?”
Tsumiki was lying next to you late at night, you were reading books together, and at some point, the girl put hers aside and turned to you with a question.
“Love? It depends on the type of love you are talking about. For example, we both love to read, so in that case, love could be seen as a hobby. It’s about enjoying the process of getting lost in another world and getting to know the characters. Or you love Megumi, that’s a different kind of love - a love for a family member.”
“Or how you and Gojo love us, right?”
“That’s right.” You nodded and smiled at Tsumiki.
“And what about the love between two people?”
“Ugh, that’s more complicated, I think. I guess it’s like a friendship that takes on a special level.”
“And how to distinguish a strong friendship from love?”
“Well
” You said, scratching your head and thinking about it. Tsumiki gave you some time to gather your thoughts and waited silently for you to continue the conversation. “I think that, apart from the emotional connection, love is mostly based on physical interactions. When you hug, kiss, or do even more intimate things, it creates a strong bond between you. It’s like there’s something inside us that makes us feel special when we’re with the person we love.
“Like butterflies fluttering in our stomachs?” Fushiguro suggested.
“Yeah, that’s right!”
“And how do you understand that a person loves you, and not just friends with you?”
“I guess it’s hard to tell sometimes, but I think it’s important to listen to your heart. If you feel a strong connection and a deep love for someone, then that’s probably how they feel about you too. To be honest, I’m not sure. People say that if someone loves you, they want to be close to you. When they’re laughing, they’ll look at you. Sometimes, you look at people in love, especially if they try to hide their feelings. They might act awkwardly, but it’s still fun to watch. Of course, caring is also important. Friends care for you, but when you’re in love... It’s a deeper level of caring you feel instinctively. Do you understand what I mean?”
“Not yet, but I think I’ll figure it out in time, don’t you think?”
“Of course! You have your whole life ahead of you. You will definitely find someone who will bring you true love.”
“And you? Have you ever been in love?” Miki asked thoughtfully.
You sighed and fell silent.
“Probably, yes.” You said after a brief pause.
“Is it Gojo?” Tsumiki jumped up and approached you.
“What makes you think so?” You frowned and tried to hide your smile.
“I think he’s in love with you!”
“Miki, unfortunately, love isn’t always mutual. Sometimes, one person loves another, but the other doesn’t feel the same way.”
“You don’t like Gojo?!”
“No, I like him as a friend. Like your dad.” You made air quotes. “I like him as a sorcerer. He’s incredibly powerful, and during our studies, he helped me more than once with my techniques. But sometimes, he can be unbearable!”
Tsumiki laughed and looked at you with a barely suppressed smile on her face.
After a few weeks of busy schedule and constant work, Gojo and you had a few days off. Satoru suggested everyone go to Okinawa, and the children happily accepted, while you seemed slightly tense.
“Is something wrong?” Satoru asked casually.
You rubbed your forehead and forced a smile.
“No, no, it’s fine. It’s actually a good idea. We’ve all been working hard lately, so it would be good to take a break.”
The next day, the four of you boarded the plane and waited for takeoff. You tried to avoid looking out the window, instead of listening to music with your eyes closed. Suddenly, you felt a gentle touch on your arm and opened one eye to see Megumi encouragingly smiling at you. He winked, quickly realizing that you were scared of flying. You smiled gratefully at him and intertwined your fingers with his, closing your eyes again. This time, the fear inside you partially eased.
Once you arrived in Okinawa, you checked into the hotel and headed to the beach. While the children played in the water, you read a book, with Satoru resting on your lap. Gojo lay there, sipping a cocktail.
“Are you okay?” You asked, putting down the book and sensing that he was lost in thought.
“Yes, it’s just a place
” He got up from your lap and sat next to you, watching Miki and Megumi play in the sea. “By the way, I noticed Fushiguro comforting you during the flight
You never mentioned that you were afraid of flying.”
“I don’t think that’s information that needs to be shared.” You scratched your forehead.
“Why not?”
“My parents died in a plane crash.” You overcame the lump in your throat and managed to say the words in a calm tone. “I was 8.”
Gojo took a deep breath and moved closer to you.
“Do you understand that it’s okay to grieve? You don’t have to act like an adult and pretend that you’re not worried about it.”
You felt tears welling up and buried your face in your knees. When you thought the tears had stopped, you looked up to see Satoru smiling softly. You wanted to say something, but the words wouldn’t come, so you simply looked at him.
“I’m so grateful to have you. I guess for me, you are the family that I have never had.” You said, and Satoru took your hand and kissed the back of your palm.
Miki watched this interaction and smiled at herself.
A couple of hours later, Satoru was playing in the sea with the children. He picked Tsumiki up on his shoulders and chased after Megumi, who was splashing water at him. As you watched this scene, you felt all the tension in your body melt away. Against the backdrop of the setting sun, Satoru and the joy of the children brought a sense of calm to your heart. You stood up from the deck chair and walked towards the group. Megumi ran towards you and hid behind you from Gojo and Miki. You waved your hand, and a small wave washed over Satoru and Tsumiki, causing both of them to squeal.
“That’s not fair!” Satoru removed Tsumiki from around his neck and pouted, crossing his arms over his chest in a show of displeasure.
“Come on, it’s fun!ïżœïżœ You patted the guy’s head as you approached him, brushing the sand from his shoulders.
After a few minutes, you noticed that the children were starting to get tired. You led them to their rooms, tucked them into bed and decided to return to the beach for the sunset.
As the sun was setting, Gojo took you to the sea. The water was quite cool, but Gojo’s warmth kept you comfortable. Satoru refused to let go of your hand until you were up to your chest in the water. The sun had nearly set when the man pulled you towards him and gently kissed your lips. He felt you both needed it, but was still afraid you would push him away. Instead, you snuggled closer and returned the kiss with equal intensity.
The next morning, the four of you were sitting at breakfast. Your smiles were subtle, but Tsumiki noticed something had changed. Gojo was rambling, and you smiled at every word he said. Later, at the beach, you were all playing in the water. Satoru kept touching you, and you responded eagerly.
“Something has changed between them.” Miki said to her brother, as they relaxed on the deck chairs, watching you sit by the sea.
“What do you mean?” Megumi replied, frowning in confusion.
“Their smiles, their touches... they weren’t like they were before.” The girl said with confidence.
Fushiguro turned his gaze towards his parents and looked at them for a long time. Previously, you avoided unnecessary touching, but now you were sitting with your shoulders leaning against each other and your back relaxed, while Gojo’s hand was still holding onto your waist. Megumi watched this, not noticing how you and Gojo approached him.
“Would you like to try riding a banana-boat?” Satoru suggested.
“A banana?” Fushiguro was still lost in his thoughts, so he didn’t immediately understand what the guy was talking about.
“Or we could look for a kiwi or a watermelon!” Gojo said and laughed.
Megumi rolled his eyes at the joke, but you laughed loudly and put your hand on his shoulder. Miki looked at her brother pointedly, but he turned away, muttering something under his breath in displeasure. You noticed it quickly and took your hand away from Satoru, stopping your smile.
“Why don’t you go first, just the two of you, then Megs and I?” You said, raising your eyebrows and pointing at the boy.
Gojo immediately understood what was going on and took Tsumiki on the water attraction.
“Is everything okay?” You plopped down on the blanket next to Megumi and gently nudged him on the shoulder.
“You and Gojo are together now?” The boy deliberately emphasized the last word.
“I think so.” You realized it was pointless to hide it from him, so you decided to just admit it.
“I see.” Megumi tried to avoid eye contact with you.
“Is something wrong?” You placed your hand on Fushiguro’s shoulder.
“I just thought that... Gojo is not good enough for you.”
“Wow!” You even pulled away from Megumi and frowned. “It seemed to me that everyone should decide for themselves who is suitable for them and who is not. Besides, you know, sometimes you can’t control love. Your body reacts to a person physically, while your brain isn’t even aware of it.”
Megumi turned to you and saw a smile on your face. He could tell from the look in your eyes that you were partly in your thoughts and probably thinking about Gojo.
“Do you really love him?”
“I’ve known him for five years. During that time, he has been by my side 80% of the time and has always supported me. I think what I feel for him could be described as love. I don’t know what he feels, but I feel comfortable with him. In general, I am calm around you. You are like a family to me, which I have never had before.
Megumi went through a complex thought process in his head. After thinking for a while, he nodded to himself.
“Where is your banana-boat?”
The next morning, Megumi knocked on Gojo’s door. After a long wait, Satoru opened it, but he seemed annoyed and wanted to slam it in Megumi’s face. The man quickly left the room and closed the door firmly behind him.
“Has something happened?” Gojo asked, rubbing his eyes to wake himself up.
“Do you love her?” Fushiguro asked suddenly, taking Satoru by surprise.
“Yes, I have loved her since she came to Tokyo Jujutsu High.” Gojo answered.
He realized that he did not want to deny his feelings and confessed immediately.
“It’s good that you weren’t hesitant. But if she gets hurt because of you, I will kill you.” Megumi replied.
If Gojo had heard this from another nine-year-old boy, he might have laughed and patted him on the cheek. But looking at the serious expression on Fushiguro’s face, he didn’t move a muscle and simply nodded in agreement. The man knelt down in front of Megumi and placed his hand on the boy’s shoulder.
“Listen, Megumi, she is not going to suffer because of me or because of anything else. I promise you."
“What is it?” You mumbled sleepily, pulling Satoru back to bed.
“It’s just that... The staff wanted to check if we need any extra cleaning.”
You smiled through your sleep and hugged Gojo, pulling him closer to you.

Pairing: Kento Nanami x Fem Reader
wc: 13k
Summary: Gojo's sister is a mess that Kento Nanami has to deal with. As her classmate, he goes on missions with her and gets to know her better.
Warnings: romance, first love, first sex, secret relationship, hurt/comfort, fluff, lot of angst (because i love it), slight mention of drinking, exorcising, Haibara's death, a bit OOC Nanami, break up, depression, suicidial thoughts, fun with Satoru, a bit of toxic relationship with Kento, happy end
A/n: Eventually, i might add some more small chapters to this story, because at the beginnig i wanted to write about Yuji's and Kento's girlfriend's (or wife's) interaction, but it led me to a deeper backstory of Nanami's and the Gojo's sister past. I promise, Kento won't die in my stories!!! BUT if you want to eat glass, you can imagine his further death reading my story)) Important: english is not my first language, nor even second, so there may be mistakes, but i really spent a lot of time proofreading and improving it. Oh, yeah, and the song, it's so heartbreaking as this story for me. I hope you like it too.

2007.
After Suguru killed people in a village, and you refused to go with him, everything changed in Gojo’s siblings’ lives. Satoru managed that, and you
you hoped you would deal with it eventually. All your thoughts were about your future in the jujutsu world, but you constantly returned to the day of Haibara’s death, which caused you to shiver. Kento was always beside you, and you felt relieved to be with him. However, you and Satoru spent less time together, and that’s why you were surprised when he came to you with a request.
“You want what?” You sounded shocked but tried to remain calm.
“Don’t pretend you didn’t hear that.” Satoru rolled his eyes and clicked his tongue.
“Ugh, but that’s so
responsible. Are we responsible enough to take care of two children?”
“Together, we are. Besides, you and Kento must train to raise children, so
” You didn’t let him finish his sentence and punched him on the shoulder.
“But why? Is there no one else who could take care of them??”
“Just me. And I’m asking for your help.”
You sighed deeply and sat down in front of Satoru. His eyes were full of confidence, and you rarely saw him like that. Perhaps there was something behind this decision, but you were afraid to ask. Now he wanted you to accompany him to the Zen'in clan to talk to the head about Fushiguro's siblings.
“They hate us. If two Gojos show up at their doorstep, they probably won’t be happy about it.” You still tried to reason with your brother.
“Don’t care. These kids need me.”
“Are you sure about that?”
In the next day, you and he came to a school. You wrinkled your brow at your brother, but he didn't notice it. He bit his lower lip and stared at the exit from the building. When a black-haired boy with long spikes came out, Satoru waved at him. When the boy approached you, you felt a high level of cursed energy inside him. You exchanged glances with your brother and he nodded at you.
“You again.” The boy didn’t seem happy to see the two of you.
“Yep. And this is my sister.” Satoru introduced you to each other.
You softly shook Megumi’s hand and smiled at him. He didn’t look interested in you and your doubts about Satoru’s decision only increased, but Megumi’s cursed energy sparked your curiosity, so you continued to follow Satoru. While they were talking, a girl older than the boy approached and hugged Satoru’s waist. His glance softened instantly, surprising you. It was like your brother had become a different person beside them.
You guided the children home. It was an old building in one of the poorer quarters in Tokyo. An elderly lady met the Fushiguro family and waved to Satoru. He nodded at her and squatted in front of siblings.
“Tomorrow I’ll head to the Zen’in clan.” He said, shifting his look between them.
“So, does that mean, we’ll be living together soon?” Tsumiki asked with excitement.
“Uhm, I hope so too, Miki.” Satoru replied, ruffling her hair.
“Go home, Tsumiki. It’s late.” Megumi said, sounding a bit nervous.
The girl hugged Satoru and you, making you smile. You shook your head, trying not to succumb to the children's energy. As Tsumiki hid behind the door, Megumi asked you:
“Is there any chance that the Zen’in clan would refuse to give us?” This question made you silent.
“Listen, they are assho
Well, Satoru can be very persuasive.” Suddenly, you decided to support your brother.
Megumi looked at you with interest for the first time since you’ve met. You saw a thinking process on his face, and when it ended, he stared at you:
“Will you come with him too?”
“Uhm
 If you want
”
“Yeah, please. I’m afraid he could spoil everything.” You giggled as you saw your brother pouted and placed his hand on his chest with an offensive glare.
“I’m here too!” Satoru commented.
You said goodbye to each other and headed to Tokyo Jujutsu High. Satoru and you kept silent the whole time. You thought about Fushiguro, still trying to understand your brother’s motivation. Megumi was talented, without a doubt. Did Satoru want him on his side in the future? If so, you questioned yourself why? He was the strongest and didn’t need anyone. You asked him multiple times to go on missions with him, but he didn’t let you. You blamed yourself for not asking directly, because something had stopped you.
At the Tech, you went to Kento’s room. Remembering that he had been assigned to a mission and probably hadn't returned from it, you entered the room and heard the sound of a shower. Your lips curled into a smile, and you lay down on the bed and stared at the ceiling thinking about Megumi and Tsumiki.
“Oh, Gosh, darling!” Nanami grabbed a towel around his waist, and you rolled your eyes at this gesture.
“It’s like I didn’t see anything there already!” He clicked his tongue and approached you, kissing your forehead.
“How was your day?” Kento placed next to you, his body still warm after the shower.
“Thought provocative.” Your boyfriend raised an eyebrow.
You told him about Satoru’s decision to take care of the Zen’in offspring. First, Nanami heard it, choked and looked at you in astonishment. You nodded at him and continued sharing your doubts.
“I don’t get his motivation.” You mumbled, still thinking.
“That’s Satoru. There is no logic in his actions.” Nanami said, getting your punch on the chest. “But I think, if he insists on your presence at the Zen’ins, you should go.”
“Wow. Unexpected.”
“He needs your support. That’s all.” Kento chuckled, embracing you closer.
In the next morning, you waited for Satoru outside Tech. The sun was hiding behind the clouds, and the air was so cold that you were freezing.
“You are late.” You shivered as your brother gave you his scarf. You smiled at him and got into the car.
As your car approached the Zen’in estate, guardsmen came to you.
“Stay here.”
Satoru said, getting out of the car and nodding to the men who seemed not happy to see you, as you told. A few moments later, he opened the door for you and let you out. The guards led you somewhere, and you hoped it wasn't to your death. You still remembered tales about the fight between your clans.
When you entered the room, there was nothing except an old man with stupidly-looking mustache. You tried to suppress your laughter, but Satoru had become serious.
“I won’t talk to the girl. Only you, Gojo.” He pointed his finger at you.
“She’s also Gojo.” Satoru insisted.
“Nah, she is a woman. Don’t want to deal with women.” The old man grinned at you.
“Ugh, that’s fine, Satoru. I can wait outside.” You nodded at him and saw concern in his eyes. He put on his glasses and let you away.
You didn’t want to waste your time, so you decided to look around the estate. Although the Gojo family had almost the same estate, you knew about each clan's tricks in their homes. You walked through the halls under the guard's gaze, feeling hunted. Behind a door, you heard girlish laughter and couldn't resist entering the room.
There sat two girls who looked alike and they were reading a book. They flipped through the pages and pointed at some pictures, laughing at themselves. Suddenly, one of the girls looked around and saw you. The other girl followed her and smiled at you.
“You are not Zen’in.” The first one said.
“I’m not. I’m Gojo.” You introduced yourself, trying not to scare them.
The girls began whispering and pointing at you. The second one wasn’t afraid, so she came up to you and took your hand. You sat down in front of them and looked at the girls carefully.
“I’m Maki. And this is Mai. We are twins.”
“Nice to meet you. What are you doing here all alone?” You said, still keeping your distance.
“We are not allowed on training, so
” Mai said offensively.
“Why not?”
“Because I can’t see curses, and Mai
” Maki seemed more friendly than her sister.
“I can see them!” Mai placed her little hands on her chest and turned away.
“Mai, don’t be rude. She’s nice.” Maki smiled at you, grabbing her sister by the elbow.
“It’s okay, girls.” Your lips curved into a soft smile.
“Tell us about your Cursed Technique!” Maki requested with interest in her eyes.
“Wow! You know, girls, you shouldn’t discuss your CT with strangers. Besides, I’m young and still learning at Jujutsu Tech, so
” You scratched your head. “But I can show you my halberd.”
“You have a halberd? Sooo cool!” Maki moved closer to you and stared at you with curiosity.
You waved your hand, and your halberd appeared from thin air and landed at your knees. Maki watched your cursed tool with eagerness, while Mai seemed not interested in you at all.
“I want a halberd too!” Maki exclaimed and clapped her hands, as you hid your weapon from them.
“Well, then, you can have one during your training at Jujutsu Techs. There are two in
”
“We won’t go to the Jujutsu Tech.” Mai interrupted you, rolling her amber eyes.
“Why do you think that?”
“Because they are women and have zero cursed energy.” You heard an insolent voice behind you and turned around.
You saw a tall guy with dyed blonde hair. His roots were dark grin like the girls’ hair, so you decided he was one of Zen’in too. He eyed you with a grin, but when you stood up, there was a disgusting desire in his eyes. The Zen’in girls tried to hide behind you, so you gently put your hands on their heads.
“You are Gojo’s sister, I guess. You look hotter than he does.” The guy smirked.
“I’m surprised you think my brother is hot.” Your confident answer made the girls giggle, but they were quiet when they saw his angry look.
“Do you think you’re so smart, yeah?”
“Well, I don’t complain.”
He stared at you, trying to win this unspoken battle between you. When he realized you wouldn’t give up, he snorted.
“I don’t like smart women. You are pretty, but you are Gojo
” He clicked his tongue at you.
“Wow, I bet you don’t like smart women because we are strong enough to take down your arrogance?” You chuckled at him, your back straight and your hands moved to the girls’ shoulders. They pressed closer to you. “No one smart woman would ever like you either, though. Right, girls?” You looked down at them and saw fear in their eyes.
“Go away, Naoya.” Maki suddenly said, looking up from your leg.
“Who talks, brat!” Naoya pulled his hand towards Maki, but you stopped him with your halberd, nearly cutting his hand off.
“Don’t touch her or I will cut your arm off.”
“Then your brother won’t get that Fushiguro brat.” You didn’t take your halberd away, but your heart was racing.
“Just go away, Naoya, and I’ll leave all your fingers.”
You stared at each other, and he stepped back from you. His face remained calm, but his jaw was clenched. You wanted to ignore the lust in his eyes, so you looked away from him
“See you later, Gojo.”
He left the room, leaving the three of you breathing deeply. You’ve heard enough about the Zen’in clan’s position on women, but didn’t think it was true. For half an hour, you were humiliated twice just for being a woman. You looked at the girls; they stared at you in consideration.
“Listen, girls. You are strong and brave. If you want to go to Jujutsu Tech, then you shouldn’t listen to anyone, especially that arroganct bas
” You didn’t finish the sentence, stopping yourself from cursing.
“Even if we can’t see them?” Maki asked, with hope in her eyes.
“That’s the problem, but I promise, I’ll help you.”
“They won’t let you.” Mai said upset.
“We’ll see.”
You embraced the girls and left the room. Something about them made you worried about jujutsu’s future. There weren’t many sorcerers left, and each person had a role in this big battle against curses.
2014.
You didn’t know how, but Satoru proved to be a perfect negotiator. You even joked that he should join you and travel around the world fighting curses. He managed to make a deal with the US government for five offices in the country. They were concerned about the situation in several states, so they gave you all their sorcerers - at least 70 people - who weren't so strong but had the level of skills required to fight curses.
Sometimes Nanami joined you on missions, but you wanted him to avoid overloading himself. So you decided to lead your team from Japan, despite Kento's insistence that you shouldn't settle in Japan for his sake.
“I’ve already lost too much time without you. Besides, I want my brother back. We have a lot to discuss.”
“When will he return from his mission?”
“The day after tomorrow.” Nanami noticed your trembling.
“I miss him so much.”
Since you two saw each other at the airport in Rome, you didn’t have a chance to talk about everything that happened in your lives during those years. You felt awful about the huge distance that had appeared between you. Neither of you wanted to deal with it and chose to ignore your feelings. Satoru was your brother and closest friend who shared all the events in your lives with you.
“But I have one important mission before Satoru comes back.”
You and Kento went to the Zen’in estate. It was like the day you first came here, and you smiled as you remembered Zen'in girls. You promised Maki you would solve her problem, and you did. In your hand, you held a small box containing glasses that helped to see curses. The Greek sorcerer had made them for Maki, and you wanted to finally give them to her.
You didn’t want to enter the estate, so you asked a guard to call Maki Zen’in. Nanami got out of the car and saw the dark-green haired girl hugging you. He smiled and felt his heart race faster in his chest.
“Wow, look how you’ve grown up!” You giggled, ruffling her hair.
“I didn’t think you’ll show up here again!” The girl was so excited to see you, and that warmed your heart.
“How could I? I promised you
” You took out a gift box and gave it to Maki.
She raised a brow and mistrustfully took it. When Zen’in opened it, she put on the glasses and looked around. At first, she didn’t understand the idea, but when she saw a curse next to you, she jumped and hugged you tightly.
“Thank you so much! They are
 amazing!”
“Yeah, they will grow up with you, so try not to break them in fights.”
“Ha, you still think I’ll go to Tech. My family won’t allow it.”
“Screw them. You should follow your heart.” You pointed at her little chest and touched her nose.
“Is this your boyfriend?” Maki nodded at Kento.
“Yeah, he is. Want to meet him?” You waved at Nanami, and he approached you both.
“Hello to you, beautiful lady!” He squatted in front of her and smiled gently.
“Don’t get used such treatment.” All of you turned around and saw Naoya.
The guy had become taller and more arrogant. You felt proud of Maki, when she didn’t blink at the sight of her cousin and just clicked her tongue.
“I’ve heard about your super important mission around the world, Gojo. Would you take me with you? I could show you some places in Europe
”
“And I can show you my fist if you don’t shut up.” Maki and you turned your heads to Nanami, your eyes wide open.
“Such a hero!” Naoya lifted his arms protectively, but his gaze was confident.
“You better go or Naoya will say some more nonsense.” Maki said with regret. You saw so much in her eyes and barely held your tears. She put the glasses back into the box and carefully hid them from her cousin. “I hope we’ll see each other again.”
“Yeah, I do too. Maybe you’ll join my team. But first Jujutsu High. Satoru will train you properly.” You hugged her and whispered those words to her.
On your way home, you remained silent. How could such pretty girls like Maki and Mai be born in the clan of jerks? You held your breath as you thought about Mai. You hadn't even asked after her because of Naoya, but you hoped to see them at Jujutsu Tech in the future.
Two days after Satoru returned from his mission, you gave him time to shower and waited outside his door, struggling to knock on it. Suddenly, the door opened, and you met Satoru's blue eyes. You felt how much you had missed those eyes, since he had hidden them after Suguru's departure.
“How long will you be here? Come in.” He laughed at you and let you in.
His room was minimalistic, with just a bed, chair, closet, and table. You connected this with his constant absences. Maybe he didn't need so many pieces of furniture, which was sad. He picked up an iPad from the desk and started typing something, probably a mission report.
“How was your mission?” You asked carefully.
“As always.” He didn’t look at you.
“Uhm
If you are busy, I can come back later.” Your voice cracked, and Satoru noticed it. He put the iPad away and stared at you.
“Did you want something?”
“I did, actually.” You couldn’t feel brave enough to start this conversation. “How are you?”
Satoru sensed the true reason for your presence in his room that night. He was a bit confused by your question and remained silent for a while.
“Well, I’m fine.” He didn’t find a proper answer.
“Are you sure?” You raised your brow, your eyes full of distrust.
“I am.” He said with confidence on his face. “And you?”
“I’m not.”
Satoru exhaled and looked at you with concern. You moved closer to him, still hiding your eyes from him.
“I’m not fine because I feel like you’re lying to me about your emotional state. And don’t try to reassure me. I feel you.”
The silence fell between you, and neither of you wanted to break it.
“Stop lying to me, please. Remember we shared everything when we were kids? What happened to us?...”
“Ugh, sis
 There is no right time
”
“When is the right time? I was absent for four years, you are on missions every time.”
“What do you want to hear? That since Suguru’s left, I don’t feel anything?” You held your breath at these words. “You won’t hear it, because I do feel everything. And it hurts. But I can handle it. Don’t worry.” He tried to sound happy.
“I understand that you don’t want to tell me anything, but I miss you. And I need you, because you've been through a lot in your life. I felt terrible for not having anyone to support me for so many years. Now I have Ken, who is great, but he's not enough. So, I want you by my side, with all your thoughts and worries, with all your feelings.”
“Wow.” Satoru was surprised by your honesty. “Look, I get it. But don’t worry about me. And if you want to talk, you can do it.” He hugged you and stroked your back, playing with your hair.
“No, I will worry about you even if you don’t let me. Because I love you more than anyone else in the world.”
“Heh, even more than Nanami?” He laughed at you.
“You are so stupid. This is another kind of love. You are part of me, you are my family, okay? If you need me
”
“Mhm, got it.” He moved away from you and smiled at you softly. “Wanna stay with me tonight?”
You’ve spoken for almost three hours. You told him about your trips and other sorcerers you worked with. Satoru listened carefully and felt warm just from your voice. Despite the distance, he also missed you. Suguru and you were the only people in his life he trusted. Maybe he was afraid of losing you too, so he didn’t want to let you get closer. That was stupid of him, but when he didn’t see resistance from you, he thought he was right. Instead of having a real conversation, you chose to just live your lives, when they were inseparable.
You felt a bit relieved about Satoru, but you weren’t content that your brother hadn’t opened up to you. However, you hoped he would eventually do so. He just needed some time.

Have u found what ur looking for?

2013.
You didn’t reject your idea of helping Jujutsu societies outside of Japan even after breaking up with Nanami. On the evening of graduation day, you hastily packed your belongings with tears streaming down your face. Satoru tried to console you, but you refused to talk to anyone. The memories of the last three years slowly killed you. The only thing that kept running through your mind was leaving Japan to start a new life.
For four years, you assembled a team of nearly fifty sorcerers under your leadership. At first, it was exhilarating, but then you saw people listening to you and following your orders, and you began to feel confident in what you were doing. All you wanted was to create strong Jujutsu communities on every continent. You tried to level them up like they were in Japan, and you believed in their success. Gojo's blood still flowed through you.
By 2013, you had already opened three offices in Europe and were preparing to open a fourth in the USA. The only remaining question was with the government, which needed to be resolved as soon as possible. When you received an invitation from the local government, your team began to prepare for departure from Italy. As soon as the tickets were in hand and the luggage had been checked, your phone rang insistently. You took a deep breath and answered the call, seeing Satoru’s name on the screen. You hesitated, knowing that he wouldn't stop until he had your attention.
“My dear little sister! I’m so glad to hear you! How are you?” He sounded excited.
“Ugh, Satoru
This is not a good time
” You checked your watch and nervously chewed your lip.
“Sis, there is always a good time for me! Listen, we need your help. Urgently.” His voice grew serious.
“What? I can’t. It's not possible.” You wanted to end the call and walk away, but your brother’s concern stopped you.
“We have a new recruit in your crazy team of strongest sorcerers.” You were sure, he used his fingers to indicate your team with inverted commas.
“So what? It can wait.”
“No, it can’t. You should come to Tokyo to test him. Otherwise, he will leave the country.”
“If he wants to join my team, he can wait. I’m busy right now
Hello?” You didn’t hear Satoru anymore and hung up the phone.
You rolled your eyes at the brother’s indelicacy and walked to the gate. At the airport’s check-in counter, you saw a suspiciously familiar haircut. Satoru was standing near a pretty employee, flirting with her. You approached them and groaned.
“Does Utahime know about you being here?” Your gaze became sinister.
“We are not dating! Sweetheart, this is
” Gojo made a displeased smile and looked at you angrily.
“Your documents, please.” The airport girl lost interest in Satoru and turned to you.
“I can go instead of you. What grade is the curse?” His voice started to tremble, which surprised you.
“US government grade. What kind of guy is there that you desperately want me to meet? Johnny Depp?” You decided to listen to your brother.
“No. He is very talented but needs your strict control over him.” Satoru noticed your attention.
“If you tell me he is so talented
” You bit your lip.
Two things were important to you now: expanding your jujutsu company and engaging sorcerers. The lack of powerful sorcerers was a headache for not only you, but also for the entire magic community. Your curiosity got the best of you, but your concerns about Satoru's diplomatic skills weighed on you.
“Ugh. That’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever done. Gosh, your carelessness is really contagious?”
You politely smiled at the girl, grabbed Satoru’s elbow and led him from the check-in desk.
“Listen to me carefully. We've been negotiating with the US sorcerers for half a year. In fact, I'm surprised they agreed with my idea. But if you fail this mission, I will kill you without hesitation.”
At first, Satoru laughed at you, but then he noticed your cold gaze and nodded silently. Despite his doubts about your global project, he appreciated your dedication to your ideas. The string of events during your school days hadn't broken you, and your activity had been useful for the jujutsu world.
“I'll send all the information with a message.” Satoru said, slightly pushing you towards the exit of the airport.
The next day, you were sitting at the airport waiting for your flight to Tokyo. It had been four years since you had last been there, and to be honest, you felt a little scared to return home. Satoru's information about “that super talented person” only annoyed you, and when you landed in Tokyo, you regretted your decision.
Outside the airport, a man waved to you. This was Ijichi Kiyotaka, who had been studying at Tokyo Jujutsu High for a year less than you. He had not succeeded in jujutsu and had become the assistant director. He stared at you in awe and pointed to the car.
“Gojo sensei! Welcome to Japan!”
“Ugh, don’t call me that.” You rolled your eyes and got into the car. “Please, I want to know more about this mysterious guy.”
“Why mysterious? You know him well.” Ijichi smiled.
“Really? Is it Megumi? Although he is only
 10?” You said sarcastically.
“He is. But no, this isn’t Fushiguro boy.”
The car drove up to the Tech, and your heart raced. Here you experienced first love, first death of a close friend, betrayal and break up. You shook your hand off the memories and got out of the car. On a bench, you saw the back of a tall, muscular, blond-haired man. Your eyebrows raised and you smiled softly.
“Well well
” The man turned around.
Familiar eyes and lips made you reel. You felt you couldn’t face those memories and tried to catch your breath. Kento looked so good, but still had circles under his eyes. Your gaze fell on his black dot tie, and you hardly restrained your tears. You cursed Satoru for this trick, hoping his plane gets into an endless turbulence zone.
“I’m leaving.” You turned to the car and started to open the door.
“Wait!” Nanami grabbed your hand. “I apologize for
”
“Don’t you dare even talk to me. You are nothing to me.” These words were ruthlessly slipping from your mouth.
“I understand your rage, but I need you to listen to me. I need you to be with me right now.” You noticed exhaustion in his voice.
“Excuse me? You need me to be with you right now?” You pressed against the car door to avoid Nanami’s proximity. “I want to forget you and everything that happened between us.” You lied to yourself and hated saying this.
“Don’t say that. I know you don’t mean it.”
You started to hit him on the chest taking out your grief and anger. All the emotions that you had carefully hidden for almost four years came to you at that moment. Despite your success in jujutsu, all this time you felt depressed. The endless emptiness was eating you from the inside and you couldn't do anything about it. There were people around you who wanted your attention, but you didn't want to pay attention to them because of Kento. For all these years, all your thoughts had been about him.
You didn’t want to discuss it with your brother because you were aware of his own feelings. The two of you were so close and so far from each other at the same time. Satoru understood your emotions, but didn’t want to bring it up. You had been in such a relationship since his death and resurrection, and it was awful.
Behind your thoughts you didn’t notice hot tears falling down your cheeks. You stopped hitting Nanami and turned your face away from him. He saw you were shaking and approached you.
“Don’t.” You lifted your palm to stop him from hugging you. “Not now.”
You went away from the car and sat on the bench, wiping away your tears. Ijichi and Kento watched you carefully, afraid to get close to you. Nanami regretted his decision to leave you, hating himself for causing your emotional state. It did not lead to anything good for either of you.
“So, there is no one who needs me to supervise.” You regained yourself and went to the men.
“Actually, this is my first mission after returning, so
I do need your supervision.” Kento’s voice became softer as he noticed you calming down.
“There was no need to bring me out of Europe. It was warmer there.” Your lips curled into a smile.
“Well, Satoru insisted that you would escort me during my first mission.”
“Of course he did.” You rolled your eyes at the thought of your brother.
“So, I see that you are ready for the mission? Here is information about it.” Ijichi handed you an iPad with the mission description.
“Okinawa?!” You yelled at the assistant when you saw the location.
The air landed at the Naha Airport on Okinawa. During the flight you tried to sleep, but Kento’s presence affected you in a way you didn’t want. Memories of your first trip here ran through your mind, making you hide your smile, but your expression remained icy. Although Nanami felt your tension, he didn't push you, remembering your tears in Tokyo, and truly understood his guilt, not relying on your quick forgiveness.
“So, the mission begins tomorrow at dawn, so you can rest at a hotel today.” Ijichi said.
“Not an option. We start right now.” You said, feeling your lips tremble, but stopping your nervousness.
“But
” The assistant tried to protest.
“Right now.” Kento felt a bit embarrassed seeing the man shaking.
Ijichi drove you to an abandoned beach and quickly left. You took out your kusarigama from the air. Nanami always liked that trick of yours, but now he was surprised when he didn’t see your halberd.
“And where is your halberd?” Kento couldn’t restrain himself from asking.
“I broke it in a Russian village. Special grade curse.”
“Oh, I’m sorry
”
“Don’t. I had so many problems with it at the border monitoring.” You softly smiled.
“At least you didn’t break your leg or back.” Nanami said, and you stared at him in astonishment.
“Of course, you remember
”
You went along the beach together to the cave. The warm sand got into your shoes, so you decided to take them off. This place was so calm, and you could hardly imagine that any curse lived here. The Pacific Ocean started to get louder, and the wind began to raise the waves. Kento looked up at the sky, and you followed his gaze. Usually, you liked to enjoy the sky together in every weather, but now it had become disgusting brown.
As you reached the cave, Nanami took out his blunt sword. Both of you felt the presence of a curse spirit. Kento remembered your fear from the missions at Jujutsu Tech, but he didn’t see it anymore. Your confidence inspired him, so he tried to hide his admiring look.
Inside the cave you felt cold. You smiled at the thought of this curses’ stereotype and shrugged. You looked at Kento and saw him completely focused. You were curious about his ability to fight curses after such a long break for jujutsu sorcerers.
“Don’t be upset, if you can’t handle the curse. After all, you didn’t do it for four years.”
“Don’t worry, dear.” He smiled gently at you, and, to your surprise, you saw that loving look in his eyes.
“Don’t look at me with those eyes” You turned away from Nanami and headed toward.
You felt the curse’s energy everywhere but couldn’t understand its hiding place. Kento’s look was directed toward you. Suddenly you felt a stab in your chest. Your eyes closed, and emptiness enveloped you.
The darkness started to dissipate, and you found yourself in Ueno Park. You looked around and saw a stroller beside you. You peered inside and discovered a red-faced baby. It smiled at you and stretched its hands toward you. You blinked twice and felt an urge to take it out of the stroller. The child cooed something in your ear and made you laugh.
Suddenly your phone rang. You carefully put the baby back. On the screen you saw a contact “Husband”, frowned and picked up the phone.
“Honey? Where are you?” You heard Kento’s soft voice.
“Uhm, I’m in Ueno Park.” You said hesitantly.
“Is Hoshiko* with you?” You frowned again and stared at the child.
“Hoshiko? Y-yeah, she’s with me.”
“That’s good. I’m already done at work, so I’m heading to you.”
“Okay, we will wait for you.”
You sat on a bench and started rocking the baby. The weather was nice, and you raised your face to the sun. You lost track of time as you felt hands on your shoulders. You laughed and turned around to see Kento. His bright smile and familiar adoring gaze warmed your heart.
The three of you walked into the park. Nanami spoke about his day at work and complained about his boss. You listened with interest, glancing at your daughter. Hoshi listened too, with wide open big purple eyes. You had never felt this before, so it was easy to think everything was right here.
In your apartment Kento helped you undress and bathe your child. Hoshiko, obediently watching her parents, started clapping her hands in joy
“Mommy and daddy happy!” She cooed, grinning at you.
“Yes, we are, my beautiful girl!” Nanami took the baby and wrapped her in a towel, kissing her forehead.
After the bath, you and Kento cooked the dinner together while Hoshiko sat in her highchair and read a picture book. When she found something funny, she burst out laughing. That made you and your husband exchange smiling glances.
As you placed the dishes on the table, your eyes fell on an old bread maker. You froze and started to tremble. Suddenly, Hoshiko’s laugher stopped. You stared at her chair and saw no one there. You blinked twice, and the girl reappeared as if nothing had happened. Nanami went to her side to see what made her laugh and smiled too.
During the dinner you looked away at the bread maker and couldn’t find peace. Something about this device caused pain in your chest. When dinner was over, you put Hoshiko in bed. She was so cute and looked like Nanami, except for the color of her eyes.
While Kento was taking a shower, you prepared for sleep. Suddenly, you dropped an earring and it rolled under the bed. You sighed and sat on the floor, but under the bed you saw a halberd, which shocked you.
“But
I broke it a year ago..”
You pulled out the halberd and stared at it without blinking. So many thoughts rushed through your mind, so you couldn’t stop them. Then you closed your eyes tightly, seeing white stars in the darkness. After that, you opened your eyes and saw an empty room with no furniture. You walked to the door, put your hand on the doorknob, and turned it.
There was nothing outside except for darkness. You turned around, and the room had already disappeared. The halberd started to fall apart, and ash fell to your feet. The pain inside you grew so strong that you couldn't hold on anymore. You fell to your knees and began to sob. It was horrible. You saw your dream come true and it was just some stupid trick of a curse. Endless emptiness filled you and right now, you were unable to fight it.
“My love.” Kento’s voice rang out from nowhere. “I need you to keep fighting. The curse is just playing with your mind.”
“But I can’t. I’m so tired. So so tired.” You saw your hands and knees sink into the ground.
“I know it’s hard, but if you give up, you’ll never see this future at all.”
“I don’t want to see my future. I just want to die so I don’t feel this emptiness.” Your body sank halfway into the ground as you saw Haibara in front of you.
“Wow, you are in a bad position now, girl.” He chuckled, squatting down to you.
“Yu? But you are
”
“Yeah, I’m hopelessly dead. And you are not.”
“You are funny as always.” You smiled and tried to get up, but didn’t succeed.
“I’m glad to see how strong you have become. And I’m happy that Nanami has returned to jujutsu.” Haibara didn’t help you to rise and watched as you went underground. “But now you’ve decided to give up? That’s so unlike you, Gojo.”
“You don’t know how I feel.”
“Yes, because I’m dead. And you are not.” He repeated his phrase. “Don’t you want to see Hoshiko in real life?”
These words hit you so hard that you desperately started trying to get out of the ground It hurt, but you continued fighting, regardless of how much your heart ached. Suddenly, you noticed your kusarigama and grabbed it eagerly, cutting yourself in the process.
In the cave Kento fought against the curse, protecting your almost breathless body. The dark spirit was so strong and fast, that Nanami was desperate to exorcize it without your help. He shook his head, banishing these thoughts and kept fighting. Now each of you had a huge battle: you – inside, and Kento – outside.
When Nanami fell on his knees, so exhausted, he lost all hope. He chuckled at himself for such a stupid comeback. At least he had seen you before he died. The curse stopped before him and reached its hand to the man. Suddenly, a chain wrapped around its neck.
“Get off.” You said through clenched teeth.
With a sickle, you cut off the curse's hand that tried to grab Nanami. Kento jumped into the air and sliced the demon in two. In the silence of the cave, all you could hear was each other's breathing.
“You good?” You asked Nanami.
“Mhm. And you?”
You didn’t answer and headed outside. The bright sun illuminated the blue surface of the water. Gulls flew above the ocean and tried to catch the fish. You walked along the beach without noticing the water in your shoes. Then you turned towards the ocean and went inside it. Warm waves parted before you because of your cursed energy, so you stayed dry as you walked along the bottom. When you felt tired, you relieved your Technique and the waves covered you.
You began to sink, but didn’t want to fight the stream and just gave up. As always in such situations you chose to give up. You weren’t strong at all, it was a mask, that you’d worn since Satoru’s death. All your efforts to be strong had been shattered by the curse’s trick. Your thoughts trapped you, and now your very existence seemed useless.
Suddenly, someone’s hand pulled you out of the water. Nanami grabbed your elbow and dragged you to the shore. But your body was so exhausted, so you couldn’t get your feet to work. Kento noticed this and lifted you up. On the beach, he carefully sat you down on the sand and gazed at you with concern. You hugged your knees and hid your face in them.
“Please, leave me alone.”
“No. Not again.”
“I said leave me! When I begged you to stay, you left! What’s stopping you now?”
“Sweetheart, it was one of the biggest mistakes I ever made. Don’t make me do it again.”
“You’ve ruined me! You destroyed my dreams and future!” You yelled at him, so loud.
“I’ve destroyed our future! And I deeply regret it. But look what you’ve done! Your sorcerers successfully exorcise curses around the world. Is that what you wanted, isn’t it?”
“I wanted you to be by my side
” You wiped the tears from your face.
“And did you ask what I wanted?” This question paralyzed you.
During the last two years in Tokyo Jujutsu Tech, you only talked about your ideas, your dreams and aspirations. You rarely talked about Nanami’s intentions. You seemed so selfish and seemed to see nothing else around you.
“Why didn’t you tell me
”
“Because
Because I love you and want to put you on the first place. That day, I hoped you’d change your mind, but
” Kento moved closer and lifted your chin, wiping away your tears.
“We lost four years, Ken.”
“And we can restore them.”
“No, there is nothing to restore.” You shook your head. “But we can try building something new. From now on, without looking back at the past. Only us.”

a/n: part 2 to this
warnings: secret relationship (in the beginning), hurt/comfort, Haibara's death, !angst angst angst!, a bit OOC Nanami, break up
Tumblr media
2007.
You sat outside the dorm and watched as Suguru and Shoko tossed a pencil and an eraser at Satoru. The weather was hot, so you settled under the tree. Your mind spun, you constantly returned to the day when you found your brother lying in his own blood, almost dead. Closing your eyes before going to sleep, you saw blood everywhere. Riko's death intensified your emotional state. During the past year, you begun to hate the Jujutsu world due to the unnecessary death of an innocent girl. Amanai was only two years younger than you, and she hadn't even found love and hadn’t lived.
You felt Nanami sitting beside you. He chuckled at Satoru’s bragging and gently placed his hand on yours. You softly removed your hand, still feeling uncomfortable showing your relationship. You hoped no one would notice your gazes at each other and the way you both sneaked into each other's rooms in the evenings. You loved him so much, but your mind was just like a carousel, and you had no control over it.
“Suguru doesn’t look well.” Kento noticed, and you nodded in agreement. “So do you.”
You stared at your boyfriend and tried to smile but failed.
“Yeah, I don’t feel well, but it’ll be alright. Don’t worry.” You felt brave enough to put your hand on his cheek.
The last year was difficult. You became second-years, which meant you were sent out on missions more frequently. Of course, Satoru had the most missions of all of you, and the curses you fought were not so strong, but there were still too much for you to handle. You learned to control your fears during missions, but each night Nanami felt you tossing and turning in bed before falling asleep. He tried to comfort you, arranging small dates to distract you after missions. You appreciated that, and it really helped, but it didn't last long.
One day you returned from a mission earlier than Nanami and Yu. After taking a shower, you went back to the dorm and saw Geto outside the Tech. You hesitated but left the dorm and went to your friend.
“Hi.” You sat down beside him and noticed his worried expression. “What’s wrong?”
“Hi. Everything is fine. Why?” Suguru replied with a cracked voice.
“Because I know how you look when you are not doing well.” You chuckled and stared at the sky.
“Really?” His lips tugged into a sarcastic smile.
“I miss him too.” You decided to ignore Geto’s tone.
“Mhm.”
The silence fell between you, which made you feel uncomfortable beside Suguru.
“Do you like being a sorcerer?” Abruptly, Geto asked.
“Not at all.”
“Why?”
“Because I’m afraid of dying one day because I’m not strong enough to fight the curses.” You exhaled, trying to avoid his gaze.
“You underestimate yourself. I’ve seen you in training and you were great.”
“But still, that doesn’t change the fact that we can all die fighting these stupid curses.”
“I see.”
You continued to sit in silence until Geto nodded at someone ahead. You looked up and saw Nanami going to the dorm.
“Say hi to Nanami for me.” Suguru said, when you stood up and headed towards the dorm.
“Huh?” Your voice trembled.
“Come on, Gojo. I’m not as blind as Satoru.” He said, standing up and heading towards his dorm. “You are lucky he’s too busy right now, but you can’t hide your relationship from him.”
He left you with that thought, making you nervous. Maybe your secret relationship with Nanami wasn’t so secret after all. You questioned yourself why you were hiding it and couldn’t find an answer to that. You smiled and hurried to Nanami’s room.
When he returned from the shower, you were lying on his bed, reading a book. He grinned at you and approached, gently kissing your forehead.
“How was your mission?” You asked each other in sync and started laughing.
“You first.” You demanded.
“It was a third-grade curse, so not so difficult.” Nanami exclaimed confidently. “And yours?”
“Oh. The same. But I almost broke my halberd. I think it’s better than breaking my leg or my back.” You giggled, and Kento rolled his eyes.
You were used to this gesture, so now you weren’t angry at your boyfriend for it.
“Uhm, Ken
 I wanted to ask you
”
“Mm?” His eyes were full of love and adoration.
“Don’t you mind if I tell Satoru about our relationship?” You bit your lower lip.
“If you want to, then let’s do it.” Nanami said confidently and you pulled him towards you.
On the third of July, you arranged a party for Kento. It was his birthday, so the principal gave you the day off. Third years were also at the party too and even prepared a gift for Nanami.
“So, we noticed that you like bread aaaaaaaaand
” Satoru was extremely excited when Shoko and Suguru moved a huge box towards Kento.
You and he exchanged glances, seeing Haibara burst out laughing. This guy already knew what the third years’ gift was.
“Ta-daaa!” Your brother gestured towards the box.
Nanami came to it and started to open it. When he saw what was inside, he couldn’t help laughing. You frowned and turned to your boyfriend, finding a bread maker in the box.
“Thank you, guys. I really appreciate it.” He took the device out and glanced at you with a smile.
In the middle of the party, you demanded attention.
“Uhm
Kento and I wanted to say something.” You looked at Suguru and he nodded to you. “We are
together.” You felt a brief relief, when these words escaped your mouth.
You saw Haibara and Shoko giving Geto money.
“You waaaat?” Satoru's jaw dropped in astonishment as he fell into the chair.
“Actually, I’m surprised, that our Six Eyes sorcerer didn’t notice his sister dating Nanami.” Shoko laughed at Satoru’s reaction.
“Guys, did you
bet on us?” You sounded a bit offended.
“Yeah, it was curious to watch you try to hide your relationship. It seems only Satoru didn’t see that.” Haibara’s smile caused your relief.
“Don’t worry, sweetheart.” Kento approached you and placed his hand on your waist.
“I’m going to faint.” Your brother dramatically put his hand to his forehead.
Two weeks later, Haibara and Kento were assigned to a mission. You and Nanami were outside the dorm and talked to each other, when a tall girl interrupted you.
“Does your brother look as hot as you?” She pointed at you with a confident smile.
“Excuse me?” Nanami frowned at her.
“Don’t worry, darling. Just kidding. Yuki Tsukumo – special grade sorcerer.” The girl waved to the two of you before leaving.
You exchanged looks with Kento and giggled. Then you hugged him, whispering something in his ear, which made him shiver. Since yesterday, you've tried to suppress your bad feelings, but you don't want to involve your classmates in this mission.
“Please, be careful and help each other.” You hugged yourself, backing away from Kento.
“As always!” He kissed you on your cheek, when Haibara joined you.
You watched them go with hot tears streaming down your face.
Later in the night, you woke up to knocking at your door. You rubbed your eyes and felt a fast heartbeat in your chest. You got out of bed and rushed to the door, seeing Geto outside. His expression remained serious, and he just nodded to you aside.
“Sugu, what’s wrong?”
“Go.” He grabbed your hand and guided you somewhere towards the medical corps.
Your heartbeat became faster as a thousand thought about Nanami rushed through your mind. You abruptly stopped, causing Geto’s irritation.
“I won’t move if you don’t tell me what’s going on.” Your lips started to tremble.
“You’ll see.”
He brought you to a closed door. You didn’t know what was behind it, but the cold in that part of the Tech wasn’t a good omen. Suguru opened the door and you saw a body on an autopsy table.
“No, no, no
 I don’t want to
”
Kento appeared in front of you and you noticed a pain in his eyes. You approached the dead body and saw Haibara covered in blood. At that moment, memories of Satoru’s death came back to you, and you felt your knees starting to give way. You leaned against the table trying to maintain balance. Distantly, you heard Kento’s voice, but his words couldn’t reach your consciousness. Haibara was dead. Your classmate and friend had died fighting some stupid curse. The sound of a chair that Nanami had thrown, woke you up. You saw your tear drop fall onto Yu’s shoulder. You reached out to wipe it away but felt the coldness of Haibara’s body.
“You need to rest for now, Nanami. Satoru has taken up your mission.” Geto covered Yu’s body and gently moved you away.
“Can’t we just leave everything up to him alone at this point?” Kento asked.
You stared at him, frowning, and for the first time, felt rage towards him inside you.
“So, you suggest sending my brother on every mission we can’t handle?”
“Oh, God, I didn’t mean it. Just
” He didn’t finish the sentence.
“Guys, just stop it.” Suguru said in a concerned voice.
You and Nanami restrained yourselves from the fight. Kento looked at you apologetically, but you looked away at the Haibara’s body. This view made you feel worse, so you just hurried to leave the morgue. On the way to the dorm Nanami reached out to you, grabbing your elbow.
“Look, I’m sorry for saying that.”
“Mhm
” You tried to hold back your tears, but your trembling lips gave you away. “And I’m also sorry for what I said. I shouldn’t
”
“It’s okay.” He embraced you, gently stroking your hair as your body shook with crying.
No, you were not okay. Constant thoughts of Haibara’s death occupied you and you didn’t know what to do about them. Nanami saw your condition and decided that the best thing to do was ask Satoru for help. Your brother found you during training. You held your halberd and tried to concentrate on filling it with cursed energy. When Satoru approached, your halberd fell on his shoulder.
“Wow, you, warrior, don’t kill me!” He said with a smile, stealing your cursed weapon.
“Satoru!” You were happy to see him and jumped into his embrace. The realization of how long it had been since you saw your brother came over you, and you inhaled his scent. “I missed you so much.”
“Yeah, babe, I missed you too. How are you?” You shrugged and looked away.
“You know you can tell me anything?”
“Mhm.” You nodded, feeling your lips tremble again. “Can you train me?”
“Why?” Satoru stared at you.
“I should become stronger. Of course, I understand, that I won’t reach your level, but I want to be able to fight every curse on my way.”
“But you are strong
”
“Not enough!” You snubbed him, taking your halberd back.
ïżœïżœïżœI see.”
From that day, you used every opportunity to train with Satoru. One day, he didn’t come to your training, and you went to find him. He was sitting on the stairs with an upset face.
“What’s happened?” You were still afraid to ask such questions, but internally you were prepared for any bad news.
Satoru handed you a paper and you saw the mission report. You ran through the report and returned it to Satoru, sitting beside him. A part of you died along with Haibara and now your heart breaks without a chance of recovery due to Suguru's execution. And you realized that Satoru can’t do anything about the higher-ups.
“Why did he do that?” Satoru asked.
“Hard to say.”  You shrugged your shoulders again, leaving your brother.
That night, you couldn’t close your eyes. All your thoughts were about Suguru and Satoru. Their friendship was a perfect example, which had broken into thousands of pieces. You felt concerned about your brother, but something deep inside you knew that he would eventually deal with it. A knock on the door interrupted your stream of thoughts. You got out of bed and went to the door. Suguru was standing there. You grabbed his hand and pulled him inside.
“I came for you.” Suddenly, Geto said.
“What? Are you insane? You killed innocent people, and you want me to follow you?” You were shocked by his suggestion.
“I want you by my side me when I create a world without monkeys. You are a powerful sorcerer and you can help me with that.” His voice was very confident, which scared you.
“Do you understand that your parents were ordinary people. Many talented sorcerers were born from just the ordinary people?” You intentionally avoided the word «monkeys».
“The curses come from people’s emotions. What do you think killed Haibara?” You couldn’t resist the truth hidden in his words and slapped him.
“How dare you
” Suguru saw tears on your face and chuckled at that fact. “Get out, Geto.” You called him by his surname for the first time since meeting him.
After his leaving you rushed in Nanami’s room. He opened the door and looked at you with surprise.
“What happened?”
“Promise me we’ll keep fighting the curses no matter what?”
“Honey, I don’t understand
” He rubbed his eyes.
“Haibara’s death wasn’t in vain. We should create a world of the strongest jujutsu sorcerers to exorcise the curses.” Your face was desperate, and your voice still trembled after the conversation with Suguru.
“Darling, how long haven’t you been asleep?...”
“Ken, just one promise.” You persisted, which made him nod at you.
2009.
The last two years at Tokyo Jujutsu Tech were intensive. Satoru graduated and wanted to become a teacher, to raise a new generation of young, talented sorcerers in Jujutsu. He even took a little boy and a girl under his wing. You lectured him on this selfish decision, but seeing Satoru teach Megumi how to summon Shikigami warmed your heart. Eventually, you started to see young versions of yourself with Satoru in Fushiguro’s siblings.
Especially, you liked days when your brother went on missions, and Kento and you spent time with the children. At first, you were a little afraid, but Nanami’s confidence in childcare awoke something in you. When you asked him where he learned it, your boyfriend smiled mysteriously at you and said nothing.
On your free time from babysitting and Jujutsu, you developed a great project in the Jujutsu world. You wanted to create a team of the strongest sorcerers to travel around the world to countries where there are not enough people with magical powers. You were waiting for graduation to begin your journey to find sorcerers and inspect the countries where the level of curses was extremely high. Naturally, you wanted Nanami to join you on this adventure, and you were mostly sure about it. In the evenings you laid together and liked to spoke about your future plans.
On the evening before graduation, Principal Yaga invited you to his office.
“Are you sure you don’t want to stay here with us? Satoru might need some assistance teaching young sorcerers.”
“But he isn’t the only good sensei here. And I have invested too many resources into this project.” You said without a hesitation.
“Hmm
As you wish, but I want you to know, that we are always happy to have you here at Jujutsu Tech.” said, hugging you and nodding in approval.
The next morning, you woke up too early, feeling excited. You took a small box from under your bed, which was black with a blue satin ribbon on it. You smiled and hurried over to Nanami's room, but he wasn't there, so you went outside the dorm to look for him. Kento was there with his suitcase
“Wow, I'm glad you're ready to start our trip, but Satoru wanted to arrange a party for us.” you said, hitting his shoulder and feeling your heart racing.
“Sweetheart, I
” He said, taking your hand
“No. Don’t you dare! You promised me!” You tried to pull away, but he held on.
“Yeah, I remember, and I want to be with you, but
 without jujutsu things
”
“What?...” You bit your lip to stop yourself from crying.
“Listen, I don’t refuse our future. I just want to build a family with you, have children, watch them grow and so on. No jujutsu, no curses!” The confidence in his voice scared you.
“You cross out everything I’ve done for the last two years. You depreciate Haibara’s death.”
“I just don’t want you to die fighting curses!” Nanami became furious. “Being a jujutsu sorcerer is dangerous. Why must we sacrifice ourselves to protect the others?”
“Because we were born to do it. This is our duty, whether you like it or not!” You trembled.
“But we have a choice! And I chose to be safe with you and our future family!” Kento started getting irritated. He didn’t understand why you changed your mind about jujutsu.
“You are a coward. How many talented sorcerers will die?!”
“The’ll die eventually anyway! With or without our help.”
You couldn’t hold this conversation anymore. The rage took over you and you slapped Kento. He rubbed his cheek and grinned at you regretfully. You felt empty inside. Haibara, Suguru and now Kento were all leaving you. Your relationship with Nanami had seemed perfect to you and you couldn’t imagine anyone else beside you. In fact, you thought your heart wouldn't be able to love or trust anyone else in the future.
“Take it and go away.” You said, handing him the gift you had chosen for your boyfriend.
You turned around and walked back to the dorm. Kento opened the box and saw a black dot tie. His lips curled into a sad smile. He didn’t want to leave, but his hatred for the jujutsu world had grown with each day since Haibara’s death. Nanami blamed himself only for not being honest with you from the beginning. He had promised you a future, but now he had ruined your dreams and your heart.

part 1.
2006.
Of course, Gojo’s sister would match Gojo’s energy. This was the initial thought, when Kento Nanami saw you. Like your brother, you had snow-white hair and sharp facial features, although your eyes were not blue, but purple like Suguru. You joined the first years two weeks later after the beginning of the academic year at Tokyo Jujutsu High. In fact, you wanted to study in Kyoto where your family is, but Satoru insisted on your transfer to Tokyo.
You were such a mess, especially when interacting with your brother and Geto. The three of you exuded inexplicable energy, which is why all your antics pissed off Nanami. On the contrary, Haibara liked you for your lightness and friendliness. Moreover, you were a talented sorcerer, although not as powerful as Gojo.
One evening the three of you decided to do a homework assignment together. The boys were already in Haibara’s room, when you burst in, your hair and clothing drenched from the rain. Nanami glanced out the window and saw that it was raining
“Shit, sorry, I’m late. Satoru got a mission, so I wanted to say goodbye because he
” You didn’t finish as Nanami rolled his eyes at your endless streams of words. “I got caught in the rain.” You noticed Kento’s displeasure and fell silent.
“It’s okay, you may take a warm shower, we’ll wait for you!” Haibara said, earning a judgmental glance from his friend.
“No, no. Everything is alright. I shall simply change my clothes and return in 5.” A sad expression fell onto your face. You truly didn’t understand, why Kento was being so mean to you.
“Nanami, please, stop being rude to her. She doesn’t deserve such treatment.” Kento saw his friend so angry for the first time.
“Uhm, I’m not being rude. She’s just
a mess. Like Gojo.” Nanami responded.
“No, she’s better than him.” Yu’s cheeks flushed red, and he tried to hide his gaze.
“Oh. I see.” Nanami nodded and smiled at his classmate. “Do you like her?”
“Is it so obvious?”
Nanami didn’t respond because you had entered the room and seated yourself between the two boys with an upset face. Suddenly, all your energy vanished and the three of you started to work on your homework.
A month later, Kento, Haibara and you were assigned to the first mission as sorcerers. You were delivered to an old, abandoned temple, that was soon to be restored by a Japanese benefactor. The man was too faithful and believed that an evil spirit inhabited in the temple. He had requested the services of the Jujutsu society to inspect the place and exorcise the demon.
By the temple Kento red the mission description while you and Haibara laughed about some stupid stuff that you said during the journey.
“Guys, could you please be a bit more concentrated? This is our first mission, and I wouldn’t want to screw it up.” Nanami was too serious.
“Come on, Ken! This man is just crazy. There is no such thing as an evil spirit.” You grinned at him, holding your halberd filled with your cursed energy.
“Don’t be so sure, Gojo.”
The three of you proceeded into the temple. Suddenly, you felt a strange sensation in your chest, and your head began to spin. You steadied yourself by grabbing Nanami's shoulder.
“Are you okay?” Yu’s voice carried a hint of concern.
“Yeah, just
Maybe Ken was right.” You said with a faint smile to Nanami.
As you entered the temple, your eyes fell upon the crumbling walls. The very floor beneath your feet creaked with each step, causing you to fear the possibility of collapsing and being trapped there. The scent around was disgusting, and you struggled to maintain your composure and avoid retching.
“There, on the second floor.” Haibara gestured upwards, indicating on the second floor.
With trembling legs, you followed Yu, with Kento bringing up the rear. As you stepped onto the floor, a sudden gust of wind nearly knocked you off balance. Nanami swiftly grasped your elbow, preventing you from falling, earning a grateful smile from you. For the first time since meeting you, he noticed a look of determination in your eyes.
“Shall we not separate?” Haibara asked.
You moved forward and looked around. There was nothing suspicious, yet something within you sensed the presence of an evil spirit. With your eyes closed, you listened to the temple in silence, and suddenly you swung your halberd through the air. The demon became visible because you dispelled his curse. Its scream was so shrill that you and Kento fell to your knees, covering your ears in pain. To your surprise, Haibara remained standing, using his cursed technique to silence the creature. The curse hung above you with open mouth. You and Kento regained your feet and approached Yu. You attempted to leap at the spirit, but it proved faster than you, leaving you to land behind it.
“I can slow it down for a time, but not for long!” Haibara exclaimed. “But you can’t face it alone, Gojo! It is far too powerful for you.”
You cast a glance at Nanami, and he nodded to you with confidence in his eyes. As Yu engaged the demon in mid-air, you and Kento sprang into action, racing towards the spirit. Time seemed to slow down as Nanami delivered a powerful blow to the curse, rendering it deaf. You planted the halberd into the demon's head, exerting all your strength to cleave it in two. Stinky liquid splashed around and reached all of you. The three of you breathed heavily and didn’t notice the disgusting insides of curse on yourself.
The assistant gazed at you in astonishment, regretting his decision to accompany you. The silence in the car was palpable. Despite having spent only a brief time in the temple, it felt like an eternity had passed. Your limbs trembled, and you struggled to catch your breath. Glancing at Nanami, you were surprised to find his gaze fixed on you. He offered a smile, nodding in gratitude.
That Japanese benefactor was so grateful for your work, that he paid the Jujutsu society twice price. The principal of Tokyo Jujutsu High was satisfied with that mission, which granted the first year students a day off.
Satoru was so proud of you that he suggested making a party in honor of the first years. Nanami rolled his eyes, but Haibara and you were very insistent. The next evening, you and the second years gathered in Gojo’s room. You have drinks, pizza and some snacks. Suguru and Shoko were laughing at Satoru who was definitely drunk after just three cups of alcohol.
“I would never drink again
” He said, lying on his bed with a slow voice.
“Thanks God I don’t have your powers.” You held a glass of gin and giggled at your brother.
Honestly, you didn’t remember how much you had already drunk, but you felt so good. After your first mission, you couldn’t sleep well, so this party helped you relax and enjoy the company. Ken and Haibara didn’t drink as much as you did. In fact, you didn’t see any glasses in Nanami’s hand at all. Yu limited himself to just with two glasses, but his gaze was hazy. When Shoko suggested ending the party, you stood up and felt dizzy. You stumbled, but Nanami caught you.
“You are always there to support me, Ken.” You chuckled at him. “I think I’m too drunk to get to my room.”
“I can help you if you want.” Nanami’s voice was soft and soothing.
“That would be great.”
In your room Kento helped you lie down on the bed. When he reached the door to leave the room, you called out to him.
“Please stay with me until I fall asleep.”
Nanami hadn’t expected such a request from you, but suddenly he felt the need to stay. He carefully laid down beside you, putting his hands on the chest. You turned towards him and looked into his face.
“Am I bothering you?” You were afraid to ask him that when you were sober, so now you decided to be direct.
“Why do you say that?” He genuinely wondered about your question.
“Just see it in your eyes when you look at me.”
“Ugh
You are not bothering me. Sometimes you act like
 Gojo.”
“But I am Gojo.” You giggled and moved closer to him.
“No, I mean
Oh God. Please, can I not answer that question? You are not annoying me and that’s all.”
“Why didn’t you drink with us?” You continued.
“I don’t like the taste. Besides, nobody knows how alcohol would affect a sorcerer.” Kento remembered Satoru whining.
“That’s reasonable.” You nodded and fell silent, but not for long. “Are you afraid of the next missions?”
“Why would I be? We are sorcerers and that’s our job.”
“I’m afraid to die one day. Young and beautiful. Not knowing how to live and love.” Your thoughts became fuzzy, and you felt how words slipping off your tongue uncontrollably. “But I understand, that if we don’t fight curses, nobody else will. It hurts that we should be protecting people, but it’s okay.”
Kento looked at you in astonishment. Despite your drunkenness, your face remained serious. For the first time, he felt warm inside near you. He could hardly imagine Satoru saying such things. You closed your eyes, and your breath became slower. That was the moment when Nanami started to change his mind about you.
During the next few months, Kento watched you secretly. You didn’t stop laughing with Haibara or Satoru and Suguru. You enjoyed your life at Jujutsu High, but every mission made you feel nervous. You did well, but when Nanami and you had common missions, he saw fear in your eyes and relief after exorcizing curses.
One hot day, he saw you hug Satoru and Suguru outside the Tech. Kento couldn’t hear your conversation, but he noticed the tears on your face. Your brother gently wiped them away and held your shoulders. You nodded and smiled at him, then letting them go. When you returned to Tech, you ran into Nanami, who saw your tears still falling on your cheeks.
“Are you alright?” Nanami was careful.
“Oh God
I’m such a crybaby! Satoru and Suguru were assigned to a dangerous mission with Tengen’s vessel, and I can’t stop thinking about it. What if something happened to them?
” Kento didn’t let you finish the sentence and pulled you close to him.
“They are the strongest. Don’t worry about them. Everything will be fine.”
You didn’t know how, but these words calmed you down. You relaxed in his embrace and hugged him tighter.
After two days, Haibara, Kento and you had to escort the second years and Tengen’s vessel from Okinawa Airport. When Yu received a message from Geto saying they would be staying a day longer, Nanami was upset.
“Don’t worry. We can rent the rooms at a hotel near the airport.” You already checked your phone for a hotel nearby.
Kento saw your concern and tried to comfort you. Two days without Satoru were affecting you not well and you were eager to see your brother.
You found an inexpensive hotel and booked three rooms for yourself and your classmates. It was close to twelve midnight, and you couldn’t sleep. You went outside on the balcony and took a deep breath.
“Can’t sleep?” Soft Nanami’s voice called out from your left.
“Sort of.” You looked up at the sky and saw stars. They were beautiful. “May I
?”
“Yeah.”
You were surprised how he understood you without hesitation. You left the balcony and rushed into the next room. Kento opened the door and let you in. The two of you sat on the balcony looking at the sky. Actually, you were looking at the stars. Nanami couldn’t take his eyes off of you. A slight wind played with your hair, and your eyes eagerly observed the stars. You sensed his gaze on you and turned to him.
“What?”
“Nothing.” He chuckled, looking away, but only for a moment. “Just can’t stop watching you.”
“Then don’t.”
“I should.”
“Why?”
“Because Haibara likes you.” The guy exhaled.
“And I like you.” After these words, Nanami caught his breath. “Since our first meeting.” You smiled and stared at him uncertainly. Of course, you saw Yu’s feelings, but your heart had fallen in love with another classmate who hadn’t noticed you. “I can leave, if you want.”
“You’re such a mess
” Kento chuckled, addressing you. “One moment you say that you like me, and the next you leave me with this confession.”
He stood up and approached you, taking your hand. As you gazed up at him, you felt your cheeks flush. Your confidence vanished, and Kento lifted you from the chair, placing a hand on your cheek.
“You’re beautiful. Everything about you is beautiful.” He murmured, drawing you closer, his gaze filled with adoration.
“Do you truly think so?” You laid your hand atop his, a smile playing on your lips.
“Mhm.”
He caressed your cheek tenderly, his eyes fixed on your mouth. You nodded softly at him, and you reached for each other simultaneously. You had been on dates before, but none had ever led to a kiss. It was naive, but you wanted your first kiss to be memorable. And the person who shared it with you should be someone special. Nanami appeared to be more than just special. His lips brushed against yours agonizingly slowly, and you felt an electric charge in his presence.
“Please, I want more
” You moaned, breaking the kiss and letting both of you to catch your breath.
“Are you sure?” Nanami asked, pressing his forehead against yours.
“Yeah
” You replied, starting to kiss his jawline and moving down to his neck.
“Wait, wait
We should move to the bed
” He gently pushed you away.
He guided you inside and gently laid you on the bed. Kento stared at your body eagerly and felt a bulge in his pants. No other girl had ever made him feel the way he did in your presence. He chuckled to himself at the thought. When Haibara confessed his feelings for you, Nanami couldn’t imagine how he could possibly like you. For him it was like loving Satoru. But after almost a year of getting to know you better, he saw in you a vulnerable girl who desired to live and love but was forced to fight against curses.
“What are you laughing at?” You noticed the smile on his lips.
“Nothing.” He reached your collarbone and gently kissed it.
You moaned and closed your eyes in pleasure. He helped you remove your t-shirt off, leaving you in just your bra. Kento couldn’t resist and touched your breasts. His every caress was burning hot for you and caused your back to arch.
“You good?”
“Mhm
 Please go on
”
Your hands reached for his pants, and you tugged them down. Nanami paused in his kisses, freeing his penis from his boxers. You gasped as he entered you for the first time. This feeling was indescribable. Kento’s tenderness was palpable, and you barely felt any pain. As you became accustomed to each other, Nanami's movements became more rapid and intense.
All you desired was for him to remain within you forever, and you felt no shame at this thought. In that moment, he was your entire world. Your nails traced his back, yet you refrained from scratching him. Instead, you drew him closer, gently nipping at his neck.
“Ouch, darling
” Kento chuckled, kissing your forehead.
“I’m sorry
 You’re just so
.” You didn’t finish, because you reached your first climax.
Nanami felt your walls clenching around his cock and this was so amazing. He tilted his head back and let out a groan. Kento didn’t want to cum so soon, but he could no longer hold back.
“I’m going to
”
“Yes
” You could feel his pulsating within you.
He hesitated, but his decency prevailed, and you felt warm seed on your belly. c
“Are you okay?” Kento inquired, observing your closed eyes.
“Mhm
 It was wonderful.”
“I’ll take you to the shower, if you don’t mind.” He exclaimed.
“You just fucked me and now you’re asking permission to
”
“Oh, dear
 Don’t be so
” You silenced him with a passionate kiss.
Nanami guided you to the shower. He grabbed cheap hotel soap and began to rub your delicate skin. The warmth of the water enveloped you, so you leaned in for another kiss, but the streams of water got in the way. Both of you laughed at the interruption, stepping away from each other still smiling.
After the shower the two of you laid on the bed. You mumbled something in Nanami’s ear that made him smile and roll his eyes at your silly jokes. You asked him to say something nice to you, and when he did it, you giggled and burrowed into his embrace. As Kento felt your body relax, he covered you with a blanket and closed his eyes too.
The next morning you met the second years and Tengen’s vessel. During the flight, you sat next to Riko and discussed her small vacation that Satoru had arranged for her.
“And this is your boyfriend?” Amanai gestured towards Nanami, causing you to blush.
“W-why?...” Your voice trembled.
“Because he’s been staring at you ever since we boarded the plane.”
You turned to Kento and saw his worried expression. When you met his gaze, he gave you a gentle smile.
“Ugh
Just don’t tell Satoru.” You begged Riko, and she laughed, nodding in agreement.

a/n: after Shinjuku Sukuna didn’t die and made a peace with jujutsu world, also Gojo is alive. You could choose in which form you want to see Sukuna. english is not my first language, so i'm sorry about mistakes :(
warnings: pregnancy, slight mention of sex, I guess I made OOC Sukuna, you decide)) childbirth, angst, fluff, little jealousy Sukuna
On the evening’s dinner, Sukuna noticed your pale face and bags under your eyes. With a forced smile, you set a plate before him, bowing low to him. The King of Curses grabbed your elbow, his eyes narrowing in scrutiny. You stared at Sukuna, who regarded you with an intent gaze.
“My Lord!”
Uraume materialized from out of nowhere, literally saving you from Ryomen’s attention. They gestured towards the exit from the dining hall, and you bowed again to your master, leaving the room.
“What’s wrong with the girl?” He asked annoyingly.
“Food poisoning, I guess.” Uraume replied with a chuckle and tried not to show their concern in front of the King.
“I want you to take care of her. She looks terrible.” Sukuna sat down to dinner.
You were alone in your room when a knock came on the door. Heart racing, you opened it and allowed Uraume enter.
“I said you had food poisoning, but you must understand that you can’t hide it from Lord Sukuna.” They remained as stoic as ever, yet you detected concern in their eyes.
“I know, but
You are aware of his stance on children. In fact, I have heard he ate children in the Heian era
”
“That’s true. It’s a mystery how he could get you pregnant. I thought curses could not procreate. Perhaps there is something special about you
”
“I think he wouldn’t believe me that I didn’t sleep with anyone else besides him...”
“But you are his concubine. No one would dare to lay a hand on you.”
You gently stroked your belly, remembering the day when you found out you were pregnant. Two months ago, afraid, you went to Uraume to share the news. At first, they were confused, but there was something inside them, that wanted to help. They gave you permission to rest more and take time off from your duties.
“Rest and sleep well. Lord Sukuna wants you to be healthy.”
“Thank you, Uraume.”
Two days later, you took an evening bath. As you sank into the water, you closed your eyes, stroking your abdomen and calming yourself. Suddenly, a pair of hands settled on your shoulders. Opening your eyes, you encountered Sukuna's tranquil gaze.
“Are you feeling better now?”
He approached you and seated himself at the edge of the bathtub.
“Y-yes
 Much better.” You replied.
“I want you in my chambers today. Will you come?”
“Of course. As you wish, my King.”
You attempted to hide beneath the foam, but he watched you with amusement, noting some change in you, though his sharp red eyes failed to detect it.
In the third month of your pregnancy, you began to wear loose robes. Your abdomen was already visible, and the fabric served as a means of concealing your condition from the King. After that night he preferred to see you oftener in his chambers, but suddenly became gentler during the sex. You feared that he knew about your pregnancy, but Uraume reassured you of his unaware.
Sukuna couldn’t tell what about you had started to captivate him. Previously, he appreciated your slim figure and pale complexion, but your weight gain suited you well, arousing a sense of desire within him.
One night with the King, you woke up with a sweet craving. You carefully slipped out of Ryomen's embrace and went to the kitchen but found nothing satisfying.
“What do you need?” Sukuna’s voice startled you.
“Uhm
 Just some water.”
The King approached a jug of water, poured a glass and gave it to you.
“Thank you, my Lord.”
You accepted the glass of water from his hand and took a small sip, averting your gaze from Sukuna's.
“What?” You inquired softly, forcing a smile.
“What are you hiding from me, girl?”
“Why do you suppose so?”
“Because you’ve changed, and I cannot discern in what way.”
“I believe I have gained a slight weight. If you are displeased
”
“No. I find you more appealing this way.” He interrupted you and came closer, inhaling your scent.
Suddenly he grabbed your arm and placed his hand on your abdomen.
“What the
” He didn’t finish the sentence.
“My Lord!” Uraume called him. In their eyes was a fear for you.
“Who did you sleep with, brat?”
“No one
 Just you, my King
” You looked at him confidently.
“The curses cannot procreate, and you know this, Uraume!” His voice began to tremble.
“I do, my Lord. However, I assure you that she has not lain with anyone else. I know that’s hard to believe, but something in her bloodline made it possible. I swear to you, this is your child, my King!”
Sukuna gazed at you in silence, but despite your fear you didn’t look away. Your breathing became steadier and the posture exuded confidence. Suddenly, you noticed a discernible change in the King's gaze. Both you and Uraume exchanged glances, and they nodded to you, gesturing towards exit from the kitchen.
You were unaware of their conversation, but you decided to return to your chambers. Your heart was still racing, preventing you from falling asleep. As your consciousness began to fade, you felt a touch on your waist. Opening your eyes, you turned around and found Sukuna there. He gently rested his chin on your shoulder, with his red eyes closed.
In the fourth month, the other concubines stared at you in disbelief, unable to believe that you had conceived a child with the master. However, you and Sukuna ignored their whispers and often allowed yourself to be seen together. Sukuna stopped visiting other women and spent every night with you. He enjoyed touching your abdomen and leaning against it, listening to the sound of the child's heartbeat. It was a true miracle, and sometimes he found it hardly to believe in his future heir.
“What’s in you, woman?...”  He asked, caressing your belly gently.
“Your child, my Lord.” You replied with a laugh.
“No, I mean
 Why you of all concubines?”
“I cannot say for sure. But I believe it’s a blessing.”
“Yeah. He will be the extraordinary.” He said, and you saw the sparkle in his eyes.
“Or she.” You added carefully.
Sukuna’s expression shifted, and you could see the wheels turning in his mind.
“Or she.” Finally, he nodded in agreement, accepting the possibility of having a daughter.
One day, in the fifth month of your pregnancy, you two had a small fight. The King saw you laughing with another servant, and his rage was palpable. Sukuna seized your arm, pulling you away from the man. Then he approached the servant with a murderous glare.
“If you ever talk to her again, I will tear out your throat, do you understand?” Ryomen demanded, his nostrils flared.
“My Lord, your
she just wanted to know what could alleviate her backache
” The man was skilled in medicine, and the other concubines asked him for advice on health matters.
“My King, it’s true. Adrien was a doctor, and I inquired about my pain. Nothing else.”
Sukuna’s gaze softened slightly.
“There is no need for servants to give medical advice. I can offer you the services of a professional doctors.” Sukuna said, his chest rising and falling with each breath, but his eyes held a hint of relief. “Leave us” He released the man
“Why didn’t you tell me you were in pain? Uraume can accompany you to the doctor.”
“Because there is nothing serious about it! Every pregnant woman experiences pain and cramps, Sukuna!” You began to yell at him, but quickly stopped yourself, covering your mouth with your hand. “I’m sorry, my Lord. It’s just
”
“I understand. Your hormones and all that. Uraume has told me.” He replied.
You smiled at him and placed your hand on his cheek. His breathing softened, and the anger in his eyes started to fade.
“Come to my chambers tonight. I will attempt to alleviate your discomfort.” You stared at him in astonishment but nodded and left the hall.
That evening you arrived at Ryomen’s chambers, but didn’t find him there. A dim light emanated from the bathroom door.
“Come here
” You heard from the bathroom.
Opening the door, you saw Sukuna standing by the bathtub. The air was filled with lavender scent which you adored.
“I was told that lavender can help relax your muscles, so
Please, welcome!” His tone was softer and more caring than you had heard before.
He assisted you in removing your robe and guided you into the tub.
“And you?...” You asked playfully, not letting his hand go free.
“I wasn’t planning on it...”
“Please. I want you by my side.” Your voice deepened, and Sukuna couldn’t resist your allure any longer.
He sat behind you, leaning your body against his torso. His fingers began massaging your back, providing relief from the tension you'd felt for weeks. Ryomen kissed your shoulder, moving up to your neck, eliciting a soft moan from you. You turned towards him, taking his chin in your hand and returning his kiss on the lips. Sukuna wasn't accustomed to such open displays of affection, but he couldn't deny the pleasure he felt in that moment.
For about an hour, you two sat like this, until your skin began to prickle with goosebumps from the cooling water.
“Darling, we need to get out. You’ll catch a cold.” Sukuna said.
“Mhm
It’s so nice with you here. Will you stay with me tonight?” You murmured into his ear.
“I will.” He replied.
He lifted you from the tub, helped you dry off with a towel, and carried you to bed.
“Are your back better now?”
“Mhm. Much better.”
You snuggled into his embrace and started to fall asleep. But suddenly you leapt up in bed, looking at the King with amazement and placing your hand on the abdomen.
“What? Is there something wrong with the child? I’ll call Uraume.” Ryomen asked, getting out of bed and heading for the door.
“No, no! Wait!”
You reached him and placed his hand on your belly.
“Do you feel that?”
At first, Sukuna looked at you in confusion, then he felt the child’s kicking in your womb.
“Wow
 That’s
incredible.” He said, starting to move his hand over your abdomen following the baby’s movements.
“Would you like to know its gender?” He inquired with amusement.
“W-what? How can you
” You felt your hands and lips trembling. “One part of me wishes to know, but the other
” You bit your lower lip and hesitantly gazed at Sukuna.
“Let it be a surprise for you. But anytime you wish to know, I shall answer, my love.”
You were in the middle of sixth month of your pregnancy when Satoru Gojo arranged a meeting with Sukuna. The King of Curses was not enthusiastic about the meeting but had no choice. The servants set up a table, which you decorated with flowers. Although Sukuna didn’t like to share details of that battle, you heard enough about the famous and strongest jujutsu sorcerer. You were very curious about him.
Near the evening, you heard servants whispering about the arrival of the sorcerer. You glanced at Sukuna and made a move towards the exit.
“Stay with me, please.” Sukuna said suddenly, his voice demanding. His tone was colder, yet in his eyes you saw a hint of vulnerability.
You nodded subtly and took a seat at the table next to Ryomen.
In the dining room, a tall man with snow-white hair and a blindfold entered. He sat before Sukuna, his lips curling into a barely noticeable smile.
“I prefer to see your eyes, sorcerer. Or are you ashamed of your no longer perfectly blue eyes?” Sukuna's voice carried an ironic tone.
Satoru Gojo removed his blindfold, revealing one eye that was black and the other ocean blue. You were uncomfortable and tried to avert your gaze from him.
“There are rumors in the jujutsu world that one of your concubines is carrying your child. Is this true?” Gojo asked.
You looked at Sukuna with a fear in your eyes, and your hand unconsciously moved to your abdomen.
“And so what?” Sukuna appeared confident.
“Do you allow yourself to be fooled?”
“Better shut your mouth or you’ll lose your other eye too. This child is mine.”
“But the curses can’t
” The sorcerer attempted to interrupt Sukuna, but Ryomen cut him off.
“I am the King of Curses.” He said, not wanting to admit there was something special about you.
Gojo continued.
“Anyway. We want to take the child and analyze it. After it’s birth, of course.”
“Are you so foolish to enter my home and speak to me like that?! Have you forgotten the way I brought you to your knees? How you all begged for that damn peace. And yet, here you are at my table with the mother of my child, asking for it to be taken away?” Ryomen was enraged, but Gojo showed no fear. “You will all suffer again, and there will be no more peace. I’ll burn this world if you or any of your stupid sorcerers dare harm my woman or our child.”
“Do you remember the terms of the peace? If you attempt to start the war again, you will die.” You looked at Sukuna, but he didn’t look back.
“I don’t care about myself or jujutsu. This woman and our heir are my priority now.” He took your hand under the table, without looking at you again.
“Well, I warned them! Shall we finally start dinner? I’m starving from my journey from Tokyo. Your estate is far from the capital.”
You and Ryomen exchanged glances. Gojo began to eat, and when he saw that neither of you was eating either, he paused in his chewing.
“Oh! By the way, nice to meet you!” He greeted you with a wave of his hand, which you responded to with a slow nod.
Sukuna gestured to the food and began the meal. He and Gojo engaged in a brief exchange of news about the jujutsu world. Following the events in Shinjuku, all the curses had split into two groups. One group under Sukuna's protection, was spared from exorcism by the sorcerers as they were not considered a threat anymore. The other group, however, refused to accept the peace, believing it was a humiliating condition for their King. These curses became increasingly radical, making themselves targets for the sorcerers because of their violent actions towards humanity.
“Who knows, perhaps your son will be the one to unite them.” Satoru remarked, leaving you and Ryomen staring at him in confusion.
“Actually, I didn’t reveal the child’s gender to her. You as always can’t keep your mouth shut, Gojo.” Sukuna rolled his eyes and stared at you with an apologetic smile. “I apologize, my dear. Maybe I have deprived him of one eye, but the other is still functioning.”
“Oops! I didn’t mean to! I’m sorry, my lady!” Gojo covered his mouth with a hand.
“It’s alright. Never mind.” You smiled at Satoru and glanced down at your abdomen.
After the meal, Sukuna asked the servants to take you to his chambers. He remained with Gojo, his demeanor intense. An hour later he returned to you and reclined beside you on the bed, covering his eyes with a hand.
“Are you well?” You inquired softly.
“Mhm. I am just tired from Gojo's presence. He can be quite irritating. But still
” Sukuna hummed in response.
He shifted to the edge of the bed, rubbing his eyes.
“The higher-ups seek to take our child. Gojo came to warn me. While he may not be foolish enough to start another war, he is powerless against them.”
“I see.” You felt a deep sense of dread upon hearing this revelation. However, you did not want to reveal your fear to him. “I understand that you don’t need me to act rashly, so
if you suddenly need my help or at least my support, I’ll be there for you, ready to protect our son with my life...”
Ryomen glanced at you, noticing the determination shining in your gaze. He embraced you and placed a kiss on your forehead.
Sometimes, you and Sukuna spent nights apart from each other. There were no arguments or any other issues. You simply desired some space for yourself and also for your King. It was your seventh month, when you didn’t appear in his chambers for an entire week. He also refrained from pressuring you, but the absence of you and of the sound of child's heartbeat was excruciating. At midnight, he approached your chamber door and softly knocked. You opened and quickly brushed away the tears from your face.
“What happened?” Sukuna stopped your hand and looked at you impatiently.
“Nothing. Everything is fine.” Your voice trembled.
“Don’t lie to me, woman. I thought we trust each other.”
“We do, my Lord! We do!...”
“Then tell me, why you’re upset?”
You invited him into your chambers, and the two of you settled on the bed.
“A week ago, I had a nightmare. There were our son and jujutsu sorcerers. They
” You couldn’t continue, so Sukuna silenced you and wiped away your tears.
“Why didn’t you tell me?...” He asked softly.
“Because it was foolish. You told me you would handle it. And I didn’t want to bother you.”
“How stupid of you. Listen to me. We are together. You are carrying our child. Your problems are my responsibility. You shouldn’t have to struggle alone with these matters. Do you understand?”
You nodded at him and buried yourself in his embrace.
After breakfast on your eighth month, Sukuna led you somewhere with your eyes closed. Besides, you heard Uraume’s voice.
“Everything is ready, my Lord.” They said.
“What is it?” You asked with a soft smile, touching Ryomen’s hands over your eyes.
“You’ll see, my love.” He replied, kissing your shoulder and gently guiding you forward.
You heard a door open, and Sukuna finally removed his hands from your face. You were in a spacious room with midnight-black walls and a rug on the floor. To the left, there was a large crib with a canopy and above it hung a star-shaped mobile. Beneath the crib stood a basket filled with toys. There was also a baby dresser, a small couch and a changing table.
“It’s not perfect, but you can add something from yourself.” Sukuna said, surveying the room.
“No! It’s
amazing.” You said, tears welled up in your eyes as you looked around. “Did you do it all yourself?”
“Uraume assisted me.” He said, gesturing to his subordinate with a grateful nod.
“But it was the King’s idea.” They said with a smile, leaving the room.
Sukuna settled you on the couch and you gazed around in astonishment.
“I also wanted to ask for advice. Yesterday I visited Gojo, and he offered to teach our child when the first signs of his cursed technique appear, under our terms, but under his supervision.”
You took a deep breath and looked at Ryomen.
“And what do you think?” You asked softly, your hand on your abdomen.
“I don’t trust the higher-ups, but I believe Gojo. If he says there is no danger to our son under his protection
I suppose I can trust him.” He just shrugged his shoulders.
“If you agree, I agree too. Together, right?” You said, taking his hand in yours and smiling at him.
Sukuna leaned over and kissed your forehead.
In the ninth month, the entire estate was waiting for the imminent arrival of the King’s child. Sukuna's nerves were on edge, and he followed your every move with heightened attention.
“You don’t need to escort me everywhere, you know?” You teased him one day during a leisurely walk in the garden.
It was a cool sunny day, with the wind playing with your hair, so that you were constantly trying to brush it out of your face. Because of your skinny, your abdomen appeared larger than it actually was, and it felt heavy to you. Sukuna always offered his arm to support you while you walked. As the birth drew nearer, you began spending more time outdoors in the garden. The warm weather and the scent of the flowers that you had planted brought you immense joy. Your son seemed to enjoy these outings as well, for you could feel his kicks against your abdomen as you walked.
“But our child will soon be born, and I do not want you to be alone in that moment.”
“Look, our daddy is worried about us!” You told your abdomen.
“Of course I am worried! Who wouldn’t be?” Sukuna said offended.
Suddenly you bent over with a groan. Ryomen called out to Uraume and they materialized from thin air.
“Just kidding!” You exclaimed, raising your hands in self-defense, your face twisted in a guilty smile.
Sukuna rolled his eyes at you and clicked his tongue at you.
Later that day, the two of you shared a meal, discussing the name of your child.
“I like Katsuo*.” Ryomen suggested.
“And what about Ren*?” You asked with a grin.
Sukuna frowned and thought about the name.
“Nah, it’s too widespread. I suggest we wait until we see the child and then decide.”
You nodded in agreement, and the two of you continued enjoying your dinner. Afterwards, he escorted you to your room, promising to join you soon. You took a bath and were ready for bed, when you felt a sharp pain. Looking down, you saw water pooling around your feet.
“Oh no, no!” You cried out to Uraume with a broken voice.
They appeared immediately, staring at your leaking water in confusion.
“Please, call Sukuna!” You demanded.
“I can’t. The King left the estate and should return by midnight. I’ll fetch the midwives, they shall assist you.”
With Uraume’s departure, you attempted to reach for the bed. The agony subsided, and you began to breathe. As the two midwives entered the room, contractions returned. The women assisted you in a comfortable position, murmuring instructions into your ears. The pain intensified, and you felt warm tears trickling down your cheeks.
“I want Sukuna
Please, bring him here. I can’t do this without him!” You wailed, clutching the sheet in your fists.
Your vision blurred from the tears, and you saw Uraume disappearing again.
You didn’t realize how much time had passed when you felt Sukuna’s hand gently encircle yours.
“Hi, babe. I’m here with you, my love.” His soothing voice resonated.
“My Lord!...” You expressed your joy, but another pang elicited a groan from you.
You didn’t hear what he said to the midwives, but he leaned close to your ear and whispered softly, “I need you to breathe deeply and follow these women's instructions. Everything will be alright.”
You nodded at him and began to breathe in and out, holding his hands. When the next contraction came, you squeezed his hand so tightly that both of you heard snap of Sukuna’s finger.
“I’m sorry! I’m so sorry
” You looked scared, but Ryomen’s gaze remained calm and cool.
“It’s okay, my love.” He laughed at you and restored his broken finger.
When one of the midwives announced that she could see the head, you felt a brief moment of relief. But then the other woman urged you to push harder, and you threw your head back, your forehead uncomfortably sticky. Sukuna brushed your hair away from your forehead, gently caressing your shoulder and pressing kisses to your damp cheeks.
“It hurts! It hurts so much
” You felt as if every bone in your body were breaking.
“I know
 But you are doing great!”
“Mhm
”
Time lost all meaning, but when you heard the child's cry, relief flooded through you. You saw the midwife hand Sukuna your son, and you smiled at both of them. Ryomen laid the child on your chest, settling beside you.
“This is our son. This is your mother.” The King said, presenting the child to you and bestowing a kiss upon your forehead.
“And here is your dad.” You cooed, feeling a hint of trepidation as you touched your child for the first time.
Your gaze fell upon the marks on his face, reminiscent of those on Sukuna’s. However, they vanished the moment you held him in your arms. Your son bore a striking resemblance to Ryomen.
“I guess, his name should be Taro*.” Sukuna suggested.
“Taro?” You questioned, receiving confirmation from him with a nod.
In that moment, everyone in the room sensed the need for privacy, leaving the three of you alone. You smiled at these two essential figures in your life, finally finding peace within yourself. ____________________________________________________

pairing: aged up Yuji (20) x aged up female reader (24) wc: 2595 warnings: university au, a little angst, slight age gap, fluff, mention of Yuji's grandfather death, hurt/comfort english isn't my first language, so I'm really sorry about the mistakes in grammar and vocabulary :( if you find any, please, let me know
The first week at your new job was over. You were so exhausted, but very proud of yourself. It was difficult to leave your previous job at Tokyo University. Your lips curved into a smile as you remembered your New Year’s wish to leave the place that had become a torture last year. One of the reasons you wanted to move on was the lack of opportunities on the corporate ladder. In addition, your financial situation last year was poor, and it bothered you.
Two months ago, your long-awaited promotion finally came through. When the offer was made, you felt confident because you knew this job very well and had decided to take on the challenge. You wondered whether you could be a boss. But eventually, you realized that you were now less happy than you had been.
Your closest friend, having observed the anguish you were experiencing at university, offered to accompany you to a new place. Despite your own inexperience in this field, you chose to accept her offer and finally leave this place, as there was nothing that could keep you there any longer. However, when the dean approved your resignation, your heart ached for Yuji.
The two of you met in the Dean’s office two years ago. Itadori, a first-year student in the sociology department, was a troublemaker who frequently found himself summoned to the Dean's office due to his tardiness and minor infractions. In contrast to other students, he was always polite and kind to you and your colleagues, never complaining about his issues and genuinely accepting his reprimands with grace. Upon reviewing his grades, you were astonished to discover that Yuji was among the top students in his cohort. However, all the professors complained about his consistent tardiness and the lack of focus.
One day, Yuji entered the office and greeted everyone with a wave. He took a seat on the couch, waiting for the Dean. A guy approached you asking for a document. As always, you followed the rules and asked him for his student ID or pass.
“Excuse me?!”– the guy exclaimed, becoming enraged and raising his voice.
“According to our regulations, we can only provide this document with a student ID or a pass.”
“But I don’t have your stupid student ID. Why is everything so complicated here?! I really need this fucking piece of paper! And you’re telling me I need my fucking student ID? Are you all insane?”
You were accustomed to such behavior, but this guy was terrible. You glanced at your colleagues, who all seemed to be avoiding your gaze.
“Sorry dude
 Uhm
What’s your name again? Oh wait, you didn’t introduce yourself. Then I’ll call you a douchebag.”
Your eyes widened as you stared at Yuji. Itadori approached, placing his hand on the guy's shoulder, his presence so imposing that asshole barely managed to stay on his feet.
“Well, you see
According to the regulations of the university, each student may only be on campus only with his student ID card. These are basic security measures, and you break them. And the next paragraph of the Charter says you can be expelled for breaking security rules. And this young lady is actually very kind to you because she hasn’t reported you to the security. So, please apologize and return tomorrow with your stupid student ID.”
You observed how the guy’s body began to tremble slightly, and his expression became anxious. He was terrified by Yuji or perhaps by the possibility of being expelled. However, he glanced at you, uttered something inaudible, and attempted to evade Itadori's gaze. The rose-haired guy let him go, gave you a nod, and returned to his seat on the couch. You felt a slight tremor in your own hands, but you smiled at Yuji.
Two weeks later, you went to work. As you approached the university, a feeling of dizziness overcame you, and you sought a bench for support. Barely finding a seat, you began to catch your breath. Your gaze fixed on your feet, you struggled to regain your composure. Suddenly, you felt someone’s hand on your shoulder and raised your head. Yuji’s concerned expression met your eyes.
“Are you all alright?” he asked.
You shook your head.
“Not at all, actually
”
“I can take you to Ieiri.” he offered. But you refused.
“No, no, you will be late again. I can manage.”
Standing up, you swayed slightly. Yuji held you tight on the waist, guiding you to Shoko.
There you received the necessary treatment, and Yuji accompanied you to the dean's office.
“Thank you for help. Don’t know what would happen without you
Whose lecture do you have? I can talk to the professor about your absence
”
Yuji interrupted.
“Don’t. I have Gojo’s lecture. He's likely to be late too, so
” – you both laughed about Professor Gojo and said goodbye to each other.
After a long day at the office, you left at 7 pm, feeling utterly exhausted. Your head was still spinning slightly, so you decided to pay another visit to Shoko. She prescribed you some pills and advised you to rest more. You smiled at her and remarked that with your job, you had not had a chance to rest in over a year. Ieiri nodded thoughtfully and continued filling out paperwork.
Outside, you saw Yuji waiting for someone. You glanced at the clock, wondering why the student was here too late.
“Hi! Do you feel better now?” – he asked, his eyes full of concern.
“Not actually. Shoko gave me some medicine and told me to rest more. She’s funny.”
“Why do you think so?”
“This university doesn’t allow for much rest. It’s always documents, students and stupid professors who can’t even fill out the papers properly
”
“Wow! But I’m glad you called the professors stupid, not us.”
“So
who are you waiting for this late?”
“Uhm
 actually, for you
I wanted to take you home, if you don’t mind.”
“For me? Well, then let’s go!”
During your way home Yuji spoke about today’s lecture with Professor Gojo. Despite Satoru’s deeply flawed personality, his students adored him. Gojo was always helpful to everyone and had a huge background in sociology. Moreover, he was among the professors who could easily speak to you about everything. You appreciated him as a person but tried not to show that.
When you arrived at your house, Yuji seemed very insecure.
“What’s wrong?” – you asked.
“Oh, nothing! I’m just
 worried about you.”
“Don’t!” – you smiled at him and ruffled up his rose hair. “By the way
 I like your hair!”
Blowing him a kiss, you entered the house and quickly shut the door behind.
Ever since that day, Yuji used to appear at your house to accompany you to the university. Initially, you were a little confused, but eventually you got used to having him by your side on the journey to and from work. You have so much in common and enjoyed talking about everything in your lives.
One day, Itadori didn’t come to you in the morning. You attempted to call him, but there was no response. Throughout the day, your thoughts were preoccupied with concern for him. But in the evening, you saw Yuji outside with red eyes. He sniffed and spoke to you, his voice filled with fake happiness. But you just hugged him because you knew that something serious had happened. Why else would this always optimistic and joyful guy cry? You sat him down on a bench and tried to comfort him. He bowed his head and just said:
“My grandpa
”
“Oh Yuji
 I’m so sorry
”
You placed your hand on his shoulder, gently stroking his back.
“He was
 everything to me
And I just don’t know what to do
 without him.”
“But you are not alone. I’m here with you all the time, please don’t forget it. You can always rely on me. Okay?”
Itadori nodded and buried his face into your shoulder.
After Yuji’s grandpa’s death, you began to spend more time together in your home. Itadori seemed the same, but sometimes you noticed a hint of sorrow in his gaze. During these moments of sadness, you tried not to push him, and you two could just watch some movies and eat snacks.
Over the past six months, you felt terrible because of work. You almost hated this university, your colleagues who couldn’t do their work properly. Financial difficulties began to arise, and only Yuji’s presence in your life kept you here. But you didn’t know he had noticed your awful emotional state too. Your evenings became more silent, you barely spoke to him or to anyone else in your surroundings.
When you were promoted, he organized for you a little party with your favorite snacks and Human Earthworm. Yuji was happy about your success and for the first time in months a glimmer of light returned to your eyes. Unfortunately, this brief moment of joy did not last. Within a month, you fell into a deep depression, no longer inviting Yuji over. Instead, you spent your evenings crying, consumed by despair.
On one of those evenings, you were lying in your bedroom, staring at the ceiling. Hot tears streaming down your face while The Weeknd’s song played in the background. The doorbell rang, and with an effort, you rose to open the door it, revealing Yuji standing there with flowers in hand and a large plastic bag. His smile faded as he saw your red eyes and puffy face.
“What’s happened?”
“Yuji?... Uhm
Why are you here?” – you tried to hide your face in your hands, but Itadori gently stopped you.
“Why didn’t you tell me
”
“Because I didn’t want to bother you.”
“Bother me? Girl, are you insane? I thought we were friends
”
“We are! We are
 But
 Just come in, please.”
The two of you sat on the couch, and you shared with him everything that concerned you last month. You weren’t happy about your promotion at all, you hated your colleagues and professors, you hated this university with every fiber of your being. You despised yourself for being weak because you couldn’t find a new place. You thought you were stupid for any work other than this one. And you feared that you might spend your entire life here.
“You must stop underestimating yourself. You are the most intelligent girl I know, and I’m certain you can find something far better. Just stop crying, calm down, and try to research a new place.”
“If it were so easy
”
“It’s not easy, you’re right. But you are torturing yourself here at this university. Your intellect is far too great for this place, and you know it! You once said I’m not alone, and so you are.”
“Yuji
” – you didn’t say a word and just fell into his embrace.
It was the first night that Itadori spent at your place. You cuddled, and he whispered you some stories and jokes. Your emotional state became better, and the two of you fell asleep in one another’s arms.
When a friend of yours offered you to join her company, you didn’t hesitate accepted the position. Your dean was shocked, but he didn’t have a choice. Your last week in university was like the torment. Only Yuji stood by your side, unlike your colleagues, who were jealous of your dismissal. On your last day, Itadori came to your office. You checked time and smiled at the guy with impatience. When your workday ended, you started happily jumping and hugging Yuji. Your ex-colleagues glanced at you irritated and left the office.
On Friday evening Itadori had to come to watch a movie marathon Human Earthworm. By six o'clock, you were already at home, having prepared a meal for the two of you. Despite your love for snacks, you wanted to surprise Yuji with homemade food. He was very tired after university and landed on the couch with a loud exhale. He sniffed and smelled something yummy. The guy came in the kitchen and discovered two plates of rice and meatballs. Around the dishes were a variety of spices, and everything looked just so tasty! Itadori wasted no time in eating dinner and thanked you every second for it.
“So yummy! Didn’t know you could cook!”
“Yeah, I just wanted to make you happy.”
“And you did it so good!”
After the meal, you both moved to the couch and began watching Human Earthworm. Yuji’s exhaustion vanished, and he gazed at the screen with wide eyes. Meanwhile, you started to feel sleepy and in the middle of the movie leaned on Itadori’s shoulder. He didn’t notice at first how your breathing became slower, but you snuggled closer to him as if afraid of losing him. Yuji smiled at your sleepy face and drew you closer.
When Human Earthworm was over, you opened your eyes and saw Yuji’s face. He looked just like a dream through your hazy gaze. Being so close to him felt so warm that you wished to stay there forever. This thought made you giggle.
“What?”
Yuji’s voice was soft and hoarse.
“Nothing
”
You smiled and buried your nose in the crook of his neck again.
“You don’t have to watch it. I know you’re tired. If you want
”
But you didn’t let him finish and placed a gentle hand on his cheek. He slowly pulled away but didn’t move your hand.
“Do you want to kiss me?” – you asked softly.
“More than anything in the world.”
Yuji leaned in and kissed you gently. He was a little afraid you might break away, so he didn’t press too hard. But instead, you felt confident, all traces of sleep gone. You moved on his lap. Itadori moaned and placed his hands on your hips. With your one hand, you shifted his palms on your ass and heard Yuji’s slight whine.
“That’s too much
 I
 can’t
”
Yuji was the first to break the kiss and gently moved you out of his lap.
“I’m sorry
” – you touched your lips
“No no! Don’t you dare
 I wanted this too
 Just
 You are so
”
You laughed and moved away from him, sitting beside
“It’s okay. Don’t worry. I won’t love you any less
”
Your hand covered your mouth, and you stared at Yuji wide-eyed. Deep down, you were certain of your feelings for the guy and didn’t want to hide them any longer. Your heart was content with this confession, but your mind was in a panic.
“So
 you
 love me?”
“Well
you are my friend, so of course I love you!” – you let out a nervous giggle and rose from the couch.
Itadori grabbed your hand and pulled you back into his embrace. You felt his smile through the kiss and breathed out with relief.
“I have been in love with you ever since our first meeting in the dean’s office
” – said Yuji after breaking the kiss. “You have always been there for me, never looking down on me. After my grandpa passed away, you became the only person I could share my emotions with. You were always there, no matter what.”
He rested his forehead against yours, closing his eyes and savoring the moment.
“And I
When you stood up for me against that asshole
By the way, there was no expelling for forgetting student ID.”
“I knew that. But this guy didn’t. Pity for him!”
You both laughed, and Yuji tightened his embrace around you.
“Can we
try?...” – asked Itadori, planting a kiss on your cheek.
“Of course. We can try.”
